30/03/2025: We were 30 people for a special occasion. The food was overall pretty good and the service average. However, at the time of the bill, to our great surprise, we were charged an additional €2.50 per person for cutting the cake, in addition to the price already agreed upon previously. When we asked for explanations, we were told that "all restaurants do it", but having direct experience in the world of family catering, we can say with certainty that this is a practice that can make sense in catering contexts or in restaurants of a certain level. We do not question the freedom to apply surcharges, but we believe that such an expense should be clearly communicated at the time of price agreement, not discovered only at the time of the bill. Too bad, because it left a bitter aftertaste to an otherwise pleasant evening.

25/01/2025: An obligatory stop if we are in the Monterotondo area, as soon as we can we go to this restaurant for lunch. Attentive and kind staff, excellent menu and, most importantly, you eat divinely... pasta made by them with excellent sauces! The Tortello di Monterotondo with ossobuco is delicious and absolutely recommended. The 0 km cheeses are delicious... desserts made by them are really good. Finally, generous portions and absolutely honest prices. Having lunch here is always a pleasure, well done🤩

22/03/2025: Nice and cozy place, great food, the only flaw is the lack of parking. There is paid parking nearby, just a few steps away, during the day and obviously not in the evening, we found a place by pure chance. In any case, it is not worth walking a few steps to eat in this place. I recommend it.

04/04/2025: 5 stelle non sono abbastanza per descrivere questo posto incantato! Ogni volta che ci vado, mi sento avvolta da un'atmosfera magica e rilassante che mi fa dimenticare tutti i problemi. La musica è sempre perfetta, con un volume giusto che ti fa sentire come se fossi in un sogno. Le luci sono studiate per creare un'ambiente accogliente e intimo, che ti fa sentire come a casa. Ma ciò che realmente rende questo posto speciale è il personale sempre gentile e accogliente. Non posso che consigliare questo posto a chiunque!

06/03/2025: Un borgo tanto affascinante quanto spopolato in un dedalo di stradelli e scalinate talvolta impegnative. Ma vale la pena, per la località e per l’impegno per trovare questa caratteristica osteria. Pici fatti in casa al morellino e tagliatelle con farina di castagne al ragù di cinta o di anatra. Ottimo anche il peposo in bianco. Fagioli, lenticchie e ceci della zona. Ottimi dolci. Ciliegiolo rosso ben ha accompagnato il tutto. Molto valido.

12/04/2025: Locale storico e se è una vita che c'è un motivo ci sarà, sennò Ve lo spiego io. Ambiente familiare, dove vieni accolto non come un cliente ma come un ospite, antipasto di salumi ottimo, che stimola l'appetito, poi tortelli veramente notevoli, pasta fine e ben farcita e poi un bel cinghiale in umido che anche lui aveva il suo perché. Per terminare un tiramisù vero, cremoso e ben fatto. Alzati sazi e soddisfatti! Non si può chiedere altro.....

06/04/2025: Ero da solo sabato 5 aprile, ho preso un piatto di ravioli al ragù di cinghiale, un cinghiale in umido con patatine fritte, una zuppa inglese, il tutto accompagnato con una bottiglia d'acqua e un quartino di vino rosso. Prezzo totale 37 euro. Cucina semplice, casalinga, ma tutto buono.

19/01/2025: Simple and pleasant restaurant in the historic center. We took 3 really excellent and fresh fried foods, and french fries. The bulk Vermentino wasn't bad at all. Viola is very nice and kept us company making us feel at home. Affordable prices. We will return without any doubt.
