24/02/2026: Highly recommended seafood restaurant. The owner is very friendly and professional. He even introduced us to his wife, who works in the kitchen. The dishes taste of the sea. I recommend the warm seafood salad, which is actually a fantastic seafood soup (without tomato). Be sure to add the "scarpetta" (soap) to the dish; the sauce is delicious.

07/01/2026: We stayed at this property at the end of December: my wife, I, our son, and our dog. The place is surrounded by greenery, in a quiet yet convenient area, just a few kilometers from Grosseto and other towns well worth visiting. The staff was extremely kind and always available. The breakfast buffet was excellent: varied, plentiful, and with special attention to guests' needs (thanks again to the ladies for the lactose-free cake). One evening we also dined at the on-site restaurant: very refined and with a pleasant atmosphere. I personally found it a bit pricey, but the quality of the food was truly excellent. Our little house was delightful: spotlessly clean (kudos to the staff), tastefully furnished, everything new, and very comfortable. Special mention goes to the shower, which was truly fantastic. We will definitely return, perhaps in the summer to enjoy the pool. The property also has a spa, but we didn't have the chance to try it.

15/03/2026: We had dinner for our anniversary. I asked if I could leave a little surprise for my fiancé, and we were completely satisfied. Not to mention the welcome and the quality of the food. They immediately offered us a welcome glass of prosecco: delicious. Next, they brought us two first courses (tagliatelle with wild boar and pici with white Cinta Senese ragù), two second courses (peposo with creamed potatoes), and last but not least: the ricciolina. The portions were adequate, the second course was perhaps a little small, but the quality was evident, and every bite was a delight. We had a great time, and if we were to return to the area, we'd definitely return!

We went for lunch, and despite the restaurant being fully booked, the service was prompt and accurate. We loved the dishes we chose, and the freshness of the ingredients was evident. Highly recommended.

26/10/2025: From what we'd heard, it seemed like the pinnacle of seafood, but it was a disappointment; not so much for the quality of the fish, which was excellent, but for the location, the service, and the dishes, which left much to be desired. The place was small and decorated like a banal pizzeria in a local club, the service bordered on polite (smiling and asking if everything was okay would be recommended), the food, good for the quality of the ingredients, but cooked inappropriately for the price. The gnocchi were soaked in oil, the paranza wasn't really a real one, but rather a banal fried fish dish (the regulations limit fish to a maximum of 12 cm in size), the potatoes called chips on the menu were cut very thick and raw. Not to mention the prices, which, for an osteria, were truly exorbitant. Finally, if I had read earlier how rudely the owner responds to negative reviews, I wouldn't have set foot there.

22/03/2026: Today, after a volleyball game, 30 of us went for lunch. There was no set menu, so everyone chose what they wanted. The food was excellent! The "fantastic" restaurant owner and his assistants were super quick and patient with our requests. Everything was super!

20/02/2026: We ordered 10 pizzas for a total of almost €100. The sausage and fries pizza costs an additional €2. The sausage pizza also has a surcharge for the sausage. The gluten-free pizzas (with frozen dough, not made by them!!) have a €4.50 surcharge per pizza. My boyfriend and I had dinner earlier, ordering two pizzas, drinks, dessert, and a cover charge. We spent €44; takeout with three pizzas cost €38. Aside from the ridiculous price you don't pay by going in, the pizza isn't the best, quite the opposite.

03/10/2025: Went for a wedding early Sept and everything was fabulous! Gorgeous location, lovely staff, great food. Although it rained on wedding day, the vibe was fun and ended up with an hour of sunshine. Nice communal areas and great food. Loved the pool also.

08/03/2026: I went for lunch on a Sunday and particularly appreciated the quality of the ingredients, the deliciousness of the first courses, the wide selection of wines by the glass (at least 12 options), and the warmth and expertise of the host. The only thing that could be improved was the wait between dishes. For some dishes, we waited more than half an hour, but I justify this wait by the fact that the host is alone in managing the dining room.

22/02/2026: Totally overpriced. 50 euros per person for three courses. The bloc de foie gras costs €17.50 and is practically nonexistent on the plate. The sliced ​​beef is 150 grams. Only the first courses are worth the price. The place itself is a soulless warehouse, it feels like a diner. Not quite. In places like this, you can spend over 50 euros per person and not even know what you've eaten.
