The staff is always helpful and extremely kind, the evenings they organize (themed quizzes, sarabande evenings, etc.) are fun and engaging, the food is good, and the atmosphere, though small, is welcoming and exudes not nerdiness but love and passion for all culture, not just anime/manga. A meeting place, a home!
