I'm a longtime customer and have appreciated the constant improvements and evolution of the pizza (the best ever). The quality and variety of doughs and ingredients used are top-notch. Willy recently introduced a system inside each box to prevent the pizza from sticking to the lid. This represents, in addition to customer service, a way to more efficiently dispose of the boxes.
