26/05/2025: Locale alla mano frequentato (e gestito🤔) da giovani ragazzi. Personale cortese e corretto (per errore avevamo ordinato una porzione di patatine e ci ha fatto notare che erano incluse nel piatto con i panini). Per due hamburger e due coca cola (credo Pepsi onestamente) al bicchiere 20€, per la qualità del panino prezzo azzeccato, ci torneremo sicuramente.

01/06/2025: Il posto è carino, il servizio cortese e gioviale e il cibo molto buono. Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati non c’erano tavoli disponibili all’esterno e abbiamo accettato di mangiare dentro, solo che la sala era disadorna e semideserta ( c’erano solo 3 persone a un tavolo ) nel senso che i tavolini non erano apparecchiati e sembrava di mangiare in un posto abbandonato. Un’altra piccola pecca era la tovaglia macchiata, ma mi è dispiaciuto dirlo alla cameriera che era così carina..

04/05/2025: Quiet, informal environment like being with friends, the countryside area facilitates this feeling... I only ate the steak with potatoes but I must say it was tender and of excellent quality... the service was fast and polite. If you want to escape the city, this is the right place!

The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive at all times, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. But the real highlight were the first courses: fresh, well cooked, abundant and full of flavor. I highly recommend this place to those looking for quality, kindness and authentic taste. We will definitely be back!

30/05/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in un giorno feriale in questo angolo di paradiso. La location è di una bellezza struggente con la terrazza che offre una vista in primo piano sul fiume lente e il paesaggio intatto dei dintorni soranesi. Ma anche il locale interno dispone di sale accoglienti e curate. Il cibo tipico toscano parla da sé. Abbiamo assaggiato l'antipasto del borgo con affettati e formaggi accompagnati da una salsina di mele e i mitici crostini tra cui quelli con tartufo. Poi i tortelli con ripieno di ricotta ed erbette davvero delicati..con il ragù e con una crema cacio e pepe molto intrigante. Infine la trippa e una tagliata accompagnata dal lardo di colonnata, noci e miele. Un'esperienza da ripetere senz'altro e in tutte le stagioni

26/05/2025: It was exciting to discover this restaurant with a nice view of the mountains. Nice menu, food. There is a terrace but we couldn't be there because everything was wet because of the rain. The tiny thing i would suggest, is not to offer truffle if it is not season. Because I had a tagliatelle truffle and it was no flavor what so ever. Although it was a good quality pasta...

10/04/2025: My Fiancé and I came for dinner a few weeks ago and had an absolutely incredible dining experience, we loved it! Make a reservation as the dining area can support 20 diners, the atmosphere is intimate and romantic- the FOOD just kept coming, the quality and creativity was fantastic. We ate our hearts out and agreed it was on of our favorite dining experiences of our 40 Day tour across Italy. I wish I could remember the names of the 2 men who run the kitchen/operation, thank you! You can have breakfasts and snacks with pastries and savory foods. A wide range of high quality chocolates, herbal teas, alcohol and spirits are also available.

20/05/2025: Excellent but expensive ... they have meat from 60.00 euros per kilo up to 60.00 euros per 100 grams. I didn't give my best also because, although the food is excellent and the service is excellent, it still leaves a lot to be desired because at 9.30 pm, in a first veiled manner and then increasingly obvious, so much so that they brought us the bill directly at 9.55 pm, we were made to understand that we had to leave the place because they had to close even though the signs displayed in the place itself clearly said closing time 11.00 pm ... After having paid so much, one expects to at least get through the evening, and not have to eat like in a company canteen in a quick and hasty manner. Meh!!!!

17/05/2025: They cancelled my reservation a day before telling me that the restaurant would be closed for kitchen work. I find it hard to believe that an event that would close the restaurant would be scheduled the day before. I felt a lack of fairness. I recommend greater attention to customer care.

08/06/2025: At dinner in this restaurant, the food and service were excellent but personally I didn't like the terrace, nor the bill.....view on a small port, nothing special.....certainly the food is very good, even if the octopus is the only thing that didn't completely satisfy me, but the prices in my opinion are excessive.....2 starters (octopus and amberjack) a first course (tagliolini with red tuna), a second course (sea bass in salt) and a bottle of wine (for €15) for a total bill of €143......in my opinion excessive

08/06/2025: Every time they hope for themselves. I returned after a few years and still remembered two dinners in this "house of flavors", because it is much more than a restaurant. The location is 5 stars, Mrs. Antonella at the reception is absolutely impeccable professionally but also exquisite and attentive host. The staff is very attentive, helpful and coordinated, the owner Mr. Rany is a true enthusiast, unmatched in the illustration of the dishes. Nothing has changed, very fresh products, unmatched. I have read some customers complaining about the prices, but evidently they do not know the level of raw materials and the relative costs. I returned convinced and all my expectations were exceeded. Only one flaw: that I can ONLY give 5 to the cuisine, because for me it is the best, hold on, in Sardinia! I am on vacation in the south of this island always to be discovered, and I will organize my trips in order to return to La Vela as often as possible, because it is the top of my vacation. Sincere compliments, all boys and girls, I absolutely confirm myself as your BIG FAN. Keep doing and you will only be able to confirm the great success achieved so far, in the face of those who do not know how to appreciate the TRUE ART OF ITALIAN CUISINE. Pasta with bottarga deserves an 11!!! Thank you for existing, you have no rivals!

24/04/2025: Locale familiare decisamente accogliente, camerieri disponibili e gentili, ma soprattutto simpatico il pizzaiolo-titolare, da cui oltreché la simpatia traspare anche una vera e propria passione per il suo mestiere. Pur essendoci un menù vasto se ne consiglia l’ottima pizza , rapporto qualità-prezzo molto buono.
