19/05/2025: Passed by Sunday early afternoon, since the window had mostly mignon, I was attracted by a Sicilian cannolo with a tag that said CANNOLO SICILIANO. Nice to eat but I immediately realized that it was not ricotta cream. I asked at the counter and they confirmed that the filling was also made with cream. Please ..... don't call it Sicilian ...

07/09/2025: This place was recommended on the tour, so I visited on the same day, which was different from the plan! I ordered truffle carbonara and the truffle steak that was recommended because the veal I originally ordered was sold out on the day. Both were delicious, except for the fact that it was a bit salty for Korean palates, which is typical of Italian food! After I finished eating, they gave me a tiramisu cake for free, which I enjoyed. The AMMAR staff, who took good care of me throughout my meal, were also very friendly and helpful. It was expensive, but I think they give a lot of discounts if you make a reservation through the app!! I think it's worth a visit.

30/04/2025: Di passaggio, facendo il Cammino di San Jacopo in Toscana, mi fermo per apporre il timbro sulla credenziale e vengo accolto come se fossi in famiglia. Mangiato divinamente, bevuto un buon rosso locale, caffè, una bottiglietta di acqua fresca e pagato... questo non posso dirvelo perché ho avuto il trattamento da pellegrino. Se capitate in Piazza Rapisardi 10, entrate a LE BONTÀ DI GIULIA e poi mi farete sapere. Raramente dò 5 stelle ma qui sono meritate.

03/09/2025: Ristorante Pizzeria Capanna Bianca is undoubtedly a wonderful discovery, a fine establishment where we stopped last Sunday on our way back from our hike on Mount Ortigara ⛰️. Arriving there at around 8:15 pm 🕣, we entered and immediately asked a waitress if there was room for four people; within a few minutes, we were then escorted to a free table on the right in a sort of circular windowed portico/corridor 🪟 (this space is unique and welcoming). After a quick glance 👀 at the menu 📋, complete with various recipes from the mountain food and wine tradition, we opted for a first course (macaroni with smoked scamorza fondue and speck) and three second courses (Angus steak 🥩 with arugula/shaved parmesan/balsamic vinegar glaze and two unique dishes based on Tosella from the "Caseificio Pennar" with mixed mushrooms, grilled sopressa and polenta). To complete the order, we also ordered two portions of French fries, two bottles of water 💧, a beer 🍺, two glasses of wine (one white and the other Valpolicella 🍷) and, to finish the meal, two coffees ☕️ and an orzo. Everything was really delicious 😋 and served promptly by the kind staff. Definitely a good value. The structure's appearance is distinctive, resembling a large hut (hence the name), with a large, rounded interior hall surrounded by the aforementioned windowed portico. Of particular note is the beautiful fireplace located in the center of the main hall. In addition to a few parking spaces near the entrance, there is also a decent parking area in the field to the side of the structure. We liked it, so we highly recommend it. 30/08/2025: Despite the large number of customers, the service was always efficient, with no unusual waits. I had thin-crust pizza, which was very well cooked.

20/08/2025: An unforgettable stay... but only because I can't wait to forget it. This guesthouse in the woods should be used as an example in a manual on how not to run a hospitality business. The rooms? So dirty I doubt anyone has ever cleaned them: cobwebs artistically draped in the corners, sheets that tell the story of those who slept there before me, and a musty smell that lingers everywhere. The service? What service? There's no reception, no one to turn to, not even a hint of welcome. If I'd had a serious problem, I think I'd have had to ask the deer in the woods to lend me a hand. A true "nature refuge": a refuge to forget, nature in the sense that dust grows like wild flora. If you want to ruin a weekend and test your limits, this is the perfect place.

06/09/2025: Beware! Tourists are being ripped off here! This week, we went out for pizza with four people around 6 p.m. We chose beer as our drink. We were surprised by the bill. A small beer cost €7 each. Additionally, there was an unusual €2 service charge per person.

29/07/2025: Terrible service, with annoyed faces and answers from waitresses who turned their backs as they crossed the room, not in front, to make simple requests. The mixed Tuscan antipasto was completely pointless given the way it was served and prepared, especially given the price. Crostini were unremarkable. Very little clarity on wine availability, despite their recommendation to consult the list. We were met with sidelong glances throughout the entire service; we felt completely uneasy. Never again, not even if it were the only restaurant open.
