12/08/2024: My favorite restaurant in Florence, it is where the local Florentines go, the food is a spectacle, from the entrance they bring you pizza bread with balsamic vinegar reduction, the pizzas are delicious (I always order the 4 staggioni), the pastas and the risotto ai fungi is delicious, the house white wine is very delicious. It is a must, if you are in Florence, you cannot miss it.

12/08/2024: It is a quality and decent place that we go to as a family. Although the prices are generally high, it is very successful in terms of taste, so you do not think too much about the price you pay.

13/08/2024: The food is very good, the atmosphere is good despite the heat (although not enough air conditioning), but the service leaves a lot to be desired. First, the employees were “pushing” the table towards each other because no one wanted to serve, then the waitress didn't like it when we asked for 500g of meat to share because according to her the ideal was 800g for two people, and finally, when it was time to pay the bill, instead of printing the bill for verification, they just put it straight into the card machine for payment and they also didn't like it when I asked to see the detailed amounts. Anyway, there is good food in other restaurants, the discomfort is not worth it.

13/08/2024: Place slightly outside the historic center of Florence, with a not very nice environment but good service and good cuisine, shame about the very limited choice of dishes to choose from, if you are looking for a quick meal this is the right place, excellent prices.

19/08/2024: I found the place welcoming and I love the arrangement of the furnishings, especially the candelabras. as a dish I took a simple tartare with burratina and lime, I must say that I found it exquisite, nothing bad to say about the place, I also recommend it for the helpfulness of the staff.

17/08/2024: What can I say... extremely high quality raw materials, expertly cooked dishes and presentation at the highest levels. Impeccable service and prices in line with the quality...super recommended restaurant to enjoy top meat in the best way.

08/08/2024: On the plus side, the many choices, the large portions and the good service. Also, this particular shop stays open later than most in the area. On the downside, the relatively high price (although expected due to the ingredients and size) but mainly the fact that the sandwich I tried was too salty (Favolosa). Nevertheless, I would go again.

27/04/2024: Unexpected gem tucked away in the neighborhood near the AC Marriott. We were tired of venturing out into the historic area and wanted to try something closer. The food was excellent and filled with locals. The best pasta I've had with terrific service. Would recommend!

07/07/2024: I can't say enough. The best pastry I have ever had, in my entire life ( I mean it- I am a huge pastry snob), I had here. This is hands down one of the best places in Florence to go, sit down-or not- and enjoy. The history of this pasticceria is really interesting too. Florentine family owned business passed down from generation to generation. So good..

27/06/2024: Very small Japanese restaurant in the village of Pontassieve which has just 16 seats and a chef and a waiter. The fact that it has a very limited clientele is actually a strong point, as it allows you to always have a quiet and reserved environment, fairly fast service (not very attentive in the delivery of dishes) but above all fresh fish, which you can taste ( the prawns are spectacular). The menu is not very extensive and mainly revolves around cold dishes (also because they don't have a real kitchen), but the ravioli, large and tasty, are certainly worth trying too. The sensation is therefore that of practically entering their home and eating something artisanal and not mass-produced like in a large all-you-can-eat restaurant. Even though it was born as an à la carte restaurant, for some time it has offered the all you can eat formula for lunch at €17.50 (cover charge included) to which perhaps add €1 of half a liter of water. Ultimately a nice, welcoming and intimate restaurant where you can eat a few things done well. The advice is to enhance their strong points, then review the interior more faithful to a traditional Japanese kiosk and implement some hot dishes: it would then be interesting to create a student menu, perhaps for takeaway.

19/08/2024: We were a table of 8 people and they didn't want to charge us "each to his own". At my table there were people who had drunk 2/3 cocktails and I drank water... after a while they agreed, but they got the bill wrong and made us pay more. Unfortunately I noticed it once I got home and for 6 euros I gave up. I hope it was a bad evening and I hope to change my mind in the future.

31/07/2024: An ice cream shop with super friendly staff. They prepare one of the best spritzes I've ever tasted, accompanied by delicious appetizers and modest prices. Seeing is believing!

06/08/2024: Since I have lived in the area and discovered this place, I no longer consider any other option. Above all, the pizza is sublime, and the mixed desserts are addictive, excellent service.

14/01/2024: A very small restaurant, so limited seating. We enjoyed a very nice lunch and great service. Appetizers were steamed mussels, and burrata with anchovies and salad, then main courses were fritto misto di mare, and pasta con vongole with bottarga. Everything was very good.

10/12/2023: È valso spostarsi da Firenze per un buon pranzo di pesce che ci ha soddisfatto molto. Localino non grande ma piacevole personale super cortese e veloce. Tutti i piatti che abbiamo mangiato sia i primi che i secondi saporiti e ben fatti. Lode particolare alla frittura mista con verdurine e chips e al baccalà bello alto fritto e accompagnato da rape e olive taggiasche.Buono il vinello siciliano frizzanti o e il sorbetto di limone in chiusura. Conto di 40€ veramente lodevole. Bravi. Ritorneremo volentieri!!
