If you're looking for a true pizza experience in Florence, Pizzaman is a must-visit. The quality of the ingredients is simply excellent: every ingredient stands out for its freshness and authentic flavor. The dough is light, well-leavened, and perfectly cooked, while the flavor combinations showcase each individual element without ever being overwhelming.
I highly recommend the panuozzo; it's fabulous.

The pizza chefs and the rest of the staff are exceptional: kind, professional, and empathetic. The pizza is incredibly light, never burnt, and made with top-notch ingredients. With Pizzaman, you're in a safe place, highly recommended. I'd award medals and continue to give raises to the staff and pizza chefs. Under stress, they still give their all (like last night, Saturday, March 28th). They managed to make me a Margherita in a short time despite the crowds inside, obviously with many satisfied customers like me. Finally, they always remember the customers' names and even the little details. Thanks guys 🙂❤️.

We were welcomed without a reservation and seated within 5 minutes (just enough time to set up the table). We were served a welcome aperitif with slices of fried pizza and prosecco. The pizzas are delicious and tasty, with some top-notch pairings. You can never go wrong with the Viola brothers. Viola and Butei are forever brothers. Vale from Verona.
