26/11/2025: I discovered this place by chance while walking along Via Mariti. I ordered some of the schiacciata, both filled and plain. I was amazed by the deliciousness and quality of the ingredients they use. After that, not a day goes by that I don't stop by Mario and Marina's to enjoy the delicacies they prepare. I recommend trying their lunch menu, with fantastic first courses and mouth-watering second courses. Enjoy your meal, everyone! 👍🍕

28/06/2025: The finest espresso beans from a small private roaster near Florence. Exactly our taste. Italian, chocolatey, full-bodied. Great crema, rich in body. Unfortunately, not available in Germany. Good value for money. Ordering online is a bit expensive due to high shipping costs.

The place closes at 3 p.m. out of respect for the staff—fair enough, I think. The bar is quite small. A few standing places inside and two high tables outside.

25/07/2025: We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. My girlfriend and I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere—there were no children around, making it the perfect place to truly relax. The on-site restaurant was outstanding; the food was the best I have ever tasted in Italy. The waitress and the two chefs were incredibly kind and attentive. Their wine selection was extensive, and you could even purchase bottles to take home, along with their excellent olive oil. The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views. The pool was spotless and inviting. The only minor drawbacks were the lack of air conditioning, which wasn’t a major issue but would have been a nice addition, and the limited number of pillows. Despite these small points, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and high-quality stay.
