04/11/2025: A very friendly bed and breakfast in the hills above Certaldo with very accommodating hosts. Wonderful views of the typical Tuscan countryside.
12/10/2025: We have had the privilege of experiencing Patricia and Toni's warm and welcoming hospitality several times. The Collina is a place to breathe deeply, relax, and enjoy. The many tips for excursions and restaurants were always spot on. The rooms are spotlessly clean, simple, and modern. We always slept wonderfully in them. The breathtaking panorama in the morning, whether looking out the window or at the edge of the pool, is incomparable. For us, the Collina is a small, exquisite paradise that is second to none.
We highly recommend it.

02/11/2025: Authentic and quaint, this is a great restaurant to visit for amazing pizza. Great service. English isn't a problem. If you're missing Naples pizza, this is the place to visit. Tried the Quattro Formaggi. I learned I'm more of a fan of pomodoro (red) sauce vs the Bianca that it comes with, but that's just a personal preference. The pizza was made with quality ingredients and very tasty. I highly recommend this off the beaten path restaurant.

03/07/2025: Everything I bought tasted great. Excellent bakery craftsmanship.
If you're visiting there for the first time: when it's very busy, you have to take a ticket with a number – the display is then in the shop. This way there's no confusion – I thought it was great, because once there were a lot of people waiting. It seemed to me much busier around 9 a.m. on weekdays than around 8 a.m. Definitely recommend it. I'd be happy to come back.

19/10/2025: I had the most incredible experience learning from Marcella! There were around seven people in our group and she had such patience instructing us. We made pasta with a delicious tomato sauce. As well, as chicken breast rolls with spinach and pine nuts. To top it off, we made a delicious molten type chocolate cake from scratch. I highly recommend going to a fun filled and educational class in Italian cooking from Marcello!

12/11/2025: I got a millefeuille today for my son's birthday. What can I say? It's as light as a cloud. The pastry is incredibly crisp, not to mention the heavenly cream. Thank you, Silvia, and Fabio. You're truly the best.
12/09/2025: Nothing to say, if I could give it 6 stars, I would. Excellent quality and truly fair prices. Kudos to the baker for the products he produces. I'd especially like to mention the slices (the best one is the one with caramelized onions, although they're all incredible) and the chocolate puff pastry, among the best I've ever eaten. Kudos also to the girl who welcomes us every night with a dazzling smile, even though it's 4 a.m. and I don't think that's easy.
Thank you for existing, you heroes of our late-night binges!
PS: The photos speak for themselves. I'm not showing the food because we didn't have time and we devoured it because we're animals.
