Ristorante Terrazza Rossini In Firenze

We were so pleased this restaurant lived up to expectations. We read reviews prior to traveling to Florence and made a reservation via email. We received a confirmation email within 3 hours. We were not residents at the hotel, but the reception kindly directed us to the rooftop restaurant. All restaurant staff were friendly. Our waiter Dimitri was very attentive and built a good rapport with us. He is an asset to the restaurant and a credit to himself. The food was presented well and delicious. It was the best meal during our four day stay. Would highly recommend and return for dinner when back in Florence.

The restaurant is located on the top floor of the Hotel Kraft. As soon as we arrived, the staff was very welcoming. The atmosphere was beautiful; I had booked a table for two on the edge of the terrace with a breathtaking view of Florence's historic center. The service was fast, friendly, and professional. The dishes are very good, beautifully presented and refined in flavor. The portions are moderately generous, a huge advantage compared to other restaurants offering similar cuisine.

A fantastic evening where everything was perfect: attentive service, excellent and original cuisine, and from our seat on the terrace: a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Florence! Hopefully again sometime.

We were so lucky to be able to eat on the rooftop of this hotel, where the view of Florence is even more beautiful! The staff was incredibly attentive, and despite our late booking, we were treated like royalty.

We loved this restaurant! Nothing beats the view of Florence from up top at day or night. The food was good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the staff was very friendly! We loved our waiters and the managers we met. There is a live violinist who plays through most of the dinner period, and the music echos off of the nearby buildings. It was a lovely picturesque experience every time. We hope to eat another meal there before we leave!

This rooftop has a magnificent view of the Duomo and the rooftops of Florence. The drinks are well-made, and the restaurant menu offers quality dishes made with excellent ingredients. Special mention goes to Saturday night's pizza night! A fantastic idea for a simpler evening in a magical setting.

Beautiful setting, a rooftop terrace offering a splendid view of Florence. The dishes are plentiful, and you can tell they've paid attention to the ingredients and presentation. The service is the only sore point. Aside from the warm welcome from the maitre d', the other service staff seem a bit left to their own devices: Little attention to the tables, lack of descriptions of the dishes, and we weren't even asked if we wanted coffee. In short, with a little more organization, it would have been perfect. The prices are moderately high, but justified by the beauty of the location.

A warm and welcoming atmosphere. Super-professional staff, and the view of Florence is indescribable. For a dream lunch, aperitif, or dinner.
