We came for an extra-hot coffee and a croissant, as it was a very cold day. Lisa, the person who served us, was incredibly attentive and friendly. My coffee was exactly as I ordered it, which I hadn't found in Florence, since "extra hot" is considered rather hot by the standards of the city's coffees. The place is perfectly located in Piazza della Repubblica, so the atmosphere is lovely if you sit outside, and inside, the place is beautiful, clean, and elegant. We didn't eat, but for me, the experience of sitting in the piazza writing postcards, with my extra-hot coffee and croissant, listening to the street band's music, made my moment delightful. Thank you, Lisa, for your attention and excellent service.
