On the state road that from Monghidoro passing through the Raticosa pass, goes to Tuscany to Pietramala (car refueling with natural methane, directly from the aquifer. A system from the 1930s still functioning! Incredible for the machinery of the time still visible...). Price per kg of methane in October 2023: €1.28 The place is called this because it is in the large building from the era of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany which served between it and the Papal State (practically the whole of Emilia Romagna). Burgers, ribs, baked potatoes and much more with an excellent choice of beers and wines. Ample parking and numerous outdoor tables. Convenient for stopping motorcyclists to and from Tuscany etc etc.

14/03/2024: Personally, I have all my meetings in this bar in Florence where everything is luxury, calm and voluptuousness. Even if it is located 1,300 kilometers from my home and it takes me about three days to get there by scooter, it is always a pleasure to enjoy a good glass of Chardonnay accompanied by a stretto espresso on arrival. Vittorio is a charming boy and thanks to the magic of the place, I obtain wonderful contracts from my interlocutors (generally publishers or carpet dealers; people who really don't differ much, you would be surprised). You will say: but what a snob, why not meet people in any restaurant in Chatelleraudais? Well, Bobby will tell you that the answer is in your question. And then Firenze is Firenze...
14/01/2024: I had an excellent quality afternoon tea. I really appreciated the complimentary water. Very nice hotel for different occasions and also for Florentines. The music is a little loud and perhaps out of tune with the style. The service is quick with very kind staff who are always running around and are a bit distracting. However, a very high level

29/03/2024: Very nice experience! We had the “2 courses” menu which comes with plenty of “asides” before and after the dishes. Stunning.
15/03/2024: Presentation and service deserving of its Michelin star!! Nikola, Ricardo and chef Ariel 👍🏻 each dish was professionally served with Ariel’s finishing touch and described by Ricardo. Flavour can be confusing as there are too many different components in play. Sommelier was very knowledgeable and service was impeccable. The butter and bread is to die for!! Loved the kale risotto! Scampi had a nice charred flavour. Interesting presentation of the desserts!
