Moved to Verona every time I return to Tuscany I can do without going to this restaurant, tried it once a few years ago and the food is always excellent and the staff are super friendly See you soon well done guys

What can I say... where quality and tradition meet, an easy but professional service and after years in Florence I can finally say that I have eaten the REAL Fiorentina.

Trattoria like the one in the past, wooden chairs, tables practically attached and lots of conviviality, starting from the friendly waiters available to advise. Good croutons but the highlight is undoubtedly the steak, thick and rare as it should be done. Perhaps the side portions were a little small, we ordered several. In any case, an excellent dinner, even if 2.5 kg of Florentine steak is added to the bill.

Da tempo con mio marito ci concediamo una giornata Fiorentina, una volta al mese..il motivo..,i nostri poodles da tolettare..il pranzo sempre da BBQ dove, all’ottima qualità dei prodotti, si unisce la professionalità, la cordialità e l’ottima memoria del personale…il che non è male, perché ti da’ un senso di famiglia 😍 bravi💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

06/04/2024: family dinner during our holiday in Florence. We tried and above all enjoyed the true cuisine of the Florentine tradition. The pasta with white truffle is excellent and the "classic" Fiorentina is sublime. Simply perfect size and cooking of the meat. Specifically, not being Florentines, we really appreciated the way in which the very nice and super professional ilham explained to us the various cuts, weights and cooking methods of "Fiorentina". Gorgeous maneger We will definitely be back on our next trip to Florence!!! Il Barretto
