03/03/2025: Sono stata alla Casa del Vino con amici. Il locale è un luogo dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato e dove si possono gustare ottimi panini accompagnati da vino eccellente. Io ho assaggiato un panino con merluzzo, olive, salsa verde e ceci. Davvero superlativo! Squisito anche il piatto di verdure. Accoglienza perfetta.

01/04/2025: Some tastes were really really good, but some of them were so-so. Anyway almost every tastes with chocolate were definitely thumb-up! Gelato is always the love, so five stars! Unfortunately, there are some differences in quality between flavors. Still, the chocolate flavor is so delicious that I give it a thumbs up! One way or another, gelato is love, so five stars!

29/03/2025: After a nice bike ride today we were welcomed with kindness, professionalism and smiles that are uncommon these days, the cutting board of Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses is indescribable, we give 5 stars only because more is not possible!! Thanks we will definitely be back

If, like me, you enjoy "culinary tourism," this is a great place to go! (Regarding the comments that mention the prices, the value for money is quite reasonable considering the quality of the cuisine.)

11/04/2025: Went to Antica Osteria Toscana with 4 of my friends, it is our first time visiting Florence, Italy. We had the BEST dining experience here. The food was amazing; we ordered the Pici Cacio e Pepe Pasta, Asparagus Risotto & Fiorentina Italiana Steak. The highlight was the steak ~ the beef was tender and juicy and we devoured it all within minutes. We drank Prosecco wine and ended the evening with a Tiramisu. A special thank you to our super friendly and attentive server, Adriano, he made our dining experience even more memorable. A definite must visit when you're in Florence! ❤️❤️❤️

29/03/2025: Crowded place, stressed staff, cold lasagna dishes and fortunately at least lukewarm lampredotto. Unpleasant environment with staff quarrels in the background.

24/03/2025: Small deli in the market - a canteen for quite a few local workers, so it has a very local feel. Simple cuisine - a few pasta choices - the two we tried were very good. So not haute cuisine, but efficient and local - in short, a place to keep for a simple lunch ~ average prices.

13/04/2025: Great place to eat on the go, the staff is very friendly, a tasting of the different components of the sandwich is offered. It was raining so we couldn't eat on the terrace, and there is very little space to eat inside, so we ate further down the street. The sandwiches were excellent 🤩

Fried fish, in short, nothing amazing considering that I did a takeaway €54 for 2 fried dishes made only of calamari and shrimp and a spaghetti of cicadas, definitely not very tasty everything... really too expensive for a quality that can be found everywhere

14/10/2024: For our last evening in Florence, we chose to celebrate my birthday dinner there on the occasion of my 30th birthday. Delicious meal and friendly service. My darling and the staff agreed to surprise me with a pretty bouquet of flowers upon our arrival. Very friendly staff! We will definitely come back.

23/02/2025: Table set for 4 people. After a long wait, both the cocktails and the food ordered arrive. Really good and original drinks, much appreciated, however the food was not up to par which disappointed us, the nachos were mixed between some old and therefore soft and some new ones which were very good, too bad. Good vegetarian meatballs, but the slightly soggy and cold tortillas were less appreciated. Another thing that disappointed us was that we tried to order other dishes but practically everything was finished, including desserts, so we left still a little hungry. Nice location and friendly staff. I don't think we will return though.

02/04/2025: Without a doubt one of the best meals I had in Florence. While there are numerous places to try traditional Tuscan fare like the bisteccas, Dalla Lola's take is a rare delight in a city eager to please a constant deluge of tourists. The humble Gnocchi here is served with beetroot carpaccio and a miso sauce, a trio you're unlikely to spot in a place together. The fried pork chop was juicy and succulent; the breading seasoned just right to tantalize the tastebuds by itself, and also acted as a willing sponge for the tomato sauce. Finished the meal with their coffee cake with mascarpone and it was scrumptious too. Dalla Lola's ambience is excellent too. It is tucked away in the delightful Santo Spirito neighbourhood, away from the chaos of the city center, a chilled out, relaxed atmosphere made all the more amazing by a genial and attentive staff. The owners seem like genuinely wonderful people, and the food they're dishing out pays reverence to tradition, while also daring to be different. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a lovely eating experience. Please do note that reservations help MASSIVELY, because they're only open for a couple of hours in the morning/afternoon and the evening.

Simply extraordinary: excellent raw materials and perfect cooking. The icing on the cake, a chat with the king of meat himself, Dario Cecchini, always friendly and passionate. A lunch that is much more than a meal: it's a real show!
