The 1.3 kg Florentine steak for two was excellent. It was sublime, cooked medium rare, as recommended by the house. The meat was incredibly tender and melted in your mouth. It was accompanied by rosemary-roasted potatoes and a glass of Chianti Classico. While waiting for the Florentine steak, the schiacciata all'olio was excellent.

If you are in Firenze, you MUST go to this restaurant. We happened upon it as the seating was available out in the piazza on a gorgeous sunny day. We were greeting with friendly open arms and nothing was a problem. The food is sensational and the pizza's are brilliant 👏 This place has the best chicken Ceasar salad I have had in a long time. We are travelling for 7 weeks and were 5 weeks in by the time we got to Florence, I needed to lay off the carbs 😖😆 the salad was perfect. We loved this place so much, we ended up having lunch here 3 times and twice for dinner over our 5 night stay.
