Quick and easy way to enjoy A LOT of different varieties of pastas or sauces. The food is made with fresh ingredients and there’s a window if you’d like to watch the chef cook your food. Because they do both table and takeaway service, you can choose whether you’d like a more relaxing experience or a quick one. We had the Tuscan Ragú, which was excellent.

Mary was an excellent teacher and made the pasta-making experience both enjoyable and engaging. We had a wonderful time in one of the most beautiful areas of Rome. Learning how to make fresh pasta was fun and informative, even for someone who lives in Rome. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable activity.

18/05/2026: We are so happy We found this here in Firenze. We stayed at the castle in Chianti 8 years ago and loved their wine. Today we ordered a case to shop home! Tomorrow we are going dor breakfast!!
