I bought some assorted pastries to take to a dinner party, and they were truly delicious! Everyone loved them! They weren't heavy or too sweet. The staff was friendly. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend them.

Top-quality biscuits with an incredible selection, always new. Excellent cakes, both traditional and modern. A family-run artisanal pastry shop that I highly recommend. During the Christmas season, they make classic panettone... At Easter, you can find UMBRIAN CHEESE CAKE...and I can only find it there in Florence.

30/03/2026: As a frequent traveller I rarely eat in a restaurant in a hotel but I am glad I made an exception for opera 23. We had the steak tartare and florentine steak and both were faultless. The florentine steak would be in the top 5 steaks I have ever enjoyed across various countries where beef is the pride and joy including Chile, Argentina and Australia. To top everything off the service was first class, personal and friendly, we felt like we were at home. Fantastic.
05/03/2026: The food is good, but I ordered garlic pasta and they served me tomato pasta, I didn’t taste garlic at all. It was good but I wanted to taste the garlic. The waiter is very very nice, kind and professional!

20/04/2026: Birthday dinner, simple dinner, appetizer, pizza, and drinks. Very nice location. We didn't get to use the outdoor seating, but when it's 30 degrees Celsius, it seems perfect for a drink. Impeccable service, everything arrived on time. Rated 5 out of 5 stars
18/04/2026: Very large and well-kept outdoor garden. Unique and delicious pizzas. Fair prices.
