Nice hotel.. rooms are very spacious, location is good only one station away from central station and market area

The air conditioning worked really well that was a big plus during the heat wave, breakfast was nice, and the staff was nice. Things that weren't great the noise from the rooftop bar. The pool closes at 6:00 pm. In a heat wave this is a bummer. There was mold in the shower. This is really far from the city center. Taxis add up.

A very good hotel equipped with everything you need: a gym, a swimming pool, a terrace for enjoying refreshments with a great view. The receptionist, Elena, was very professional and a lovely woman, friendly and very professional.

An unforgettable stay at the NH Firenze with my cousins ​​and grandmother. The welcome was exceptional, and the staff, always friendly and helpful, met our every need. Excellent location, very close to the city center, a 15-minute walk along the banks of the Arno River. Very comfortable, beautiful, and cozy room. Excellent service. Good value for money. 100% recommended.

Overall, a good solution for staying in Florence. The panoramic terrace with swimming pool and the possibility of an aperitif are a good idea. Unfortunately, it is very expensive for the majority of the Italian population (512 euros for a night's sleep and breakfast seems a bit excessive to me... even for a Junior Suite).
