18/08/2025: I'm very fond of this pub because I often go there with my friends. The atmosphere is very pleasant and rustic, and their specialty, beer, is truly delicious and they offer a variety of types. Recommended for both a full dinner and a drink with friends, complemented by some finger food like chips or onion rings. They also offer spirits and cocktails.

08/08/2025: Excellent pizza, freshly tapped beer (sadly a bit more expensive than usual), and a cool atmosphere. We'll be back🥰

27/08/2025: This place was advertised to us as one of the best in the area. Perhaps our expectations were a little too high, but we found the value for money to be poor. Too expensive for the quantity of food offered, and the quality wasn't spectacular either. Very pleasant atmosphere.

14/08/2025: Good food, but the wrong meat and chaotic service I went to Restaurant Giacomo and honestly expected more. After ordering, a portion arrived that I thought must be a joke. The menu said "Beef" – which, to me and everyone else, clearly means beef. The server then explained to me in Italian that in Italy, "beef" can also refer to different types of meat. To me, that sounded more like an excuse, especially since I had specifically asked before ordering how large the portion was and whether the meat was good. The answer was "yes" – but in the end, they served pork instead of beef. I sent that back. On top of that, I asked three times for a sweet wine, which I wanted to have with dessert – as is customary in Italy. The server explained to me that it's only served after dinner and didn't want to bring it to me beforehand. However, in my opinion, it should be my decision when to drink the wine. The food itself was delicious, but the main course didn't satisfy me. Finally, I received an incorrect bill: instead of €88, I was charged €126. This was corrected at the counter before I paid, but it shouldn't have happened.

22/08/2025: We had dinner with the family and we ate very well. Excellent food, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

19/08/2025: They sold us two "pizzone" for the price of two pizzas, but they were much smaller! Very poor quality/price ratio.

28/08/2025: I drive in front of this restaurant everyday, but from the outside o was never attracted to enter. A friend took me there, and to my great surprise I found a true gem of a restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere, amazingly kind and available staff, always prepared to accomodate any extra request or ingredient modification. Perfectly equipped to offer gluten free alternative,all set in a pretty, modern design. 👍👍👍👍 I went there for lunch, I would like to go back and try the dinner, as I was told it is a different menu in the evening. PS I went also with my dog, and dogs are welcome

20/08/2025: Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience! The menu is very inviting, with a wide selection and very unique ideas. Unfortunately, however, two pizzas were completely burned on the bottom; only the steamed focaccia was worth saving, but the chicory on that was sour! Completely spoiled! Probably cooked for too many days! We pointed this out to the waiter, but he didn't offer to remake the pizzas or even apologize. Honestly, paying €18 for a pizza and then not being able to eat it because the chicory was sour seems truly absurd to me!

07/09/2025: Excellent pizzas. The best pizzeria in the entire region. A great place to go with your partner, friends, or family. I recommend it!!!

07/09/2025: Wonderful experience, really good food 😋! The appetizers were even better than the pizza. Crocchè and Frittatina di Pasta 🍝. The best fried food I've ever had, and I'm 13 and I went there with my dad! I waited in line for over an hour, but it was absolutely worth it: if you want to feel like you're in Naples, definitely come here.

09/08/2025: If you love authentic Neapolitan cuisine, Gli Scugnizzi in Castelfiorentino is a must-see. Here, you'll experience the warm atmosphere of the South, with dishes that tell stories of tradition and passion. The pasta and potatoes with provola is a masterpiece of comfort food: creamy, fragrant, and rich in flavor, just like it's eaten in the alleys of Naples. Also not to be missed is the fried anchovy cuoppo, fragrant and golden, with a taste of the sea and authenticity. And to finish on a sweet note, the Neapolitan pastries here are simply superb: sfogliatelle, babà, and pastiere that seem to have come straight from the best Neapolitan pastry shops. A restaurant that combines authenticity, quality, and hospitality, making every visit a memorable experience.

02/08/2025: Arriving late at our vacation spot and a bit tired from the trip, we followed our host's advice and went to dinner at Gli Scugnizzi. We sat on the terrace and ate really well (and in abundance)! The mixed fried fish was tasty, and my son loved the dessert: a cassatina, which he'd never tried before. The welcome was warm, the atmosphere relaxed, and the price reasonable. A good choice for a good dinner!

11/08/2025: An elegant seafood restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. Everything is incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. The orecchiette with clams and bottarga are simply spectacular—worth the visit alone! The maltagliati with shrimp and zucchini is also special. The wine list is also excellent: carefully selected, well-curated, and with truly interesting options.

02/08/2025: It's been over 20 years since I've been back to this restaurant, which has since been renovated and has ample parking nearby. The cuisine never disappoints and remains excellent for those who love quality food. Impeccable service.

11/08/2025: The waiter (the older one from pictures from Other reviews) was very impolite! He didn’t want to give us a table although another waiter was trying to find a solution for us. He went over and said “NO”, told us to call in advance, which we did, several times, but no one bothered to answer. Maybe learn to treat people better? Big thumbs down!

01/09/2025: Looking for a place to eat lampredotto, we found this one by chance. And thank goodness...the lampredotto is very good, and the schiacciate too. The staff is very kind and helpful.

25/08/2025: Super friendly and a seriously impressive selection of vino at some of best prices in Firenze . Great sandwiches ( I not sure of the Italian name) highly recommended if your oltrarno. As many have mentioned a little hidden gem. Don’t let its innocuous persona fool you it. Maybe one of the truly authentic Italian places I’ve visited.

24/05/2025: Courtesy and kindness.. you are/will be in the right place! Wonderful low and light pizza. Not much choice but I don't think it's necessary to have more, all the classic toppings are there! The only flaw, in my opinion, is the mix between those who stop in the restaurant and the take-out orders.. let's say that apparently they could do better! Waiting to have "another" slice of pizza that we are served all the take-out orders of the moment/time is not very nice. Anyway, Congratulations!👏👏

10/08/2025: I went with my girlfriend for dinner. The view was fantastic, and the food was equally as good. I recommend it for a private dinner with your partner. The menu is extensive and the prices are reasonable.
