Thai In Firenze

It may be good but I once called to book a table and they responded in a really rude manner

Good Thai restaurant, perhaps the best Thai in Florence! Large place with chefs and staff who have ties to the country whose cuisine they serve. Rather courteous staff, fascinating and tasty cuisine, NUMEROUS VEGETARIAN PROPOSALS and extensive use of hot spices and ginger so for those who don't like these 'strong' flavours, I would recommend being more careful with your orders, but you certainly won't be disappointed. I took: as an appetizer, cold vegetable roll and two soups. I recently returned to Thai, as I wrote in the review two years ago, a very good place but I have to make two small notes especially on the perhaps excessive price of the starters. We paid €7 for 3 'cod ravioli' and €8 for 4 (tiny) slices of typical salami, personally I consider it an extremely high price for what is offered and difficult to justify. Totally different story for the main dishes with an honest price and extremely abundant and delicious. Both 'classic Pad Thai' and 'Pad Krapao Moo' with the addition are highly recommended. We paid 57 euros more for everything listed above plus a single beer. But as I said two years ago, a really good place to try.

A discovery in Florence. Excellent Thai food place. Dishes well balanced in flavors and quantities. I was very surprised to find a waiter in charge of wines, very knowledgeable about the characteristics and history of the bottles offered (unfortunately they are rarely found in Florentine restaurants, where it should be the norm). Finding such a service in an ethnic restaurant is a real plus. The only note is the location where we ate which, near the entrance on a rainy day, wasn't the best (we recommend at least installing the door locking system, the waiter isn't worth it...)

We had dinner with friends at this restaurant a few weeks ago The place is very nice, with warm lights and dark tables. The food is all very good. We had 4 starters including the fried egg and chicken skewers which were fantastic. We shared the classic Pad Thai which was yummy. I also had a hot soup with beef dumplings and noodles. We were all satisfied. The service was good, the girl who served us was very calm and kind. I count in the norm.

We have also been to other Thai restaurants, and I must say that regarding the food (especially the desserts) and the bill we are one step below, in conclusion sufficient, but there is better

In Assoluto il miglior Thai food di Firenze e forse anche d’ Italia , cucina semplice , come in un villaggio Thailandese (ed io ne ho girati di villaggi in cerchi di tipiche leccornie locali) fatta da Chefs Donne e tutte con una cordialità e dedizione alla cucina tipico del bellissimo popolo Thai , atmosfera calda e accogliente con un servizio altrettanto degno di ogni cortesia , raccomando assolutamente !!!

Posto molto carino, il cibo è molto buono e abbondante, servizio rapido e cortese, atmosfera piacevole, molto raccomandato!!

scettico sui ristoranti thai in città per paura di rimanere deluso dalla mia cucina preferita, rilevo con piacere che i piatti sono pochi ma ben fatti: il tom yum di cui sono ghiotto non ha niente da invidiare ai tanti che ho apprezzato nei miei innumerevoli viaggi il Thailandia; le porzioni sono abbondanti. Inoltre il locale è carino e il personale gentilissimo (non c'è da stupirsi, essendo thailandesi). Avrei preferito solo maggior quantità di spezie e di peperoncino, ma, come giustamente mi hanno fatto notare, devono venire incontro anche ai gusti italiani; comunque basta chiedere "spicy!".

Entrati nel ristorante di viene accolti subito dal personale che, gentilmente, ci ha condotti al tavolo. Un ambiente molto tranquillo dove abbiamo potuto consumare antipasti e primi piatti. Per quanto dal menù potessero sembrare semplici c'era un ottimo bilanciamento tra dolce e speziato, che rendeva il tutto molto saporito e piacevole. Per i dolci non ho parole perché davvero erano una cosa eccezionale.
