Some friends and I spent a very pleasant evening at this pizzeria. The place is simple and well-kept, with some interesting designs that represent the identity of Neapolitan pizzerias. The service was quick and professional, and the staff was always very kind and friendly, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
All the food was exceptional, starting with the appetizers, then moving on to the pizzas. We ordered different ones to try as many as possible. The dough was very light and easy to digest, and we finished with a selection of desserts, which were equally excellent—a lovely icing on the cake to round off this culinary experience! The attention to detail in the plating is a particularly positive note.
We will definitely be back very soon!

Sant'arpia is a guarantee! In addition to the truly digestible classic Neapolitan pizza, tonight I tried the gluten-free pizza made with NATURALLY GLUTEN-FREE FLOURS, steamed... what can I say, the best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten, a real surprise. The pizza is slightly smaller than the classic one, with a crispy and soft crust, not at all rubbery even when it cools a bit. So kudos to whoever makes the dough; it's no small feat to achieve such high quality without industrial concoctions! Celiac or not, everyone can leave here satisfied! See you soon, Glenda

I don't think you can eat Neapolitan pizza outside of Campania because without their water, it's almost impossible to make it fluid, hydrated, and not rubbery like they do. However, Santarpia contradicts this theory. We had very good Toscarelle with candied onion used to soften the liver. We also had the cheese balls with pears and walnuts, good but a bit sweet as an appetizer. The pizzas were marvelous, with well-hydrated dough, light and well-leavened, and a firm but not rubbery crust. We ordered the vegetarian and the artichoke gricia (artichokes were scarce), and we were so enthusiastic that we also ordered a Margherita to put the pizzaiuolo to the test, and... the level was top notch. Sweet tomato and basil to die for. Pizza at its best.

Everything was delicious! The only downside is that they don't have many options for lactose intolerant people like me! Although, unlike many other places, they did have two vegan desserts! Amazing!

The pizza dough was very good, probably the best pizza I've ever eaten. The appetizers were also very good and interesting, and the service was welcoming and friendly.

We've been wanting to try this pizzeria for a few weeks.
To say that, from the wonderful atmosphere to the perfect welcome, it was a success. I believe there's no pizzeria this perfect in all of Florence. The sensations of the products we tasted are such that you can feel them.
PASSION AND LOVE, WITH THE UTMOST PROFESSIONALISM FROM EVERYONE.
THANK YOU FOR MAKING US HAVE A GOOD EVENING.

We were here on November 8th, recommended by friends.
The pizza deserves 10 stars and more, truly exquisite. Soft, flavorful, with truly exceptional ingredients. It's a feast for the eyes. The same goes for the dessert.
Why am I taking a star off? For the service, especially from one young man in particular; he was a show-off, arrogant.
He left a bitter taste in my mouth, especially because he seemed like he was the head waiter or something similar; in short, the other waiters (all very kind, humble, and smiling) reported to him. To be appointed as manager, you have to know how to handle "annoying" customers... and your colleagues!
He demonstrated a lack of professionalism right from the start when, alas, he annoyed us by sending us to wait outside. "Gentlemen, wait outside; your table will be ready soon." In short, a feigned kindness with obvious annoyance in the way he said it.
This happened at 9:40 PM, 10 minutes after our second-seat dinner reservation. We were all waiting for our tables (us and the other customers who were probably second-seat like us).
We waited at the entrance despite the cramped space, but in November, you don't want to wait outside in the cold... plus, we were past our reserved time. And we tried to stay out of the way as much as possible.
I can totally understand that we were in the way, and we were disappointed, but it's not the customer's fault—there's no room at the entrance while they wait for their reserved table.
In short, we literally felt kicked out. Not at all welcome.
If they improve in this respect, it'll be the best pizzeria I've ever been to.
