We relied on pastry chef Marco for our son Tommaso's baptism cake! We were confident in the outcome because Marco had made our wedding cake a few years ago and it had been a success. So we turned to him again for the baptism cake and, what can I say, everything was perfect! The cake was delicious as well as beautiful; it was exactly how we wanted it. Marco is always very helpful and courteous; for both the wedding and the baptism, he welcomed us and listened to our requests, fulfilling them completely. Pasticceria Caroti Sgrilli did an amazing job delivering my sister's wedding cake. I had to find someone last minute, in April, when the wedding was supposed to be in May. They were extremely responsive in responding to my emails and very understanding, given that my sister and I are Americans who came to Italy specifically for the wedding.
