I'd been to this place four years ago and was pleased to see that the quality has actually improved over time. There's little to complain about the meat; it's absolutely the best place to eat, with a wide selection to suit all tastes, but always excellent quality. I'd also like to mention the service: I found the staff extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I asked for advice on which meat to order, and they delivered exactly what I was looking for. They were never pushy, always punctual, and polite—a real plus in an already excellent place.

The staff is very friendly, even though they change frequently. The restaurant is well-maintained and clean. The first time I ordered a Rubia Gallega on the waiter's recommendation, I was amazed by the intense and delicious flavor of the meat. The other two times I ordered the same steak, but the flavor wasn't the same, perhaps because the meat wasn't the same. Since the prices are very high, I expected a more professional service. The prices are very high, but that's understandable if the staff is respectful, honest, and attentive. I hope the next time you visit us will be a success.

Excellent food, exceptional staff, welcoming and elegant atmosphere

Found it by chance on the way back to Arezzo. The restaurant is well-decorated and welcoming, and the waiters are courteous and welcoming. The menu offers a wide selection of meats, clearly organized by flavor, intensity, etc., and it's nice that there's a brief description for each type. The waiter also knows how to recommend dishes based on your needs. The service is fast and attentive, though not overbearing. We had the potatoes cooked three times; they were good, but we weren't thrilled; perhaps the final frying could have been avoided. The meat was very good, tender, perfectly cooked and at the perfect internal temperature. The choice to season it with salt flakes (also added on the side) is also nice, a plus compared to the traditional coarse salt. The bread and oil are also very good. The only point to note is that, having chosen a fairly fatty cut of meat, the cooking on the outside was a bit underdone, making the fat in the thickest parts raw and inedible. I would have given it a minute more on the grill on the fat side. A nice discovery, definitely a great place for good meat!
