The staff is very kind. The bathrooms are clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming. My compliments to the owners!!

17/11/2025: The place is so beautiful I could live there. Warm, welcoming, and glamorous, I really don't know how I didn't discover it before. Friendly, fast, and efficient service. The menu is short, with just a few dishes, but well-made and portions that are truly enormous. You definitely won't leave hungry. I had the appetizer with all the tastings, which weren't tastings but actual dishes. Honorable mention goes to the tartare and the vegetable tart. Next up was the stuffed chicken, amazing, with a side dish. A bottle recommended by the sommelier, an amazing Sirah, and to finish, a Sospiro, an excellent house wine.
Finishing with an amazing pistachio semifreddo.

04/11/2025: What a place. Great food. Great ambience. Lovely staff. Top notch wine collection. The venue is awesome. And great English to top it all off. If you're in this part of town, come here.

27/11/2025: Absolutely delicious. A perfect lunch. Portions were appropriate. Gnocchi was somehow light, even in a butter miso sauce. Fried tortellini antipasti was so unique. Best cheesecake we’ve had in Italy. Owners are so kind and very active. Lovely experience.
25/11/2025: Like finding the old S. Spirito neighborhood, like it was 25 years ago, back in rejuvenated form. Laid back, hospitable and with a great sense of irony and humour. It's the people, the ones cooking and serving as well as the ones dropping in for a talk and a bite, that breathe life into this precious corner spot. It's like the note taped to the wall says: please stay like this, don't forget!
It's easy to almost forget mentioning the food and the wine, but yeah, those are great too. A treasure.

09/12/2025: Every year I return to Bianchina, and every year I give it 5 stars. Because the food is good, because it's affordable, because the waiters are kind, because they're fast. Is that enough? This time I tried the suckling pig with potatoes, which was the choice of the day. Excellent. I believe the owners are Sardinian, and that explains the excellent quality of the suckling pig, as well as that of the homemade myrtle liqueur. For me, Florence isn't a visit to Bianchina without it.
06/12/2025: I wasn't familiar with the place, but it's easy to get to and has ample parking. The steak was exceptional, a classic Florentine steak, undercooked but melting in your mouth. Despite being busy, the service was very fast. The prices were average and much lower than those downtown restaurants where they serve almost black-core meat.

20/11/2025: Excellent trattoria, it has everything: a very friendly welcome and service, excellent food, and a lovely terrace. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and only regretted discovering it on the last day of our stay.
I highly recommend it!
16/11/2025: This was a recommendation from our taxi driver, and we were so glad we had it! On Sunday, it was practically full of locals.
The food and wine were fantastic. This was by far the best restaurant we had on our trip to Florence! The service was also very friendly, and even though we had already been assigned a table in another room, we were able to choose a table for two. Despite the restaurant being completely full, the staff remained attentive and approachable.
Both desserts were delicious!

29/10/2025: A really good osteria in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. I went there twice during our stay at a nearby agriturismo. The food was excellent. Wine list offered some good options with local and not so local Italian wines. The service and the staff were very welcoming. Definitely recommend it.
