Gli Ostinati Bar Osteria In Figline valdarno

Passing through Figline, I followed the reviews when choosing this osteria, and I can confirm the positive comments. The atmosphere is a bit noisy (but it's a Tuscan osteria, after all), but the welcome was excellent and the menu was well-guided. I chose the rabbit (good), while my wife opted for a decent lasagna, with a side of onions and anchovies, which pleasantly surprised me because I was worried it might be heavy. Dessert: ricotta and jam tart. The bill was ok.

We were here for a short stopover. I had read the good reviews and really wanted to try it out to see if they were true. I'm more than thrilled. We had such a great meal.

On our first day in Tuscany, we're staying in Figline Valdarno and looking for a nearby, not-too-expensive place for lunch. We found this place, and it was a revelation. The food was fantastic; both my boyfriend and I ordered the pasta alla ghiotta, as recommended by our server, and it was truly, truly good. The service was top-notch, and the staff was not only professional but also very friendly, which is always a pleasure to pair good food with a laugh! They also delivered super fast; after ordering, our first course arrived almost immediately. We ordered biscuits for dessert, simple and delicious, and they brought them to us with Vin Santo. We drank two glasses of wine during lunch, again based on the staff's recommendation, and we were more than satisfied. Great place, simple, down-to-earth, good food, friendly people: a must-see if you're in the area. We'll definitely be back to try something else!

We had a wonderful meal. Traditional, typical cuisine. Friendly and professional staff.

Quick service and excellent food. Stopped in for a quick lunch and was very satisfied! Special mention to the gentleman who accompanied me throughout the meal, he was really nice!
