12/10/2025: Oh! What a vineyard. So cool that the Swedes have succeeded in this, in the middle of the Chianti area. We had a wonderful wine tasting🍷😋

23/11/2025: We went for dinner the first night because it was close to the hotel and because we had a discount with TheFork. The restaurant is quite large and wasn't crowded; we didn't have to wait to be seated. We ordered the traditional pasta with wild boar ragu, which was excellent and a more than generous portion. We also tried one of their pizzas, where they didn't skimp on the toppings. We didn't order dessert because we were so full, but it was an excellent start to our trip.

23/11/2025: It was so delicious I forgot to take pictures. I highly recommend it; the pasta with ragù was amazing as a starter, and the Florentine steak was a delight for the main course! The wine was very pleasant, and the lemon sorbet was spectacular!

05/10/2025: Meat lovers will absolutely hit the jackpot here! Just looking at the display case will make any gourmet's heart race! Absolute professionalism in the grill, service, and presentation. The restaurant is always busy, which is no surprise given the dishes they serve. In addition to meat, there are also various pasta dishes and other delicacies. A real winner!

28/08/2025: One of the best coffee pods I've ever tasted. So many different blends (all excellent). After placing an order to try the various blends, I only drink Scardigli coffee at home. 🔝 Great price and super fast shipping. Note: I believe they're the only pod manufacturer/seller that allows you to buy individual pods, great for those who like to try different blends.

07/12/2025: The service seemed decidedly disorganized. During dinner, we witnessed unpleasant arguments between the owner and the wait staff, which ruined the atmosphere. The space is cramped and the atmosphere is frenetic, with waiters constantly rushing back and forth, creating stress. As for the food, the entrees were mediocre.

07/12/2025: Very nice and youthful restaurant discovered via TikTok and The Fork. If you don't book, they don't necessarily have a table for dinner. Two of us went and had a 1.5kg Florentine steak, a flask of Chianti, two coffees, and a liter of water, all for around one hundred euros. Personally, it was very nice. I'll definitely be back, even for a simple aperitivo. The guy at the bar was super friendly, as was the waitress.

02/10/2025: This was my second visit and food was still spot on. Had the Dan Dan noodles and pan fried dumplings. Pardon the pics as I delve right in when they came and forgot to take pics of how they look. The chrysanthemum and rose tea was nice and soothing to round off the meal.

01/10/2025: The food here was authentic and excellent. We came on a busy day and it took about 30 minutes to get our food once ordered including appetizers. Plates are reasonably priced ranging from 8 euro for an appetizer to 15+ a plate. They had a special for 24 euro that included an appetizer, entree, and drink. I recommend a visit.

08/12/2025: It's hard to find a restaurant in the heart of Florence these days that combines quality, variety, and value as well as this one. In fact, we returned twice to try more dishes, from appetizers to desserts, all of which we'll fondly remember. Thank you!

03/12/2025: I had dinner there last Friday, and everything was excellent, especially the boiled meatballs! A quiet, family-friendly atmosphere, a friendliness that's rare these days. Every time I'm in Florence, I make a regular stop!

16/11/2025: Cantinetta di Rignana never disappoints. The primi are outstanding — rich, perfectly balanced, and genuinely memorable. The antipasto is exactly what you hope for in Chianti: generous, fresh, and full of flavour. The wine list is spot-on and pairs beautifully with everything on the table. Dessert was the perfect finale: a top-tier tiramisù and a fantastic torta cioccolato e pere that was warm, soft, and ridiculously good. Hidden in a stunning setting, with food that’s worth the trip every single time. Highly recommended.

15/11/2025: Everything was very good, and the staff were friendly. The atmosphere was truly pleasant, surrounded by greenery.

03/12/2025: Risotto 22 euros, macaroni 20 euros, spritz 9 euros... The taste is not that great for the price. The portions are large, but there are many things to be disappointed about.

14/12/2025: Absolutely fantastic. The advantage of traveling to Florence in December is that there are no queues or long waits for anything. And under those conditions, everything is much more enjoyable. Recharging your batteries after visiting the Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens is a great idea.

04/12/2025: I don’t give 5 stars, but we went last night and I was very happy. We had a reservation at 730 and there was a scrum at the entrance as they let in everyone at the same time, a bit weird, but everyone was in good spirits. The waiter was great, explained everything we asked, my wife doesn’t take rare meat, so unfortunately, we didn’t have the Florentine steak, but we ordered the Vegetable “soup”, crostini, grilled vegies, veal and sirloin steak (we asked for medium). The crostini was liked by my wife, who enjoys liver and tolerable by me. The vegetable soup was surprising as it’s not what you expect from a soup, but tasted good. Grilled vegies was a meh. But the steak and ESPECIALLY the veal was amazing! Cooked to medium perfectly and the fat rendered so well! Melt in your mouth, we finished the entire thing down to its bone! When the waiter asked if everything was good, we could only point to the empty plates! I never give 5 stars, but this place gets 5 stars! Thoroughly enjoyable! We spent €106 for 3 people, the bread was free (usually the mark of a tourist trap!)

03/12/2025: What a lovely dinner at Il Latini. Food We had the roasted pigeon and beef filet for our 1st dinner in Florence. The roasted pigeon was seasoned well and flavourful. That said, I thought the pigeon may have been slightly overdone. The beef filet was divine and cooked to perfection. We loved it. We paired the 2 mains with grilled vegetables. We also had the tomato and bread soup. The soup felt authentically tuscan. While the name of the dish appears simple, we felt warmth in our hearts as if we were eating a dish cooked by our grandmothers. For dessert, we had tiramisu. Please try if you are there for a meal. Do not skip this dessert. Service was excellent, attentive and efficient. Reservations recommended, if possible. We arrived at the restaurant about 15-20mins before dinner service started. There was already a queue. Restaurant is popular and quite busy.

28/10/2025: We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was amazing, traditional Tuscan food prepared in an innovative style. The service was professional and warm, with great wine recommendations from the manager (owner?). We loved this restaurant!
