Good raw material. I wasn't 100% convinced by the preparations of the starters which on paper are delicious but are a bit anonymous on the palate. Fillet meat cooked to perfection. Elegant location with the right distance between tables. Pleasant and fast service. Overall expense 10% higher than what was received.

A welcoming and spacious environment, the food is taken care of down to the smallest detail, with a menu studied in detail and the staff is helpful and courteous.

Highly recommend for this restaurant We were for lunch a big group and everyone was happy for the food,service,kindly personal. Limousine beef steak on top Not expensive stuff,but premium stuff Dry aged, tender ,soft like butter We came back

After living for 15 years in Siena...where I started to be a chef....I wanted to return with my family for the holidays...and for Christmas we ate in this pearl of a restaurant where everything is made with love for their work... and this is reflected in the food. in service and attention to customers...We savored the essence of Tuscany again Compliments.

Cena con amici in occasione di una vacanza in Toscana. Essendo stati in vacanza a Greve in Chianti visitando alcune cantine, una sera abbiamo deciso di cenare presso il Gallo Nero degustando la fiorentina. Devo dire che è stato tutto molto buono con la fiorentina spettacolare e cotta perfettamente! Lo consiglio se siete in zona!

Abbiamo fatto il pranzo di Natale in iquesto ristorante, dove eravamo già stati in passato, ma per un pranzo veloce... Il locale è molto curato e pulito... Il personale preparato.... Ed il menù molto vario con materie prime eccellenti , nel pieno rispetto della territorialità... La Titolare ha avuto un occhio di riguardo per un piccolo inconveniente, che passa in secondo piano per la sua professionalità e cortesia... Torneremo sicuramente...

07/04/2024: The right place in Florence to taste the dishes of traditional Tuscan home cooking that has not been revisited. On top of everything, an excellent 1.5kg scottona rib steak, fairly priced. The fried artichokes, fried courgettes and fried courgette flowers are good. A good choice of local Tuscan wines with honest markups. To finish, a homemade zuccotto and cantucci and vin santo. Courteous and professional service. We will return

03/04/2024: Great place, beautiful authentic Italian restaurant. Excellent and non-intrusive service, good menu. And delicious food. I had the Florentine steak, excellent meat, superbly cooked. Delicious apperol spritz. It’s comfortable to come as a couple or as a family.
03/04/2024: It's a great lobster pasta restaurant,,,, really delicious. I also had some steak and it was really delicious, but I can't remember the name of the menu... The staff are all friendly and delicious, so I keep thinking about this place even when I go to other cities!!
