13/01/2024: Dopo molti mesi sono tornato alla pizzeria L’Regolo a San Piero a Sieve. L’accoglienza nel rivedere un vecchio cliente è stata calorosissima sia da parte dei proprietari che da parte del personale composto come sempre soprattutto da giovani ragazze molto carine, gentili e competenti, il rinnovo del locale è azzeccato e la pizza secondo me resta la numero uno in tutto il Mugello, completa il tutto un vario ottimo menù da cucina. Complimenti a tutti.

16/12/2023: Se non c’è voglia lasciamo stare.. 6 pizze da buttare nel gabinetto stasera.. poche volte ho mangiato così male, mangiato per dire..

22/06/2024: As soon as there are three people they go into crisis, it takes half an hour for a coffee, never ask how you want it, they do it their way, negative people are not adequate!!!!

02/06/2024: Really nice place located inside the Cascine Park, adjacent to a small museum (which we didn't visit). There are some seats inside and a rather basic external outdoor area, with tables located on the gravel. The restaurant offers aperitifs (cutting board to be purchased separately), small pastries, some savory pieces and ice cream (supplied by Badiani). The coffee is good while the breakfast pastries (pastries, brioches, pinwheels, etc), probably of frozen origin, are just passable, being poorly filled, not very soft and very dry. Friendly service and average prices (lower than in the city centre).

11/08/2024: Unfortunately the quality is poor as is the quantity of fish served. Ok atmosphere even if the smell of fried food on your clothes at the end of the evening is guaranteed. In summer with 35 degrees at 9 in the evening we sweated inside the place more than at the seaside. Overpriced for the quality of the food.

03/07/2024: We found the place very pretty and the employees very nice, especially the cook Alessandro. The meals were delicious. However, we were very disappointed with our apartment. Although it was beautiful, the site manager knew there were problems with the air conditioning on the first floor and in both bedrooms, but repairs were not made. So we slept very poorly the three nights, because the air conditioning was poor, despite the employees coming and going to our room, at my request. There are no screens in the windows, so although we wanted to enjoy a nice breeze at night, we were devoured by mosquitoes. The manager still gave me some credit as compensation. We would have liked to do a tasting of the wines from the vineyard, but it was not available. I hope the air conditioning issues are fixed as we weren't the only ones with this problem.

23/05/2024: Pernottamento e cena in occasione di cammino lungo la Via degli Dei. Bella posizione con terrazza panoramica. Hotel confortevole, ristorante buono ma con prezzi non da viandante, qualità cibo buona, personale cortese tranne un cameriere in sala decisamente maleducato.

28/04/2024: Abbiamo fatto il cammino degli DEI e abbiamo pernottato. Siamo arrivate e ci hanno dato la possibilità di lavare gli scarponi sporchi di fango. L'hotel è molto pulito ed accogliente , il personale molto disponibile. Cibo molto buono. Assolutamente consigliato.

05/07/2024: Ci siamo presentati in 7 senza prenotazione e dopo le 24.00. Oltre ad averci accolto con simpatia e gentilezza ci hanno servito piatti deliziosi sempre col sorriso nonostante l'orario tardo e il numero non così facilmente gestibile. Praticamente hanno salvato il nostro addio al nubilato per la nostra amica con cena improvvisata. Ma buonissima! A sorpresa bottiglia offerta dalla casa. Jasmine, deliziosa, staff meraviglioso. Grazie davvero!!!! Uno di noi intollerante al glutine e latte e derivati ha trovato un menù ricchissimo. 10 e lode 🥰🥰😍😍

16/08/2024: One of the worst restaurants I've been to in my life, the waiter insulted my wife, the four of us paid €94 to eat pizza filled with oil, my friend had a hamburger and ended up with a steak, salad and fries on a plate. Maybe they have a different concept of dishes here €18 for a steak and fries. The friendliness and service are not there, knowing that we are made to pay for a Copero even a prison door is more friendly

01/08/2024: Cena con delle amiche, abbiamo voluto provare questo ristorante anche se non all'aperto. Visto il caldo che c'è a Firenze in questi giorni non è stata una scelta sbagliata: dentro c'è ovviamente l'aria condizionata e siamo state benissimo. Io ho mangiato tutto pesce: waffles con avocado, tonno affumicato, ricotta e cipolla caramellata come antipasto, cheescake salato con salmone come secondo piatto. Quindi piatti un pò diversi dal solito, tutto molto appetitoso. Il locale è molto carino, il personale giovane e simpatico. Servizio veloce e prezzi nella norma.

12/08/2024: Beware - tourist trap! I paid 9.20€ for 1 espresso, 1 cappuccino and 1 croissant. Everywhere else in Firenze the same things are sold for max 5€. The barista was rude too. Avoid like pest.

26/04/2024: Visited on a cool afternoon and luckily the heaters are working. Top notch service. Excellent cheese plate and beers. Would be glad too revisit other than $$$

19/07/2024: I took 2 takeaway margheritas, as often happens, there was a shortage of mozzarella and this time it had a strange taste, lately the quality has been poor. The tomato is always bland, the pizza has a predominantly sweet taste. "The true note" and then they don't even put basil on the daisy. 🤦🏻‍♂️ When they opened they were top and now they are getting worse as time goes by. (You won't care) But rest assured I won't go back there again! 2 stars because I'm good.

20/06/2024: - L'antipasto è stato buono nel complesso. In particolare nulla da dire sia sulla stracciata che sulla qualità del crudo.. in merito ai "coccoli" invece, questi sembrano essere più frittelle d'alga di quelle comprate. - La pizza è senza infamia ma senza lode. Impasto non crudo, ma neanche ottimamente lievitato che finisce per essere un po' pesante, offrendo il risultato di una pizza gommosa piuttosto che leggera. Buono il fior di latte mentre qualche riserva resta per il sugo: un po' acre e sciapo. - Ambiente e servizio sono abbastanza apprezzabili se non si hanno troppe pretese. PS: sul menù la Golosa viene descritta con chips di patate ma è stata servita con semplici patatine fritte.. nulla di grave, può capitare se è stata una disattenzione, ma se si tratta di un cambio definitivo del menù suggerirei di renderlo chiaro o, se di una mancanza temporanea, di farlo presente anche a voce

06/07/2024: This bombolone of an owner kicked us out of his restaurant after not specifying that a pitcher of tap water costs 5 Euro. Service was absolutely horrendous and i’m sure the food is too, but we didn’t even manage to get to that point. Would not recommend, ended up eating next door :).

14/08/2024: Service unteridisch, Kellner war sehr unfreundlich und hat unangenehm gerochen. Inneneinrichtung sehr billig, die Stühle sind fast auseinandergefallen. Die Bruscetta war pappig und trocken. Die Kartoffeln (Beilage) waren teilweise noch roh und wurden doppelt abgerechnet. Ossobuco und Steak waren in Ordnung, das Lamm ungenießbar. Für den Preis eine absolute Frechheit!

12/08/2024: This is a review for a restaurant with a 4.5 star rating that charges €98/kg for which I had high expectations and the restaurant fell well short. Our daughter has eaten at this restaurant twice previously and it’s her favourite in the world so she booked in advance and followed up the day we were visiting for her mother’s 50th. Firstly the waiter had no interest in listening to me or interest in a booking for a specific table, he stuck us where he wanted, which wasn’t where our daughter wanted us to be seated. The table position was ordinary but I didn’t know until my daughter saw the photos we weren’t where she had asked and in “the cheap seats” usually reserved for walk ins. I did leave a small tip not wanting to embarrass my daughter but knowing what I know now I most certainly wouldn’t have. The entree was average, bruschetta, but the tomatoes weren’t the lovely sweet cherry tomatoes I expected and shown on the menu but just average diced up tomatoes you get at the supermarket. The deserts were served on refrigerated jars but on warm plates either straight out of the dishwasher or set aside for a different dish. No cream or ice-cream is available to serve on the side of a cheesecake. The mains, a high quality piece of meat served with a salad but far too much fat, and I know quality meat and to expect some fat but once you add the bone there was no more than 400 grams of meat on a 1200 gram steak. This wasn’t marbling but this was just fat. It looked a million dollars but didn’t eat that way. Overall too expensive for what was served up.
