The quality of the food leaves something to be desired and is typical of those places that work on quantity rather than quality. 17/02/2025: All you can eat nella media, buono e prezzi giusti. Unica pecca ogni cosa fritta è molto pesante, non so se sia stato un caso, per il resto tutto ottimo, anche se a pranzo c'è poca scelta. Servizio molto lento e sarebbe da migliorare la modalità di ordinazione che con dei post-it non è proprio il massimo.

17/04/2025: NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Menu of six small plates on offer at €14 and I don't remember otherwise 21 I think. scandalous!!! I spent €30 at lunch for 2 micro pieces of nighiri only salmon, 4 shameful vegetarian hosamaki, 2 micro hosamaki with salmon and mayo, and then I took two other dishes off the "6 dishes" menu, a tempura prawn with sushi rice and a hosamaki with an indefinable piece of meat or fish wrapped in nori seaweed stuck in a roll of rice, teriyaki and blah blah blah. a small bottle of water. in short, a bit of a joke.

03/03/2025: Scam. There is no other word to describe a lunch made up of 12 plates of sushi paid at a star price but with the quality worse than an all you can eat. The 14.90 euros you read at the entrance to the restaurant refer to 6 different colored saucers which, when put together, form the price of the "promotion". For me and for many other customers they can close tomorrow. With good reason I would say!

17/03/2025: Today there were three of us, we were well received and we sat down without knowing what to eat, the waiter Raimondo recommended the chef's bruschetta to start and they were delicious and plentiful. As a first course I ate the caserecce with broccoli and sausage, my friend ate the Mafalde with porcini mushrooms and my colleague ate a roast beef with potato pie and champignon mushrooms. We left super satisfied and the prices were right. In addition to recommending it, I will return because it is on the path of my work. Well done, it was a pleasure meeting you.

28/02/2025: A Neapolitan pizzeria in the Barberino outlet. Large place, a little impersonal, but with a complete menu. I ate a very good pizza and worth a visit

04/02/2025: This airport seems fine first, but when you actually want to fly from there, it becomes a nightmare. You don't get actual information you need from the screens, you have to find a worker to ask what's going on. As for the workers, they were kind to us, but they were overwhelmed, they had to do three things at the same time. When we wanted to check-in, it wasn't obvious in which line we should have stood. To reach the gates you need to go around the whole airport, it's not convenient at all. Our flight was scheduled to leave at 12.15. The screens said they would open the gate at 11.35, but the boarding begun only at 12.03, and no-one informed us about anything. But the cherry on top was that our luggage didn't arrive at the final destination, because it didn't even leave Florence!! We thought it was lost during transfer, but no, it was still sitting at the Florence airport. Shame that an amazing city like this, has an awful airport.

12/05/2025: Food made us sick. Probably from the GIANT cockroaches 🪳 that they have there. They charge you to use the restroom even if you've bought something and it's disgusting 🤢 🤮

08/05/2025: There are many McDonalds, but I don't think I have ever encountered such incompetent and arrogant service. In addition, the display with orders did not work properly (they disappeared before execution).

21/12/2024: BAD EXPERIENCE rude owner, not available to people in wheelchairs, very high step at the entrance which makes access difficult, you ask if you have a platform to enter and pretend nothing happened. Unavailable to disabled people. I forgot, coffee is dirty water and croissants are pitiful. At the bar in my town I'm better.

15/02/2025: Eravamo in 8. Ci siamo fermati per un caffè. Chiedo un espresso e pago. I miei amici stranieri prendono un cappuccino: 3 euro. Mi viene detto che ce lo portano al tavolo e così mi accomodano. Invece me lo porta uno del gruppo. In un bicchiere di carta. Io vado a chiedere se posso avere una tazzina di ceramica. Quello che dice di essere il proprietario mi chiede perché. Io gli rispondo che mi aspettavo il caffè in una tazzina di ceramica come in ogni bar normale in Italia e che il caffè nel bicchiere di carta mi fa schifo. Lui comincia ad agitarsi e a dire che se voglio posso anche andarmene. Io raggiungo i miei amici al tavolo e dopo pochi secondi questo viene al gtavolo, mi punta il dito contro e a voce molto alta voce mi dice: tu a me non dici che il mio caffè fa schifo, se vuoi lo butti, e mi si avvicina minaccioso. Io gli rispondo che non può permettersi di aggredirmi e lui comincia a dire cose senza senso riguardo le telecamere del locale, finché un poliziotto in borghese interviene e gli dice che non può aggredire un cliente e lo allontana dal tavolo. Il caffè ovviamente sapeva di carta.

25/12/2024: Vorrei fare i complimenti a Stefano, Ilaria e tutto lo staff per il bellissimo pranzo di Natale che ci hanno fatto passare. Ottimi piatti che variavano dalla carne al pesce, ingredienti originali, velocità nel servire nonostante il locale fosse pieno. Ottimo vino e prosecco! Grazie, siete stati veramente bravi!!! 21/10/2024: Andata con amici per assaggiare la loro pizza ma non è stato possibile. Era finita la materia prima. Tavolo appiccicoso, servizio scadente, oste dal grande ego che probabilmente dimentica che il cliente paga, e non deve essere costretto ad arrivare alle 19 se vuole mangiare la pizza. E' possibile che il cliente non possa arrivare a quell'ora. Carne arrivata fredda, pesce tiepido. E' stata la prima volta in questo locale, ma anche l'ultima.

13/04/2025: Ho prenotato in anticipo e avevo deciso di venire qua perché mi e stato consigliato da un amico mio, il cibo era buono unica cosa che era un pò acida la zuppa di cozze forse io pomodoro, il polpo e i carciofi troppo limone , nella norma ok , unica cosa è che non ti vengono detto i prezzi quando prendi tipo la roba fuori del menu, da ristoratore non è corretto mi dispiace, i dolci non erano buono il cesto con mousse di pistacchio non aveva alcun sapore, invece il crem caramel era un preparato in scatola. Mi dispiace non ritornerò! Il servizio e stato molto cordiale, la ragazza alta la più giovane e stata molto professionale e gentilissima.

13/04/2025: Ho pranzato in questo ristorante per l anniversario con il mio compagno, all’inizio eravamo un po’ dubbiosi perché le ultime recensioni non erano molto positive, che dire… una piacevole scoperta, abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, piatti favolosi, tutto fresco abbondante e saporito, volevo fare i complimenti al cameriere che ci ha servito, professionale e simpatico, conto nella norma, non salato come avevano scritto molti… ci torneremo sicuramente! Bravi!

07/04/2025: Sabato sera ho organizzato una cena per festeggiare la mia laurea ed eravamo un gruppo di 28 persone con menù fisso. Ho apprezzato molto l’ambiente suggestivo e alcuni dei piatti che ci sono stati portati. Tuttavia non tutti il cibo era di qualità (tagliata veramente scarsa, callosa e fredda) e le porzioni erano davvero misere. Ho dovuto chiedere di farci più carne perché ne avevano portata veramente poca (tanto da non bastare neanche per tutte le persone sedute sedute al tavolo). La cosa peggiore però è stata il servizio, veramente scadente e poco professionale. La percezione era quella di non essere ben graditi e ogni risposta che ci veniva data era fredda e scocciata. So cosa voglia dire lavorare al pubblico e di sicuro non ci si comporta così.

16/02/2025: Abbiamo prenotato questo posto per un pranzo in famiglia. Abbiamo trovato un rapporto qualità prezzo scadente con prezzi spropositati per cibo dozzinale. Il coperto da 9 euro 3 persone per stare in una veranda fredda sgangherata rende l'idea. Da non tornarci più.
