09/10/2025: The bread is a few days old. I ordered a bresaola carpaccio with grana. Carpaccio as I understand it, nothing at all. Very little marinated and it was just ham and cheese, with a tiny drop of oil. Today, after a few days in Italy, I ordered a toasted grappa. It tastes like cork, I guess they had it open for a long time. But like everything, the first impression in a restaurant can be wrong. When I go back to Florence, I will repeat. I don't like to give bad reviews, you always have to try again!

29/09/2025: Very reasonably priced food and drink in the centre of Firenze (Florence). I had the Bacon Cheeseburger, wife had the Ham, Cheese and Courgette Foccasia with half litre of the house white. No complaints and the service came with a smile.

23/10/2025: Adequate. The service was decent and ambiance was pleasant (though this was quite late for lunch, so may not be usual), but the food was quite pricy relative to the quantity, and the 'Tuscany boar' was just minced beef.

04/12/2025: We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant!! We arrived around 1:30-2:00 PM, right in the middle of lunchtime, and the place was completely empty, which was unusual in itself. We brought drinks with us, which we were asked to leave at reception, which we did without issue. We simply wanted to order a dish for three to share, but we were flatly refused, on the grounds that "you have to order for each person." The menu selections were very limited, and while we were debating whether to order more, the staff kept talking to us, saying things like "It's a matter of respect. If you don't want it, come next time," without even giving us time to decide. In the end, we were forced to leave, hungry. For a restaurant, flexibility and the ability to listen to customers are essential. Here, we felt treated more like a problem than a guest, and the lack of patience and dialogue was very disappointing.

16/08/2025: It's a MCD where there isn't enough seating at this time of year. Customers can't eat outside in 40-degree heat under the sun. The place needs to be renovated.

22/11/2025: A quick lunch during the Saturday crowds at Gigli, unfortunately not satisfying. The quality is very low compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area, and the prices are above average.

07/10/2025: Intrigued by the reviews on various social media, we decided to try this place inside the I Gigli shopping center. We ordered udon noodles (where you could choose every ingredient, including the pasta shape), which were very good and flavorful, then ramen, which was generally average, and two types of ravioli, one house-made and one meat-based. Both ravioli were disappointing. The price was good for the quality.
