01/09/2025: A true gem - a truly Florentine experience. Beautiful river views and good vibes. Viola is the best - she's very kind. Ask for Viola!! :)

25/08/2025: Nothing to complain about the general management of the pool; the lifeguards are good and attentive, and the lawn is well-kept. The bar offers sub-par food and high prices for what's on offer. The kindness and friendliness of the staff is appreciated! The worst thing is the state of the showers: dirty, old, rusty, with practically non-existent hot/cold water mixers, billions of mosquitoes. It doesn't take much to improve 💪

20/11/2025: Pokerface, part of the Nima chain, is a very nice restaurant just outside the center of Florence. The food is good, the service is friendly, and the wait is very short. The place is cute and very informal, and I'd gladly return.

12/10/2025: Exceptional pokeria, perhaps the best in the area. Carefully prepared food, using fresh, quality ingredients. Very friendly and attentive staff. Quiet and clean place. An experience worth repeating. Thank you.

28/10/2025: Excellent choice, pan-style pizza. Four of us had a good meal with beer and soda, and we spent 40 euros. We recommend it. Excellent location!

25/07/2025: Deze zaak is volledig veranderd en serveert geen pizza's meer. Het is nu een enoteca en niet geschikt voor kinderen. Dit hadden ze wel even mogen aanpassen op Google en hier op Tripadvisor.

22/11/2025: A quick lunch during the Saturday crowds at Gigli, unfortunately not satisfying. The quality is very low compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area, and the prices are above average.

07/10/2025: Intrigued by the reviews on various social media, we decided to try this place inside the I Gigli shopping center. We ordered udon noodles (where you could choose every ingredient, including the pasta shape), which were very good and flavorful, then ramen, which was generally average, and two types of ravioli, one house-made and one meat-based. Both ravioli were disappointing. The price was good for the quality.

30/10/2025: It does not reflect the 4 star service at all! Maybe 2 stars if it deserves it. Our room, musty, plaster fell from the ceiling onto the bed linen! The sockets were sparking and hissing. The breakfast was a disaster, dry bread (I don't mean toast), if you went down after 7:30 they didn't refill you with fruit or drinks. The bacon was so dry, cut into hair-thin pieces and fried that you simply couldn't chew it. The pool and its surroundings are very neglected, simply unenjoyable. For this much money, this is a waste, I don't recommend it to anyone until it undergoes a proper renovation! Max 1 star, the hairdryer was also wrapped in electrical tape, the floor carpet was full of huge blood stains. It was brutally dirty even without that... let's not even talk about the musty smell....

16/07/2025: Nice takeaway place with beautiful food. Staff are attentive and if you don't speak Italian, allow you to take your time. I would visit more if I was in Florence more.

13/06/2025: Cute little place with great food and lovely people. It was an easy walk from The Social Hub Belfiore, and away from the busier traffic areas.

24/09/2025: I haven't tried the food, but the fact that they still have coffee for €1.10 is not only a reason, but also demonstrates a gesture of humanity. It now costs at least €1.40/1.50 everywhere, even in small towns... Great people, don't raise the price!

15/09/2025: I went to the bar on my motorbike after a long ride with my girlfriend. We were thirsty, so we asked for a bottle of water, but they refused because they didn't have change or ATM service. He was also rude.

19/11/2025: Went for drinks before duomo visit, be aware they charge 7€ for cola. They made a mistake with the bill which was resolved and they were friendly. Will not revisit.
