07/09/2025: My partner and I went for a drink. It was a really nice place! There was music from the DJ, and you could dance if you wanted. You can have dinner, and the food looks good, but I was there after dinner, so I didn't have a chance to try it. The prices I saw were fair. A great place to host various private events, parties, or just go for a good time!

15/08/2025: I've eaten both meat and fish there. It's true that you have to go and get your food and bring it to your table, but I don't understand the criticism. Everything is very close, the kitchen is open, and the prices are fair and varied because the dishes are elaborate, very tasty, and plentiful, and the kitchen is quick. I've always eaten there very well, and the atmosphere is friendly and spacious, shaded, and there's always music playing in the evenings.

09/12/2025: The chicken burgers were good, but the fries were better. You get a ton of fries in a cone with sauces on top. I couldn't finish them all, but they tasted great.

20/10/2025: Halal food in Florence. I had heard a lot about this place. Specially their viral sandwiches. I got a donner sandwich in pita bread. Recommended by the staff. I must say one of the best sandwiches I have had in Florence. It’s a small place atmosphere is as good as it can get for this kind of spot.

08/10/2025: Craving kebab at night? The kebab was good, and the staff were very friendly. I visited late at night—it was light enough for a late-night meal and perfectly seasoned. I stopped by on my way to the tram. The ingredients were generous enough to make it a decent late-night meal. (I'm looking for something filling, so get the set.) The staff here were especially friendly and thoughtful. I stopped by without any expectations, but it was fine. 🙂 The sauce was a bit salty if you ask for more sauce. I just took what they gave me, and it was fine.

22/09/2025: I booked this hotel thinking it would have breakfast. I explicitly looked for hotels that included breakfast, and from the photos and information I found, it seemed like they did. They did before, but when we arrived, we had the unpleasant surprise that they didn't have breakfast. They literally no longer offer anything. There's only a coffee vending machine and another one for a few other products. Really, for the price you pay, it becomes a very expensive hotel for what it offers. The only good thing about the place is the location. It's a great location since it's just a few minutes from the train and tram stations. But if I had known they didn't include breakfast, I would have stayed somewhere cheaper. I was disappointed, and you can hear everything, so there's zero privacy. The rooms are large, but they're not worth it. I wouldn't book here again. If you're looking for something that includes breakfast, don't stay here. Of the hotels I included on my trip to Italy, this one in Florence was the worst. I had better experiences in Venice and Rome.

08/09/2025: Very close (walking distance) to train station and city atractions. Hot water, have a bathroom and a small refrigerator. The receptionist talks 5 languages.

15/03/2026: Really terrible experience Rude staff I asked for a €3 cone and the clerk gave me a waffle that cost exactly double Too bad she didn't say anything until the bill came SHAMEFUL

12/03/2026: The food and the quality is amazing however I witnessed how an employee yelled at an elderly woman who was homeless. The humiliation towards that elderly person and the lack of humanity broke my heart. I stood up and said something but sadly these type of heartless human think they are above others. The food in this place truly is amazing however they lack the human touch and respect that everyone deserves.

19/03/2026: We went to dinner at this restaurant, intrigued by the "roller" system, but unfortunately, the experience was decidedly negative. The system is based on colored plates, each with a different price (from about €2.50 to €7). The main problem is the complete lack of clarity: the cheapest color (green) wasn't even present with a single dish, while there was another very similar green one, but with a price already around €5, creating confusion right from the start. Even more serious is the "yellow" issue: the menu lists a yellow dish, but in reality, what appears to be yellow is considered "golden" (and therefore off-menu), with a much higher price. We ordered those dishes, thinking they were around €4, and ended up paying €10 each. On the receipt, they actually appeared as "gold." It wasn't a mistake, but a system they routinely apply, which makes it completely misleading. Furthermore, the most expensive dish I tried (wagyu) was of terrible quality: tough, tasteless, and definitely below expectations. Overall, the food is average, comparable to any all-you-can-eat restaurant, but with completely absurd prices. Paying €6-7 for two nigiri or €7 for two pieces of dragon roll is simply unjustifiable and insane for the quality offered. In short: exorbitant prices, lackluster communication, and average quality. I don't recommend it and I won't be returning.

18/03/2026: Very expensive dishes, those on the conveyor belt are unclearly labeled, and you end up paying more than expected for overall average quality. During the week, the service is almost nonexistent in the evenings; you're greeted and then abandoned. If you don't order everything right away, it's difficult to order other dishes. There were almost no customers, which isn't surprising considering what they offer. It's a shame because this restaurant has a significant history. I've been there before, before COVID, and it was a completely different experience. I don't think I'll return, sorry.

09/02/2026: Highly recommended I live downtown, but whenever I can, I come to Benedetta's. With a smile and helpfulness, she makes my day better! The staff, quality, and prices are more than fair.

17/01/2026: It's not that bad, except that the people who work there are always annoyed (I've worked in contact with the public for years and I know what it's like, but not replying to the good morning is better than smiling, it's free). I asked for a ricotta-filled brioche and it came out empty. Then, many times, the prices on the receipt don't add up. Everything is generally labeled as a "bar," but if I order a cappuccino rather than a coffee, I'd appreciate it being listed on the receipt. Reading other reviews, I've seen that the food has been heavily criticized, but I've generally found the pastries to be genuinely good. If it weren't for this latest incident, which has completely made me lose whatever desire I had to go there. If they offer the option of a filled pastry (in addition to those already on display), I'd appreciate it if it didn't arrive empty. I sincerely hope the owner reads my review, since I've seen him reply to everyone. I generally don't recommend it as a place. If you want to make a quick stop without expecting a greeting and asking for absolutely the bare minimum, it's fine, but otherwise, DON'T GO.

07/08/2025: Nous sommes venu en famille à 5 dans ce restaurant. Acceuil moyen. Ambiance extrêmement bruyante, nous avions du mal à parler entre nous la salle résonne énormément. 25 min d attente et en plus ils ont oublié l assiette de ma femme que nous avons encore attendu 10 min. Ma pizza était trop salée, l assiette de crudités de ma femme était ultra simple (thon en boîte, boute de carotte 5olives tomates pas mûres) et pas assaisonné . Plutôt cher pour ce que c était. Je ne conseil pas

28/05/2025: Ce restaurant étant situé juste à côté de notre appartement nous l'avons tout naturellement essayé à notre arrivée et au départ et avons été agréablement surpris, sa localisation donnant l'impression d'un resto "touristique", ce qu'il est par la force des choses mais on s'y régale de bonnes pizzas déjà.. Service à la hauteur, belles et bonnes pizzas, terrasse bien agréable; vous pouvez vous y arrêter sans problème.

12/03/2026: Excellent café in the main square of Panzano in Chianti, offering homemade pastries and tarts. They also make excellent sandwiches and piadinas with a variety of cured meats and cheeses. The girl serving you is professional and cheerful, and they also offer products not in the display case. The coffee is good, and there are tables with comfortable chairs and restrooms. Excellent.
