Best coffee I’ve had so far on a three week trip across Europe. It’s a little more expensive than most other places but definitely worth it. The woman that served us was lovely and attentive, my pasta was delicious and served very promptly. They also don’t allow smoking at the tables outside, which I personally absolutely loved and appreciated.

I don't understand the bad reviews. Florence is expensive, and this lovely place is no exception. Therefore, where it counts—good food and drinks—it's recommendable. The lady at the bar might not have been friendly to some, but that's just how she is. We found the food delicious, the price reasonable, and the service attentive and unobtrusive.

The cream bun wasn't very good, but the Select Spritz was pretty good.

Coffee was great. Food was good. Service was direct. The lady serving was direct and to the point. If that offends people then wow, what do you expect in Italy. Personally it makes it more fun. I hope she keeps being her authentic self 😂

The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming! We had the aperitivo, and it was excellent value for money; everything was delicious and inexpensive! The spritzes are particularly good! A big thank you to our server for his kindness and attentiveness.

The croissants and various desserts are delicious! They have a wide selection! The lady at the cash register, the guy at the counter, and the guy serving tables are always cheerful and polite. ☀️ I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because of one unpleasant incident I witnessed... A lady there (I don't know if she's the owner) rudely called out a waitress, urging her to hurry up in an unkind tone. I believe respect for those who work is fundamental, but above all, certain reprimands shouldn't happen in public; they create discomfort for those who serve and those who dine. It would have been enough to say it later and in a different way. I can't stand this way of treating people, I'm sorry. It's a shame when the atmosphere of a beautiful place is ruined by a lack of empathy or professionalism towards the staff. And nothing, a hug to the waitress who was really working hard!

Robiglio, a pastry shop that's always a guarantee! 🍰☕ When I pass by, I sometimes stop by with friends for coffee or breakfast. The place is beautiful and historic, with a truly welcoming atmosphere. Don't miss the homemade cookies: they have so many egg-based options these days! 🥚Highly recommended!

I'm referring to the entrance area, the bar and pastry shop. A long-established Florentine brand, and good quality. Not my favorite coffee, but if needed... Friendly barista, good coffee (but lukewarm) €1.30. A small glass of mineral water is not provided. 0.50-liter bottle to go €1.50 Well-stocked pastry shop window with grouped prices displayed inside. General price list well-placed and legible - prices seem to match those in the historic center, although there are bars that offer coffee (on sale) for €1. Central location between Via Roma and Calzaiuoli, with outdoor seating (not panoramic).

Typical Italian atmosphere, delicious drinks, prices as expected in Florence. Perfectly polite servixe.
