03/05/2025: Encontramos esta preciosa joyita en nuestra última noche en Florencia. Los cócteles y el postre de tiramisú casero eran absolutamente en su punto hecho por la encantadora Amelia. Música y vibraciones con una selección de aperitivos dulces y salados que habríamos estado aquí más si te hubiéramos encontrado antes! ¡Muchas gracias!

21/04/2025: El lugar es fantástico, la decoración de muy buen gusto, pero la comida se lleva el trofeo, es exquisita... lo hemos visitado nuevamente porque en el 2019 estuvimos por primera vez y nos encantó, así que en 2024 lo hemos buscado y nuevamente quedamos muy satisfechos con el servicio, atención del personal y del propietario especialmente, ojalá podamos regresar algún día!

19/04/2025: Mejor evitar este lugar, como muchas de las críticas han declarado. Desafortunadamente nos preguntamos aquí después de llegar a Florencia y nos estafaron totalmente. Comida insípida muy sosa a precios altísimos.

10/04/2025: Well what can I say: congratulations on the nightmare dinner served this evening to the school my daughter was in: it's nice to save on other people's skin, right? But what were leftovers from weeks ago inside the meatballs??? And it's not the whims of spoiled kids, not even the teachers ate! Hope no one gets hurt otherwise I'll report you, shame on you!

05/05/2025: When we arrived we wondered why it was empty, then with experience we understood... they have changed management and have ABSURD and DISHONEST PRICES.... Terrible environment Terrible and small quantity drinks. I don't recommend it at all.....

29/04/2025: Reading other reviews I would have avoided it, but I couldn't do otherwise, and I'm happy. Rustic country environment, warm and familiar with customers, home-made and free-range food (pappardelle with duck and grilled loin like all the grilled meat), raw wine that immediately took me back to my grandfather's cellar. For those who complain about the paper tablecloth, which is amaranth in colour, soft placed on a fabric tablecloth and not the shiny pub ones, for those who have seen cobwebs everywhere (I didn't and I looked on purpose) for those who now eat GOURMET (frozen) at home and for all the masterscief judges I remember that in Piazza Duomo in Milan they are waiting for you with open arms.

06/05/2025: POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!! I was so surprised with their service. I waited more than 20 mins to order and waited another 20 mins to get coffee, even it wasn't a busy time. And when I go to toilet, even my friends are still sitting at table, the server followed me and yell me that I should pay before going to toilet🤣 Who wants worst experience in Florence should come here ;)

Then it seemed absurd to me to want to take 10 euros from a 10 month old girl who hadn't eaten anything because she had already eaten before... In the end we said that it wasn't normal to take money for a 10 month old girl, the kind boy didn't make us pay

15/04/2025: Nice place, good food and price ratio. Japanese-style rooms where you can enter without shoes. Both à la carte and "all you can eat" menus. Different prices between lunch and dinner. You order via QR menu and table code.

02/02/2025: Innanzitutto bisogna dire che si viene accolti come non succede da tutte le parti. Gentilissimi tutti quanti. e poi, naturalmente, il cibo: qualità ottima , ho mangiato salsicce e rosticciana di buon livello! ci torneró e soprattutto lo consiglieró!!

24/11/2024: Cenare in questo ristorante è stata una esperienza davvero positiva… Dopo tanti tentativi falliti nel periodo estivo, finalmente ieri sera, abbiamo trovato posto! Noi due e il nostro canone Leone. Atmosfera accoglie in una fredda sera con tutto ciò che di toscano possiamo trovare. Un menù tradizionale, ma curato dove puoi assaggiare quelle che sono le ricette della nostra tradizione. Crostini di polenta con ragù ottimi, maltagliati al sugo di nana, pollo disossato fritto con fagioli o carciofi… infine un buon tiramisù. Il personale molto gentile ed efficiente ha reso la serata ancora più piacevole. In estate deve essere bellissima la terrazza quindi ci torneremo !!!

02/04/2025: It's the pastry shop from when I was a child and when I come back to the area I like to stop. From year to year a collapse. I was here for Father's Day to get some quality sweets. Very little choice, a neglected place, I took two zeppole, two rice puddings and four small puffs, a bill worth €23 and the quality definitely not up to par. It's a real shame for a historic neighborhood place.

09/03/2025: Bar trasandato, il bancone e il sottobancone sempre pieno di vasellame sudicio utilizzato dai clienti. Non c'è ordine e soprattutto è carente di pulizia sia il pavimento che le suppellettili, si vedono aloni di polvere e il pavimento nero. Un caffè 1,40 una esagerazione.

08/02/2025: Ho ordinato stasera tre pizze, prezzi troppo alti, pizza sottilissima, gommosa, ingredienti non buonissimi, arrivati puntuali devo dire, l’unica cosa positiva. Non la consiglierei sicuramente sia per il prezzo troppo alto per quello che ti arriva sia per il gusto.

06/02/2025: I have been a guest at the Gate hotel for some time now, nothing to say about the hotel for the price you pay it's fine. Unfortunately I would like to point out that the quality of the restaurant's dishes has drastically dropped. This has happened since you changed the Grill Chef. The one that was there before (beard + tattoos) served exceptional dishes. Now the quality of the grills, the quality of the side dishes (you served me a disproportionate quantity of unseasoned and oil-free baked potatoes, almost inedible) and also of the first courses (ravioli with butter and sage, truly disappointing compared to those of the previous year). I honestly don't understand this fact and I'm surprised that you haven't noticed this drastic drop in the quality of the dishes that you bring out of the kitchen. I don't know if I will return, also because Tuscan cuisine is impossible to beat! therefore when one goes to Tuscany one expects to receive the best.

06/01/2025: Non basta avere tovaglie a quadretti e tavoli vecchi per essere una vera trattoria tipica. Oggi abbiamo sperimentato la differenza tra cucinare e "dar da mangiare ": ci hanno dato da mangiare. Nessuna portata di quelle prese al tavolo che superasse il 6- - -. Nessuna pietanza tipica in menù. Costo alto per quello che abbiamo preso. Non consigliato.

17/11/2024: Mi esposa y yo fuimos a almorzar allí el domingo. Sirven cocina típica toscana. La trattoria está dirigida por dos hermanos mayores y también tienen un pequeño mercado donde se pueden comprar embutidos y quesos. Teníamos champiñones fritos, tagliatelle con champiñones porcini, guinea asado - gallina y patatas. Todo fue excelente. El ambiente es muy familiar, es como si tus padres o tus abuelos estuvieran cocinando para ti. La trattoria no está en Florencia, pero realmente vale la pena!
