03/08/2023: What an illegal place yesterday on Halloween. If you expect 1,500 people to attend, you pre-sell tickets and then create several lines to enter with a QR. But come on, I'm not going to be the one to tell you how to run a nightclub because it's very brother-in-law. It's a shame to have to stand in line with people pushing and the crowd about to enter leaving simply because of the stress, then we regret when things happen like what happened this weekend in Seoul. Thank goodness I didn't pay €15 to enter.

31/08/2024: Very nice restaurant! I was there for dinner, the food was very good and the staff were very kind! Fair prices, I recommend it!

20/08/2024: We went to the place and read the reviews and, hmm, POOR. From our impressions - average pizza (thin crust but tasteless) -pasta with seafood is tasty and that's why it gives 3 stars We didn't wait too long for the food and the service was ok. Oh, and the price - cheap.

24/06/2024: Questo ristorante offre pasti a prezzo fisso: a pranzo (€ 12) e a cena (€ 15) con primo, secondo e contorno, caffè + acqua e vino. E' possibile anche scegliere dal menu e la pizza di sera. Ho mangiato spaghetti alla carrettiera, gustosi e abbondanti; una buona cotoletta alla milanese con spinaci; vino rosso gradevole e caffè. Un ottimo pranzo per un prezzo molto contenuto.

21/06/2024: I just had a coffee and a pasta, very very sweet. It has NEVER happened to me that I couldn't get a coffee at the counter because there were all the dirty cups, glasses and saucers piled up there. Truly unseemly, I had to tell the owner who listened to me without batting an eyelid. It seems to me to be a usual situation, no one says anything but honestly if I go to the bar I expect everything to be clean and tidy.

14/05/2024: food was tasty and filling, the amosphere was a bit cold and lacked a bit of cleanliness but overall not bad. we took the cooked one with teriyaki sauce (10/10) and gym something, with guacamole (7/10). the egg was very overcooked and the meal was missing some flavours. maybe would have been better with teriyaki.

31/05/2024: Great stop for the Mall. Just walk across the street and you have several shopping and dining options. Be sure to buy and validate your ticket. We saw a couple get fined for not having a ticket.

16/03/2024: New stop with rain shelter. A machine is available on site to purchase tram tickets which can also be paid by card. Ps on the tram you can buy the ticket by bringing the ATM to the dedicated machine.

23/07/2024: Order on deliveroo, 2 out of 9 ingredients are missing, of which paid. I call and the lady tells me that she is at the register and there is nothing she can do except tell me she is sorry. I asked her name….strangely she didn't remember it. I ask Deliveroo for a refund and I receive an email for €1.30 out of a total of €15.28! Worse than that...lack of products, lack of attention to the customer, inappropriate refund!

19/07/2024: I hadn't been back for a long time (almost a year) and I was really disappointed. Poke practically empty, things tasteless.. even with the sauce. The price is really excessive, they also charge for cutlery.

23/07/2024: Cena tra Amici....che volevano mangiare la bistecca alla Fiorentina.... abbiamo iniziato con un entree mandata dallo chef un cantuccio di pizza fritta con farcia di formaggio e paprika con granella di pistacchio ottima,siamo passati al vassoio di coccoli ottimi con stracchino e prosciutto crudo poi abbiamo scelto una tagliata con frutti di bosco e miele carne cotta alla perfezione (sangue) come abbinamento di sapori azzeccato,un hamburger di scottona presentato bene e ottimo ....tartare di fassona con uovo marinato e sfoglie di pane croccante e poi arriva lei la Regina servita in piatto caldo ....non necessita di guarnizioni varie...la carne era burro....saporita gustosa....siamo arrivati al dolce ...il classico Tiramisù servito nel barattolo dolce equilibrato buono ,un assaggio di cheesecake destrutturato con frutti di bosco.....che dire sublime....dei cantucci di Prato con Vin Santo....

21/07/2024: Sono stato qui con un’amica, la sera del 21 luglio 2024. Abbiamo subito ordinato un’acqua gassata, che invece è arrivata naturale, successivamente abbiamo ordinato e alla mia richiesta di una pizza metà gusto ( un friariello in fattoria ) e metà altro gusto ( margherita ) mi è stato risposto che non si poteva fare perché il pizzaiolo faceva uscire le pizze intere ( ad un solo gusto ), pur avendo esplicitamente detto che avrei pagato il prezzo della pizza più alta. A questo proposito mi sono rassegnato e ho ordinato una margherita. Come antipasto abbiamo ordinato delle pizze fritte, non credo fatte al momento perché non molto calde, mentre al contrario l’entrée era molto buono e fatto al momento. ( rucola sotto veramente orribile ) Pizza normale, niente di speciale, sicuramente 9,50€ non li vale. Il dolce lo abbiamo evitato anche perché il personale disattento, ci ha lasciato con i piatti a tavola dopo aver finito senza chiederci cos’altro volessimo. Comunque il mio consiglio è di cambiare pizzaiolo.

26/08/2024: Ci sono stata tante volte, purtroppo devo dire che negli ultimi tempi sono rincarati, meno cortesi e hanno miniaturizzato le paste . Ci sono capitata giusto un paio di giorni fa ed ho preso un cornetto al pistacchio che dalla foto che ho postato si nota molto ridotto nella dimensione. Per quanto riguarda la caffetteria, ho notato una lentezza davvero importante. Eravamo solo 2 persone ad attendere e per farci 3 cappuccini ed un caffè ci hanno messo un po', oltretutto la ragazza alla macchina era visibilmente irritata. Nel frattempo è arrivata una signora anziana che ha chiesto un cappuccio anche lei. La ragazza dopo qualche minuto ne ha posato sul bancone uno che faceva parte del nostro ordine e la signora ha allungato le mani per prenderlo, pensando fosse suo. La ragazza le ha risposto malamente, dicendole 'NO SIGNORA, NON E' PER LEI!' con un tono sprezzante, infastidito e arrabbiato. Poveraccia, ha fatto una faccia mortificata... mi sono sentita offesa per lei. Andare a fare colazione fuori e farsi trattare male anche no. Per 2 paste semplici, un cappuccino ed un caffè abbiamo speso 6 euro, nella norma, non fosse per le micropaste. Mi dispiace perché queste ultime sono buone e fragranti.

15/08/2024: Service station bar. Open 24 hours a day. A little expensive. During the day I would have better options. But finding a decent piece of pastry at 4.00 is no small feat.

United woman/man 🚻. ~ ♿: accessible for wheelchairs, it's all on the ground floor. ♦️~ Parking 🚗: plenty

18/08/2024: Lack of hygiene, no charlotte in the kitchen, horribly dirty toilets and what's more, they are not free for €1! When we order we have a code for the toilets but it doesn't work! No table service, no loyalty account as a French person, it’s very strange for a McDonald’s! And all the burgers or other are in cardboard boxes, I thought reusable dishes were obligatory throughout Europe?? In short, McDonald’s should be avoided!

16/08/2024: Hello, we had our wallet stolen with very precious official papers, identity cards, driving licenses, cash, bank cards... (everything that is very useful for a stay abroad) this Wednesday August 14, 2024 around 12:30 p.m.... we immediately filed a complaint at the local police station via Zara 2. We returned to this McDonald's (in Florence via Camillo Cavour) with the declaration in hand just after but they didn't want to know anything... we suspect a few apparently well-trained people. It's unacceptable not to feel safe in such a renowned American brand! Above all, we were very shocked and very disturbed. I would like Sign Mac do to watch the film and take responsibility for us. Why not also take safer measures in the future for all its other customers!!!

27/04/2024: È un locale abbastanza ben tenuto e con un' atmosfera, a dirla tutta, più da club che da ristorante; La musica era troppo alta. Pochissima scelta nel menù delle pizze ed il menù in sè era quasi illeggibile ( del tutto sbiadito). Personale scortese. Il bagno mal tenuto e con un'atmosfera sinistra ( all'interno ci sono ben 12 rotoli di carta igienica impilati una sopra l'altro). Nonostante tutto ciò, le pizze erano ordinarie.

29/06/2024: My family and I came on the pretext of having an aperitif, I received a terrible aperitif. Poorly made drinks, no appetizers during the match and poor food at aperitif time. I won't go back again, I'm sorry, there needed to be better organisation.

29/06/2024: I ended up here following a sponsored advertisement on Instagram for the Italy-Swiss match. “”””apericena”””” + “”””drink “”””10€ the drink, a spritz, watered down and smooth, the food they started serving after the first half so the drink was dry, not even a chip or two peanuts. the aperitif consisted of an avalanche of panzanella and tomato soup and a pizza every 15 minutes to share with all the other people... I was very disappointed, it took very little to organize something better. a liver, some tomatoes with some bread, two peanuts and some appetizers.. badly organized away..

04/08/2024: The lady who is cooking was extremely rude, she has terrible attitude, and even refused to share soy sauce with me. Do not come here. Go somewhere else where your money is valued.

06/04/2024: luogo senza regola, senza menù, senza troppe norme: se siete di passaggio e avete fame, fermatevi pure; non è un locale elegante, nè alla moda. SI mangia!!!!

03/04/2024: Agnoletti è un posto molto datato.... Con tanto di ragnatele sul muro, non pulito chi sa da quanto anni... Anche il menu non è cambiato in almeno 20 anni. Purtroppo la qualità avuto un crollo verticale. Arrivati domenica a pranzo un caos allucinante di ragazzini. Il Signore che serve ai tavoli (difficile chiamarlo cameriere) sperduto chiede cosa si vuole mangiare, non esiste un menu scritto con prezzi! C'erano solo ravioli di patate/spinaci e tagliatelle ai funghi ( tagliati talmente piccoli che difficile era a dire cosa sono). Per il secondo solo arrosto misto. Ma mi chiedo che menu è ?? Nessuna scelta. La pasta anche se fatta in casa arriva scotta, nuotava nel piatto, arrosto misto comprendeva solo agnello, pollo e un pezzetto piccolo di fetta di manzo con contorno unto di patate e due verdure in croce. Niente rosticciana, niente salsiccia, niente maiale... Vino della casa orribile, acqua arriva calda... Il conto ? Non esiste. Non si sa cosa si paga perché nessuno ti porta il conto. Si paga a occhio. 30 euro a testa qualsiasi cosa mangi. Mi dispiace, anni fa ci siamo trovati sempre bene.
