09/10/2025: Their food is a disaster. It’s hard to imagine that the pasta you get is completely instant, just heated in the microwave, like airplane food.

11/09/2025: It was the worst pasta we've ever eaten. We saw it on the way from the train station and tried it. Unfortunately, some of the pasta was cold and the sauce was too thick.

15/06/2025: Abbiamo chiamato ahimè, alle 13 per chiedere se fosse possibile un tavolo per le 13.30,il cameriere, giustamente ci ha detto che la cucina chiude alle 14,quindi abbiamo fatto il prima possibile ad arrivare in questa splendida location! All'arrivo ci hanno detto subito che il menù era quello scritto su un tabellone e di fare in fretta nelle scelte, rimembrando che la cucina stava per chiudere! Scegliamo in piedi ma, se volevano far veloce potevano anche darci la carta dei vini... Prendiamo: 1 tagliere Salumi e formaggi 1 gnocco 1raviolo(l'unica cosa positiva forse, dico forse perché alla pasta mancava qualche minuto ancora 1 tagliata al sangue ma servita media Partiamo dal tagliere, per 20 euro poco più o poco meno ti aspetti qualità o quantità ma a dire la verità qualità non mi sembrava tanto eccezionale e quantità non ne parliamo proprio che erano 2 fette di crudo, 2 di salame, 2 di coppa 3 tipi di Pecorini 1 triangolino a pecorino, che quasi non riuscivo a dividerlo con la mia ragazza Lo gnocco si attaccava al palato, cosa irritante ed il raviolo era quasi crudo, tutto ciò perché i cuochi dovevano andare a casa Li capisco, faccio lo stesso mestiere, ma ricordo loro che le persone pagano per andare a mangiare!! Fine delle 3 portate, ricordo noi arrivati alle 13.30 finite le 3 portate alle 14.11,nemmeno andassimo a prendere un aereo, il cameriere si butta subito dicendo :"Caffè?", anche se noi avevamo voglia di dolce abbiamo preferito non dare fastidio alla cucina! Quindi abbiamo detto di sì al caffè e senza nemmeno ascoltare il cameriere ho fatto scegliere a lui l'amaro,perché vedevo fretta La cosa che mi ha fatto più ridere, essendo cuoco, all'arrivo del caffè arriva un'allegra famigliola di 4 persone, li avete fatti accomodare e avete anche detto di sì alla pasta Gluten free del cliente! Quindi vorrei chiedervi, coerenza per i prossimi clienti e professionalità visto che comunque abbiamo pagato un bel conto anche se non ci è piaciuto tanto ciò che avete fatto!! Buon lavoro!

30/11/2025: ☀️ Today we had lunch at Osteria del Tempo Perso in Montespertoli, and it was a truly delightful experience. I was with my wife and daughter, and we had a great time right away, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. For the little girl, we ordered coccoli with stracchino and cooked ham: delicious, fresh, and perfect for little ones. We started with an excellent Tuscan antipasto for two, rich and beautifully presented. Next, we had a mixed roast (chicken, sausage, and rosticciana) for two: flavorful meat, perfectly cooked, and generous portions. We also tried the pappardelle with wild boar, creamy and with an authentic sauce, and a Catalana, very well prepared. We finished with two coffees, water, a Coke, and a quart of red wine. The bill, €85, was more than adequate for the quality and quantity of what we ate. All in all, an excellent lunch: authentic cuisine, friendly service, and a truly comfortable atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

30/11/2025: We stumbled upon Osteria del Tempo Perso by chance while out walking and didn't know it existed. The view is beautiful, the girl who welcomed us was kind and smiling, and we ate really well. The pappardelle with wild boar were fabulous, as were the coccoli: everything was delicious. Thank you, we'll definitely be back!

14/06/2025: Avions réservé. Accueil sympathique. Terrasses agréables. Les assiettes sont bien fournies. Le serveur nous a donné quelques conseils pour nous aider à choisir.

02/06/2025: Da fiorentino consiglio sicuramente questo locale con cucina tipica toscana di alta qualità e un servizio super simpatico. Prezzi ottimi in san Niccolò, quartiere storico fiorentino.

09/06/2025: Our first night in Siracusa, we stopped by Citylife Ristorante being around the corner from our hotel. Eugenio and the team were friendly & professional and also humored me with my attempts to speak in Italian with me (un po ma sto imparando lol). We had a lovely evening, thanks again!

27/04/2025: Location molto bella nel centro di Firenze. Personale attento, veloce e gentile. Cibo buono nella norma, niente di speciale ma gustoso e abbondante.

26/04/2025: Siamo in via Tornabuoni, in un chiostro di un palazzo storico. Arredamento elegante ma no sfarzoso, tavoli distanziati, ragazzi che servono cortesi e svegli. Qualità pizza top nei suoi ingredienti. Vale assolutamente la pena spendere un paio di euro in più per avere tutto questo.

I was very pleased with the welcome, helpfulness, kindness, and attention to certain needs I had due to food intolerances. The rooms were clean and always tidy, as were the breakfast and dinner areas. Overall rating: "GOOD"+

22/11/2025: The receptionist is rude. We called him brother when we arrived, he got upset and told us not call him brother and scolded us. We told him he didn’t even introduced his name yet so he needs to chill down first. The staff and crew are nice though. The breakfast buffet is ok. The parking is difficult for tourist bus.

04/06/2025: Se detuvo para un bocadillo. Horrible Antipasti. Bruschetta pomodoro no era más que pan rancio con algunos tomates cortados en dados. Crostini Mista era pan rancio con pequeñas porciones de cada ingrediente en la parte superior. Tenía esto en otros dos establecimientos y fue increíble. Solo mala comida / bocadillo que hemos tenido en 19 días viajando Italia.

02/06/2025: La comida era increíble y el lugar era muy agradable. No estaba ocupado y elegimos sentarnos dentro y relajarse y disfrutar de la comida. El camarero era muy agradable y pedimos el aperitivo con la pastelería frita y queso crema y prosciutto. ¡Delicioso!

13/10/2025: I was on a short vacation with friends in Florence and we discovered this little pizzeria by chance. Even though the place is simple and not very large, it really surprised us! The staff is super friendly and helpful—a sincere thank you to everyone for the warm welcome and impeccable service. The pizza was really delicious: they make both individual and large pizzas, perfect for sharing with friends. The prices are fair and more than affordable. Unfortunately, I didn't have my phone with me, so no photos... but I recommend this pizzeria 100%!

03/11/2025: Franco is a neighborhood institution. Always smiling, helpful, and friendly. Patient. But beyond his human skills, he's a fantastic pizza chef, and he makes sandwiches just the way you want them. Open late.

05/10/2025: I order a pizza caprisa, and 50 minutes later, I receive two completely incorrect pizzas: a plain white pizza and a red pizza with tuna and onion (which I never ordered). I immediately call to report the mistake and hear: "I don't have time to be on the phone." Absurd. Zero assistance, zero respect. Wrong order, long wait, no solution. Terrible service. Never again. I'm rather hungry, but I'll never order from here again.
