07/02/2025: Good morning, I wanted to respond to the previous comment from Mrs. Rexhina Leka to inform you of the fact that we only use vanilla pods from Madagascar, therefore it may happen that some pieces remain, but I certainly do not accept the fact that our hygiene is questioned, much less that you make wrong assumptions about our pastry shop. We are sorry for this inconvenience and I hope I have clarified all your doubts.

16/03/2025: Lack of professionalism, often old food, I even found a hair in the Florentine cake... constantly dirty place and tables always needing cleaning. Not very badly managed. I'm sorry that in recent years Savini has slowly lost all the premises by closing them one by one. Once upon a time it was a spectacle. I'm sooooo disappointed with everything. I highly recommend not stopping by even for a coffee.

26/11/2024: I take an espresso, hoping it's worthy of the name, but instead it tastes like dirty water. I can't understand how an owner can't produce an espresso worthy of his name and above all whoever supplies the coffee doesn't get angry at how little value they give to their blend....

05/04/2025: Sono Tornata dopo tanti anni , locale molto carino , cibo abbastanza buono ma non basta per una bella serata. Servizio scarso , personale non all’altezza, tempi lunghi e il responsabile altezzoso e poco professionale. Alle 22:15 dopo una lunga attesa abbiamo chiesto i dolci ; ci hanno proposto solo due tipologie di dolci neanche fosse mezzanotte , avrei capito, ma alle 22:15 No . Si mostrano fighi ma tutto sono tranne che fighi ; la classe o c’è l’hai o nulla , e loro non sanno neanche lontanamente cosa vuol dire coccolare il cliente . Non parliamo dell’aspetto economico lasciamo stare ….. ci sono tanti lavori nella vita questo non è il loro .

01/04/2025: Siamo tornati con una.coppia di amici dopo diversi anni...il locale sempre molto carino ma l'esperienza complessiva è stata davvero deludente. Tempi di attesa infiniti, davvero esasperanti. La scelta di pizze è molto limitata e i prezzi alti..arrivano a costare 22 euro. Li per li sembravano buone ma abbiamo avuto tutti problemi di digestione la notte. Conto stellare assolutamente inadeguato a servizio e qualità

25/04/2025: The macchiato, americano and cappuccino was so good that we had to go back for another visit on our last day in Firenze. Take the coffee at the bar inside, enjoy the nice guy making the coffee and the interior.

21/04/2025: Rip-off tourist trap! By far the worst experience we’ve had on our trip to Italy. Thankfully, most places don’t operate like this. We ordered two breakfasts for the kids—menu said €30, but we were charged €43.56. When my wife questioned the price, we were told it’s “explained on the menu,” as if we’d missed some fine print. The food quality was below average, especially by Italian standards. Definitely not worth the inflated price. On a positive note, kudos to the waiter who kindly brought paper towels after my son slipped on a water pot outside the restaurant. That small gesture was appreciated.

20/04/2025: Ate a pizza on the fly between one visit and another, very nice atmosphere, shame about the size of the pizza and its toppings (small and not much) compared to the price which is higher than some menus found on the internet However, the staff is qualified and courteous

25/02/2025: Diciamo un posto dove la fa da padrona la pizza e pala eviterei altri tipi di cucinato direi buoni i coccoli con gli affettati e la pala da noi presa non era male ...forse un po' caro il rapporto qualità prezzo in un locale che forse pensa più a sfornare che coccolare i clienti ... cmq non peggio o meglio di altri

15/02/2025: Da circa 3 mesi frequentavo questo locale. Alle 19:10 circa di oggi 15.02.2025, dopo una lunga coda, ordino una pala al salamino piccante. Mi viene candidamente risposto "per il momento non è possibile" senza che mi venga nemmeno chiesto quanto possa aspettare. Ovviamente me ne sono andato.

27/04/2025: I gave one star because it said that children under 13 pay €2 for ice cream We told the staff and they pretended not to hear However, the sign where it was written that children under 13 pay 2 euros was hidden and you can't see it when you are at the house.

26/04/2025: The ice cream is getting worse, today they didn't even have cones! Answer: we sold too much! Be good, you're already on the way down. Finish me with cones in an ice cream shop worth 70 million euros!! Embarrassing. But for you! Never again

06/05/2025: Everything was great, the three bartenders who were there this afternoon were very kind and professional. The cappuccino was very good. Super recommended for anyone who wants to treat themselves while shopping!

03/05/2025: Lately things have gotten exponentially worse. Prices have risen inexplicably. For breakfast the price went from €5.60 to €6.10 buying the same things. Also the amount of milk in the cappuccino has decreased visibly. I wonder how you can serve a cappuccino like the one attached in the photo. Consider that it hadn't even been tasted yet. So it was still intact. My total disdain for certain logics that tend to drive customers away permanently.

14/04/2025: We have been enjoying our lunch for the last 3 days our hotel was close by. Their service and food is excellent food was very reasonable. Their freshly prepared food was the best .

06/02/2025: It's a shame not to enjoy the pleasure of the bar. The managers don't say good morning, they don't smile, they make you get up as soon as you've finished your meal.
