23/10/2025: The hotel attracts many buses. Rooms are very dated but clean. Restaurant is large and very noisy, breakfast is very limited, too many sweets. Dinner should be as cheap as possible. I personally felt that people were quickly turned away, so lingering at the table wasn't really possible.

15/10/2025: Pros: - hot water, - warm radiator (only in the evenings and mornings – it was cold at night), - decent dinner and breakfast (nothing special), - bed linen seemed to have been washed. Cons: - dirty, especially the bathroom, - old and ugly furnishings, - musty smell, - few power outlets: either a night light or a phone charger. Room 802.

10/08/2025: Location eccezionale con un magnifico panorama, e la fiorentina piú buona mangiata in Toscana! Ci siamo stati in due diverse occasioni, lo staff sempre gentilissimo e disponibile, ci siamo affidati a loro anche per la scelta dei vini e sono sempre stati superlativi. Consigliatissimo, speriamo di poter tornare presto!

05/08/2025: Il ristorante si presenta bene immerso com'è nelle colline del Chianti. Quel che gli fa, semmai, difetto e' quel quid che trasforma un mediocre in un buon ristorante. Dunque, pranzo con amici tra piatti di carne e di pesce. Si comincia all'insegna del menù virtuale da visionare mediante utilizzo di un QR da inquadrare con lo smartphone (sic!!). Si prosegue con piatti di carne e pesce, di cui alcuni passabili (maialino in crosta e tagliata di tonno), ed altri del tutto insufficienti (tra cui spicca una frittura mista al limite del rifiuto per la sua eccessiva durezza). Dolci di qualità ordinaria e conto tutto sommato nella norma voto numerico, non espresso in palline: 6- -.

04/10/2025: I couldn't eat the tripe burger at the market because it was late, but when I tried it here for the first time, it had no gamey smell and was so delicious!

07/09/2025: It looks like a food truck that only opens in the morning. I wanted to try the famous Gopchang Burger, but it exceeded my expectations~ It's spicy and delicious without any gamey smell! I hesitated because I didn't know what it said, so the owner pointed to the menu with his hand and said on YouTube, "YouTube, YouTube!" I ate that menu, and it was really delicious~ I think that's probably the Gopchang Burger. It would be very, very good to eat it as a snack when you're craving something spicy because it's greasy😊

29/08/2025: Since I'm not from the neighborhood, I pop in occasionally to meet and chat with a very dear friend of mine who lives nearby, and I have to say that enjoying a good coffee while sitting at the outdoor tables overlooking the square is truly pleasant and relaxing. The place is certainly dated, but the pastries they make are delicious and inviting, especially the brioches. I recommend it, and see you next time.

11/08/2025: Stale and very expensive. The lady insisted that I buy something like bread that she said was soft and delicious. It was stale.

20/07/2025: It used to be a good pastry shop but now it's poor quality, hard pastries, poor quality and hard savoury products, dirty.

14/06/2025: WHEN THE CAT'S AWAY THE MICE WILL DANCE. (** THE VOLUME OF THE TELEVISION TO LISTEN TO THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD IT'S ANNOYING. IT'S NOT A PUB IT'S JUST A BAR, MAKE THIS KNOWN TO YOUR NEW EMPLOYEES **) MAKE A WRITTEN SIGN, YOU ARE PLEASED TO MAKE YOUR DRINKS AT THE TABLE IF AVAILABLE. TOO MANY PEOPLE START HAVING BREAKFAST IN FRONT OF THE COUNTER WHERE THEY SERVE YOU. I'm changing my review. We're back to the dawn of the old times with a counter of abundant mixed desserts. The only flaw is that you need to add an extra assistant on Sundays, she can't handle the customers alone if she has to be at the coffees and serve sweet and savoury items. Any advice? Add a sign that says (the tables are free and have no extra charge. Leave the counter free) one of your regular customers

06/11/2025: The worst place I've ever been to TOURIST SCAM! A €150 bill for two people!!!??? For an 'angus' steak that was the worst quality meat I've ever eaten. And they claim it was 1600g (maybe it was pure fat). On top of that, they charge as if it were Angus and charge €2.50 for tap water. NEVER VISIT THIS RESTAURANT

31/10/2025: Wow. Italian restaurants really don’t show much respect for their customers. They cram in as many tables as possible, and there’s only one unisex bathroom. The line was so long that I just gave up on using it. I couldn’t find any public restrooms nearby either, and the ones that do exist cost one euro to use. As for the local food, it’s nothing special—honestly, you can find similar dishes at average restaurants in the U.S. From now on, I’m not trusting food reviews on YouTube anymore. Anyway, I’d give this place a 3 out of 10.

27/09/2025: I go there often, every time I've been there I've always had a great time, excellent lunches or dinners, friendly staff... and in the summer, if you book on the terrace you can even stay cool!

13/06/2025: C'est dur à Florence, ville "surtourismée", de trouver des endroits à recommander (d'ailleurs je n'écrirai pas d'avis sur notre hôtel...) Le Cibreo caffè en est un... Terrasse agréable, salle très chouette, bons vins, bons petits plats, service aimable.

11/06/2025: En general, restaurante sobrevalorado y fue un fracaso. Comimos una noche para cenar. Quería probar las 25 mejores pastas, lo cual fue súper decepcionante. Imagínate la cena Kraft (Mac y queso, de Kraft) y así es como se sabe. tarta de queso también sobrevalorada. El servicio era mínimo en el mejor de los casos. Fuimos ignorados la mayor parte de nuestra comida y tuvimos que pedir cosas repetidamente. En nuestro viaje de 11 días a la Toscana esta fue nuestra comida más decepcionante.

04/08/2025: A nice place, perfect for families with children as it has outdoor space for kids to play. And that's where the pros end. Last night we went here with friends. It was quite busy at 8 pm (at 10 pm we were still at the table waiting for the last pizza to arrive). Our order included a shared appetizer and a pizza each. The €17 platter we ordered arrived with half-finished items missing, like the subtitles and the cheese. When we asked for an explanation, the staff told us the type of platter had changed and therefore no subtitles, but they did offer us super-thin, small slices of cheese (considering that the price remained the same). At after 9 pm, I went to ask for the pizzas because it had been a while since the appetizer, but there was no sign of the pizzas, while the tables after us continued to be served. Moral of the story, at almost 10 pm, one pizza was missing. But what made me angriest was the curse of the girl, I assume the owner, who gave us the bill. Even though we explained to her what had happened that evening, she arrogantly retorted. It was the first and only time for me.

30/10/2025: We stayed the night between October 29th and 30th. The place is well-maintained from the outside and has a lot of potential. Before arriving, we called to ask for the check-in time and were told we'd been sent an email that explained everything, as if asking and having a phone confirmation would cause any inconvenience. When we arrived at reception, we were greeted by a lady who gave us a map and, aided by our crying three-month-old baby, made us understand that it would be better to sit outside without giving us any information about the facility or activities. Perhaps it would have been nicer to address us and tell us to stop by later when the baby had calmed down so she could explain everything to us. That said, it's very large and requires car travel from the accommodations to the restaurant or various activities, so in my opinion, it's not suitable for families with strollers and small children. We asked if there were any activities or places for the older child to play and were told there were none, but on the morning of our departure, we saw the kids' club with children playing. The accommodation we were given was a nightmare, unworthy, dirty, and full of cockroaches or other similar roaches. I spent the night after returning from the restaurant killing them, and given the late hour and the sleeping babies, it was difficult to report it and try to get a change of accommodation. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the restaurant, and the food was decent. The dinner manager was very friendly and smiling. The location is good for reaching San Gimignano.

28/10/2025: A beautiful place to relax among vineyards as far as the eye can see. The apartments are comfortable and equipped with everything you need for eating, cooking, washing, and hanging out laundry. In the garden, there's a private gazebo for each apartment with a shaded table and chairs, a barbecue, and several pools, including small ones for children. The staff is very friendly and happy to provide information about the area. I recommend the buffet breakfast because it's full of high-quality products and very varied. There's a small but very nice spa with a stunning view. It's also perfect for families with children, and dogs are welcome everywhere and there's no extra charge. We'll definitely be back.

29/10/2025: Excellent experience. Beautiful place in terms of design. Excellent service, even for English speakers, very fast, polite. There is an option to eat as much as you can and all the dishes we ordered were excellent. We enjoyed ourselves very much

26/10/2025: Years later, I'm reluctantly having to change my review from positive to negative. I used to be a true sushi lover, but as I grew older, my tastes changed. The only two times I've returned to Mun was because my friends asked me to. The first time, during the night, I vomited 10 times in a row... Thinking it was a coincidence, I returned two months later and the same thing happened: I vomited all night. I don't like writing negative reviews, but it doesn't take a culinary expert to understand that the quality of the food is truly poor. I hope that with this review, many users will avoid going there and end up feeling bad. P.S. It's pointless for you to reply to me saying you care about the ingredients and that they're high-quality. Reading other reviews, I see that their opinion is similar to mine. 1 star deserved, even for the mockery of the customer.

13/10/2025: I used to come here occasionally for coffee and breakfast. The last time I was there, I ordered a Double Espresso. They charged me €2.60 for two espressos. Having lived in Italy for over a decade, a double espresso is usually around €1.80 for one espresso plus a few cents. They really thought I was a tourist from China. What's the point of ripping me off like that? I gave it a 5-star review, but it was a waste.

20/06/2025: Consigliato da amici, da parecchio tempo volevo provare questa pizzeria. Il posto è semplice, ma carino, anche se purtroppo in questo periodo è penalizzato dai lavori stradali della tramvia. Il personale è gentile e veloce. Le pizze sono superlative, sicuramente tra le migliori di Firenze. Abbiamo preso tre pizze gourmet, tutte buonissime. Impasto leggero, spessore della base e del cornicione giusto, cottura ottima e condimenti di primissima qualità, con profumi buonissimi. Ritorneremo di sicuro.

16/06/2025: Esperienza non molto positiva a Don Fefè di San Donato a Firenze. Il 4 giugno ho organizzato la cena di classe di mio figlio. Eravamo 52 e ci hanno fatto giro pizza + acqua e 1 bibita a 25€ a persona, indistintamente fra adulti e ragazzi/bambini. La pizza non era male. Abbiamo avuto da discutere soprattutto con una cameriera con le meches bionde, perchè alcuni bambini bevevano solo acqua e noi abbiamo chiesto di portare a noi genitori la bibita che non hanno preso i ragazzi e convertirla in birra o spritz. In 2 siamo riusciti ad ottenere questa cosa, il terzo no, perchè secondo loro il numero delle bibite prese dai ragazzi non giustificava una birra in più... 25€×52 e anche se fosse stato non vi ci rientrava di portarci una birra in più? In media non è arrivata una pizza a testa, perchè alcuni erano soddisfatti con 2/3 pezzi di pizza.. e non ci rientrava una birra in più? Esperienza da non rifare! Alla cassa ci avevano detto che non c'erano problemi, ma la cameriera evidentemente aveva più potere e alla fine non siamo venuti via contenti.
