11/06/2025: Scrivo una recensione negativa perche sono rimasta molto infastidita dal comportamento del signore alla cassa. Eravamo in tre e volevamo pagare ognuno una cifra diversa ( avevamo da noi fatto il conto, chi offriva da bere , ecc..) ma il signore aveva già deciso che il conto era da pagare in parti uguali. Ho mostrato il mio disappunto ma ha fatto orecchie da mercante e ci ha passato il pos per la cifra da lui stabilita, non ho voluto fare discussioni tanto non voleva ‘sentire’ Per il resto ..ambiente e cibo piu che sufficienti.

07/05/2025: Bel posto, pulito, e ben organizzato. Ho cenato soltanto con la pizza, quindi mi limito a dare solo un breve giudizio.. ottima.. e servita in tempi molto rapidi, dato che era sabato ed era pieno.. Prezzi in linea..

10/10/2025: Very rude Brazilian bartender. I always wait while she serves others, but today she even started clearing the table. I've always enjoyed going to the bar because the food has always been excellent, but ever since she's been there, which has been going on for months now, I ask her anything politely and she always rudely and angrily tells me I have to wait. It's not a problem with waiting a bit, it's just that she immediately responds rudely and for no reason. Also, today I asked her if she'd wrap a pistachio croissant for me, and at my house the pistachio croissants have always been the ones with the green cream visible. Instead, she wrapped a croissant with white lines on it, telling me it was always pistachio. So: first, I have the right to choose what I prefer since I always pay for it; second, since she insisted, I asked her what the difference was, and she couldn't even explain it to me. After she said, "Wait, I'll change them for you," and she started doing something else when changing a croissant doesn't take much, so I told her I didn't want anything else and to only charge me for the first piece of dessert, then she invited me to go to another bar. I told her that I'll go back when her blonde, pretty, kind, and friendly colleague is there because she has always provoked me and treated me badly. I'm 45 years old, even if I don't look it, and I wake up at 6 to go to work. When I get back, I stop there because there's a nice assortment of desserts, but I have to say that it's not the right job for her at all. While there are people waiting, the tables aren't cleared. She's always had this behavior to make me impatient, and today, after about 2 or 3 months, she finally succeeded, but I'm trying to talk to the owner.

25/12/2025: Excellent service in terms of quality & quantity.Rich north indian taste of curries and tandoori dishes.Was missing back home food ...Delhi 6 helped to cherish my food craving.Best wishes for Christmas & Happy New year 2026 to the staff and the owner who is most humble & gentle person I have met so far .Simply loved.

14/12/2025: Delhi 6 in Florence is a true delight! The food is absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors and beautifully prepared. Every dish was tasty and comforting, just like a perfect Indian meal should be. The ambience is warm, inviting, and makes you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. Great food, great taste, and a lovely overall vibe — highly recommended for anyone craving good Indian food in Florence!

07/04/2026: Yesterday was a low point (perhaps it often happens at this restaurant). Yesterday, I arrived at Burger King at 10:00 PM and found it busier than usual. I could see two billboards out of order due to missing receipt paper. After paying, I waited half an hour before eating. During this time, there were roughly four employees preparing food for at least 30-40 people. I found the service disorganized; there was no table service because everyone was rushing around the kitchen to fulfill orders. To top it all off, the 8D Cinema, a children's attraction, has become a cleaning room.

06/04/2026: We placed an order with Glovo at 9:07 PM and canceled at 11:01 PM. They didn't answer our phone calls, they didn't give us any news. They won't see us again, terrible service.

11/04/2026: Part of the venue is the Viper Theatre, which hosts Viper live performances. I went to see a concert and the place is very nice, with a bar inside.

15/10/2025: A well-deserved five stars for the quality-price ratio and the constant commitment, even when the place is busy. The pizzas aren't oversized, but they're made with quality ingredients. The whole wheat pizzas are also excellent. Beppe's tiramisu is very good, and the parcel of pasta is excellent.

14/09/2025: A friendly, family-friendly atmosphere, ideal for a quiet evening. The waitresses are very helpful and welcoming. Sometimes I prefer to eat here because, unlike the restaurants in the center and surrounding areas, which are crowded with tourists, here you can find a bit of simplicity and tranquility at fair prices and delicious dishes. I had Appetizer: Coccoli, stracchino cheese, and prosciutto with polenta and mushrooms (recommendation) First course: Incredible spaghetti in foil, highly recommended! Second course: Fruitturina. (The pizza was also delicious) Everything was excellent, we'll be back ❤️

05/01/2026: We stayed at this resort for three nights and had a truly positive experience. The real added value is the staff: wonderful and always available. Special thanks go to Stephane, the bartender and chef, who welcomed us every morning with a smile and spectacular breakfasts: his homemade cakes and brioches are unforgettable! The rooms are lovely and very clean. My only small complaint concerns the housekeeping service: I was disappointed that the bathroom wasn't cleaned daily. Overall, however, it's an excellent property where we would gladly return.

02/04/2026: I've personally been there twice and I won't be going back. The first time, I booked pizzas for 8:30 PM, got there at 8:35 PM, found them already ready (and cold)... okay, it can happen. The second time, I arrived 15 minutes before the agreed time, and guess what? They were already there, already ready... ready for a quick "reheat"... but how? How do you manage to work like this? I read about "best pizzeria in the area"... but whoever wrote that, has ever had a pizza in the park, for example? Then they saw me a little shocked, and with a smile they thanked me, etc. But how? Can't you see that I'm looking at you dirty because you have my pizza ready 15 minutes early? Not a single "sorry," nothing... I mean, they even treat you like an idiot. Go there yourselves, it might close for me.

21/01/2026: I called and ordered two pizzas, when I asked for the second one they told me that I had to wait longer for the fries, so I said that the fries didn't matter, not the pizza, a pizza arrived and when I pointed it out the guy said that's what he understood, terrible service, I would have expected at least that they would make it even if it was late and bring it to me, plus the only pizza that arrived had sour tomato sauce
