24/07/2024: Nella moltitudine di ristoranti di questo tipo (all you can eat) devo ammettere che per averlo trovato per puro caso sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso. Prezzo, qualità e quantità sono in equilibrio perfetto. Il personale è disponibile e cordiale. Ripeterò l'esperienza e questa volta non per caso.

12/03/2024: Tanto spazio e tanta scelta nel menu all you can eat. Qualità davvero buona per quasi tutti i piatti assaggiati, particolare l'abbonamento con le fragole. Peccato per l'attesa e qualche errore per alcuni ordini non arrivati. Conto medio.

15/06/2024: Absolutely delicious Sorbet and Ice Cream here! Always outline any allergies in case as same scooper is generally used but a lovely feel and staff members here are friendly too!

12/08/2024: We had lunch in this place in July and the place is really terrible to say the least, I think the waiter has done everything except interact with the public in the past, hygienically it's not the best given how he clears several tables at once while still having the dishes in the hand of the table before and already here... Not the food at all...everything seems to be a mess...passable liver crostini, the meat is truly to be ashamed of, a nightmare cut, the ravioli with meat sauce, okay, you can't call the meat sauce that way, pasta and sauce not mixed well together and sauce, terrible in taste, absent of taste. A little advice...call NIGHTMARE KITCHENS AND MAYBE YOU WILL SAVE YOURSELF

09/07/2024: Trattoria from times gone by where you can't expect too much, but where you eat well. The dishes are limited and the menu is handwritten on a piece of yellow paper perhaps because it changes from day to day depending on what is available. I would say the price is a little high for the type of place.

31/07/2024: Good food, same prices, service even with few people, very slow, 45 minutes, a hamburger and there were 4 cats in the place Narrow but acceptable environment Be careful external location, you can't use good points or anything else.

26/07/2024: The chain is notorious, the service is slow and the costs are high. If it were in a park I might pay for the view, but inside the station it seems a bit overpriced.

29/08/2024: Great place to pop in for a drink and people watching. The location is superb, and they have the best french fries.

26/07/2024: Avoid this place! Any other in Firenze will be much more better. 2,5€ for 0.5L water shown on the menu and when it arrives it's tap water! Coke is 5€, not even next to the Duomo. And it smells to fried things.

13/08/2024: Location is the best so prices are a bit higher according to other restaurants- generally 2 -3 euros more. We liked our dishes, ravioli and teuffle carbonara- both were ok

12/08/2024: This restaurant is in one of the most competitive areas of Florence so has to be sensational to survive and it is. We ate outside to enjoy the atmosphere but the interior is absolutely breathtaking the highlight being a 300+ year old well that still holds water. This is the third time in a six week European holiday I’ve eaten twice at a restaurant because it’s so good. My wife and I both had pizzas both times as they were so good, the best I’ve eaten. The service is excellent. Our waiter on our second visit remembered us from the day before. This restaurant doesn’t have compulsory tipping so you can’t just leave a small token of gratitude if you wish. In a city with hundreds of quality restaurants this is a standout.

17/01/2024: Excellent place!!! The staff is very kind, friendly and competent. The sandwiches what can I say....better than any other place!!!!! The prices are fair. If I could have given 6 stars I WOULD HAVE DONE. Highly recommended if you want to have a nice lunch and really acceptable with excellent sandwiches.

20/12/2023: I recently went for lunch with my son. Excellent burgers, good piadina too. Fast and courteous service. Well-kept environment...everything invites you to return and I recommend it

20/03/2024: The place is quite ugly, but both the service and the dishes are good. The pizzas and burgers are good too, worth trying.

16/06/2024: The owner treated the boy who made the cones very badly, accusing him in front of everyone of having put too much ice cream. A terrible scene that makes you never want to eat ice cream and never go back again.

24/08/2024: My girlfriend and I chose this restaurant on our visit to Florence and we were satisfied with the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff. We ordered pizza with porcini mushrooms, ham and mozzarella and fettuccine with meat sauce. Everything was delicious and the location in the city center was very pleasant.

23/08/2024: Una bistecca Fiorentina per due con contorni e calici di Chianti al costo di 60 euro, consigliato per chi non vuol svenarsi e degustare la Fiorentina più un orimo e un secondo. Tutto buono.

26/06/2024: Possiamo considerarci vecchi clienti del locale, ma, purtroppo, il ristorante nel tempo ha mostrato qualche defaiance. Nello specifico, la qualità dei piatti risulta spesso incostante, elemento non positivo per una realtà che dovrebbe vivere, anche per la posizione in cui si trova, di una clientela affezionata.

22/07/2024: Geweldig restaurant! Je voelt je erg welkom door het vriendelijke personeel! De kinderen waren dol op hen. Het eten is fantastisch! De kaart is heel uitgebreid en je hebt dus veel keuze! De porties zijn echt Amerikaans, dus je gaat niet met honger naar huis! De kwaliteit van het eten is top! De sfeer is ook echt Amerikaans en de serveersters serveren op rolschaatsen. Onze dochter vond dit geweldig. Ideaal voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen! De kids kunnen lekker spelen en de ouders kunnen rustig eten. Wij en onze kids waren erg enthousiast over dit restaurant. Wij zijn deze vakantie meerdere keren hier gaan eten, vanwege dat je een ruime keuze hebt, kun je de ene keer gaan voor Amerikaans, de andere keer weer Mexicaans. We gaan dit restaurant missen en volgende vakantie komen wij zeker weer terug! Hartelijk dank!

18/07/2024: Tutto molto bene eccetto la profonda maleducazione e ignoranza del “responsabile” della struttura che ha aggredito verbalmente bimbi e genitori. Una persona veramente incapace di stare al pubblico. Peccato serata sciupata per il responsabile davvero incapace!!

03/01/2024: High quality products, finally found by chance, an honest and informal place with typical Tuscan products where you can eat without having to spend too much, the kindness and professionalism of the person who works there is impeccable... I absolutely recommend it for having a casual lunch or buying typical local products.

22/12/2023: This place is a scam. Instead of charging you for each item, they will charge you a flat fee of €50 even if you only receive basic food (2 dishes with chicken and vegetables). Better to go to a real restaurant, where you eat with adequate plates and cutlery and the price is indicated on the menu.
