19/09/2025: One of the best coffees I've had in Florence. Excellent pastries, excellent chocolate. A warm welcome and friendliness complement all this.

26/05/2025: For the type of service provided (or not provided), the environment, and the location, this establishment seems to me to be among the most disproportionately expensive in Florence. The quality is not high enough to justify the prices.

30/10/2025: It does not reflect the 4 star service at all! Maybe 2 stars if it deserves it. Our room, musty, plaster fell from the ceiling onto the bed linen! The sockets were sparking and hissing. The breakfast was a disaster, dry bread (I don't mean toast), if you went down after 7:30 they didn't refill you with fruit or drinks. The bacon was so dry, cut into hair-thin pieces and fried that you simply couldn't chew it. The pool and its surroundings are very neglected, simply unenjoyable. For this much money, this is a waste, I don't recommend it to anyone until it undergoes a proper renovation! Max 1 star, the hairdryer was also wrapped in electrical tape, the floor carpet was full of huge blood stains. It was brutally dirty even without that... let's not even talk about the musty smell....

15/06/2025: Abbiamo chiamato ahimè, alle 13 per chiedere se fosse possibile un tavolo per le 13.30,il cameriere, giustamente ci ha detto che la cucina chiude alle 14,quindi abbiamo fatto il prima possibile ad arrivare in questa splendida location! All'arrivo ci hanno detto subito che il menù era quello scritto su un tabellone e di fare in fretta nelle scelte, rimembrando che la cucina stava per chiudere! Scegliamo in piedi ma, se volevano far veloce potevano anche darci la carta dei vini... Prendiamo: 1 tagliere Salumi e formaggi 1 gnocco 1raviolo(l'unica cosa positiva forse, dico forse perché alla pasta mancava qualche minuto ancora 1 tagliata al sangue ma servita media Partiamo dal tagliere, per 20 euro poco più o poco meno ti aspetti qualità o quantità ma a dire la verità qualità non mi sembrava tanto eccezionale e quantità non ne parliamo proprio che erano 2 fette di crudo, 2 di salame, 2 di coppa 3 tipi di Pecorini 1 triangolino a pecorino, che quasi non riuscivo a dividerlo con la mia ragazza Lo gnocco si attaccava al palato, cosa irritante ed il raviolo era quasi crudo, tutto ciò perché i cuochi dovevano andare a casa Li capisco, faccio lo stesso mestiere, ma ricordo loro che le persone pagano per andare a mangiare!! Fine delle 3 portate, ricordo noi arrivati alle 13.30 finite le 3 portate alle 14.11,nemmeno andassimo a prendere un aereo, il cameriere si butta subito dicendo :"Caffè?", anche se noi avevamo voglia di dolce abbiamo preferito non dare fastidio alla cucina! Quindi abbiamo detto di sì al caffè e senza nemmeno ascoltare il cameriere ho fatto scegliere a lui l'amaro,perché vedevo fretta La cosa che mi ha fatto più ridere, essendo cuoco, all'arrivo del caffè arriva un'allegra famigliola di 4 persone, li avete fatti accomodare e avete anche detto di sì alla pasta Gluten free del cliente! Quindi vorrei chiedervi, coerenza per i prossimi clienti e professionalità visto che comunque abbiamo pagato un bel conto anche se non ci è piaciuto tanto ciò che avete fatto!! Buon lavoro!

12/05/2025: We stocked up for our hypothetical festival and everything was superb. Products such as excellent flatbreads and pizzas, service with attention to the smallest details and super helpful. On behalf of all Spazio Ipotetico we wanted to say a special and warm thank you to Daniela who knew how to help us and give us a great hand. Extremely recommended!!!

04/09/2025: I'd known the place for years but had never stopped in. Even though it wasn't on our agenda, we stopped in for a quick bite. We quickly learned it was under new management, managed by Albanians only a few months ago. The products looked inviting at first glance, and the schiacciata dough and pizza slices were good. We ordered two schiacciatas and three pizza slices, a small bottle of water, and a coffee for about €30. Definitely too much. The prices were high, and would have been justified if there had been table service, but instead they hand you a canteen-style tray and you go find a place to sit. I don't think I'll go back.

30/11/2025: We stumbled upon Osteria del Tempo Perso by chance while out walking and didn't know it existed. The view is beautiful, the girl who welcomed us was kind and smiling, and we ate really well. The pappardelle with wild boar were fabulous, as were the coccoli: everything was delicious. Thank you, we'll definitely be back!

30/11/2025: ☀️ Today we had lunch at Osteria del Tempo Perso in Montespertoli, and it was a truly delightful experience. I was with my wife and daughter, and we had a great time right away, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. For the little girl, we ordered coccoli with stracchino and cooked ham: delicious, fresh, and perfect for little ones. We started with an excellent Tuscan antipasto for two, rich and beautifully presented. Next, we had a mixed roast (chicken, sausage, and rosticciana) for two: flavorful meat, perfectly cooked, and generous portions. We also tried the pappardelle with wild boar, creamy and with an authentic sauce, and a Catalana, very well prepared. We finished with two coffees, water, a Coke, and a quart of red wine. The bill, €85, was more than adequate for the quality and quantity of what we ate. All in all, an excellent lunch: authentic cuisine, friendly service, and a truly comfortable atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

17/10/2025: They charged me €2 for a 200g piece of yesterday's stale focaccia, as hard as concrete and brushed with oil (which I threw away after the first bite). Avoid it.

25/11/2025: I can't give more stars because I've never had pizza or dinner. My review is negative because I'm greeted in an almost annoyed manner, and the Indian girl, whom I may even know, is looked up to, so these are people who want the perfect race and are prejudiced. The icing on the cake is the WhatsApp message when I ask about the return of karaoke and rudely no one responds. It's a shame. People to avoid and selective, speaking negatively.

03/07/2025: Excellent pizza, light and well-leavened dough, fresh and tasty ingredients. Welcoming place, friendly staff and fast service. The pizzas are a real surprise, with original combinations. Good value for money. Ideal for a dinner with friends or for a quiet evening. Tonight there was also karaoke with Micky Song. Many people wanted to sing. Highly recommended!

18/05/2025: Tried tonight with takeaway service. Delivery time scrupulously respected, well done. Really very good pizza base, well leavened, soft and well cooked. More than enough toppings to the eye, but my ham and mushrooms was very in need of salt, while my father's margherita was perfect. Excellent value for money. To try again with other toppings.

03/05/2025: A small Italian pizzeria, excellent dough and toppings. Sales mainly for takeaway, but you can sit down and enjoy a great pizza with a beer or wine. Very nice owner, knows how to take care of the customer. Prices are moderate and appropriate to the quality.

17/06/2025: I have been a loyal customer for years and have always appreciated the quality of your ice cream. However, I must regretfully report that lately I have noticed a clear decline in both the friendliness of the service and the quantity-price ratio. During my last visit I ordered a two-flavor cone and was served a very small amount of ice cream, equal to little more than a spoonful. When I pointed this out, I was told that the ice cream was "inside the cone". After eating the top part, I noticed that the cone was practically empty. I pointed this out again and was simply told: "Yes, you are right", without being offered a solution or a new cone with an adequate quantity. All this happened under the eyes of the owner, who listened but did not intervene in any way. Unfortunately, this attitude gives the impression of a lack of respect towards the customer and, frankly, of a certain bad faith.

24/09/2025: I haven't tried the food, but the fact that they still have coffee for €1.10 is not only a reason, but also demonstrates a gesture of humanity. It now costs at least €1.40/1.50 everywhere, even in small towns... Great people, don't raise the price!

27/04/2025: Location molto bella nel centro di Firenze. Personale attento, veloce e gentile. Cibo buono nella norma, niente di speciale ma gustoso e abbondante.

26/04/2025: Siamo in via Tornabuoni, in un chiostro di un palazzo storico. Arredamento elegante ma no sfarzoso, tavoli distanziati, ragazzi che servono cortesi e svegli. Qualità pizza top nei suoi ingredienti. Vale assolutamente la pena spendere un paio di euro in più per avere tutto questo.
