We happened to go in for ice cream. On the top floor, we were greeted by Iris, who was very friendly and welcoming. When she learned we were Turkish, she served us delicious desserts and ice cream accompanied by Turkish songs. We enjoyed it very much. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

We had two coffees, a cappuccino, and three gelatos (a large family). The staff was friendly and polite, the place was clean, the products were good, and the restrooms were exceptionally clean and fragrant. Prices were in line with other cafes in the area.

Very relaxing ambience, the gelatto, coffees and macedonia we ordered were delicious and the views from the upstairs sitting area were really nice. The waitress was very kind, changed my latte for an iced one without any bother and gave us some tips to enjoy our treats even better!! Would definitely go back :3

We went in without checking the reviews first, and everything looked delicious, until we realized the inflated prices and tourist markups. At the end, the waitress asked for a tip (making it feel like it was mandatory). The cake, juices, and ice cream were very tasty, but of course, the prices weren't justified by the quality.

I ordered a beer and got a bag of potato chips and a portion of peanuts.
I enjoyed the experience, the atmosphere is very pleasant for sitting and it's quite large inside. We were a group of 12 people and were able to sit comfortably.

I had lunch here during my visit to Florence; I can't comment on the gelato and coffee, which I see mentioned in several reviews. I have no particular positive or negative impressions, either in terms of product quality or price, hence the three-star rating. The upstairs area was nice and had a good view of the Ponte Vecchio.
