Fabio's pizza deserves 5 stars + 1 star for its friendliness and simplicity. After testing many pizzerias in Campania, Lazio, and Tuscany, in my humble opinion, the one at Antica Friggitoria dell'Albero is the best! Why? 1. The dough is super digestible 2. The ingredients are always fresh 3. The flavor is excellent

Italian pizza is generally not too spicy, has a clean flavor, and the dough is unbelievably chewy, but this place is the ultimate. The owner, a huge fan of Naples, whips it up in a flash in about 10 minutes after you order, but it is unbelievably delicious. The toppings don't seem like anything special, but it’s a real mystery. It’s cheap, and truly tasty. I wonder if I’ll ever be able to taste this again before I die.
