We came here on the recommendation of locals who said the pizza was excellent, but we won’t be coming back.
The ingredients were high-quality and the pizza tasted very good, but the crust was really dry.
We tried both the Roma pizza (thin crust) and the version they describe as having thick crusts like Neapolitan pizza, but it resembled Neapolitan pizza only in the height of the crusts, not in the texture or moisture content of the dough.
Overall, it’s a shame, because the ingredients used were very good.

We went here for pizza on the recommendation of friends, we were prepared to wait if we didn't reserve a table in advance.
The pizza is sooo delicious, the staff is friendly, the check is average, like in most establishments in the center of Palermo.
We highly recommend 👍

Frida was a pleasant surprise!
We were looking for another pizzeria and found Frida.
The outside was packed.
Inside, huge rooms, all decorated with the works of the Mexican artist Frida. The whole place is colorful.
I asked about the name and understood that it was chosen by the founder because of her way of life - Viva la vida!
And that's what the atmosphere conveys.
We ordered a tomato salad (Italian tomatoes are a gift), buffalo mozzarella and basil (incredible size!), and the pizza with Marzano tomatoes, very special.
Excellent service!
A great farewell to Palermo and Italy!

Atmosphere was nice as it was quieter within a neighborhood square. The service was very good- we appreciated the warm welcome. The salad we ordered (Siciliana) was delicious; however the pizzas we had didn’t have as much flavor in the sauce or cheese as we’d come to expect here in Palermo.

The best pizza in the world, I have never eaten better. The waiter was amazing. And the Frida pizzeria was recommended to us by friends. It is hidden in an alley off Via Achmeda, once you find it, you will be satisfied. Iveta
