21/02/2025: Large assortment of bread of all kinds including naturally leavened bread, excellent rotisserie, pizzas and stuffed sandwiches, biscuits for all tastes, and also pastries. Everything was delicious and the staff were very kind.......It's a shame that the shop is small and the spaces are limited. For the rest everything at the Top!!

27/08/2025: had an amazing experience at Blanco thanks to Tony! From start to finish he was super attentive, friendly, and made the whole night feel really welcoming. He had great recommendations, checked in often without ever being overbearing, and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving great service. Tony really went above and beyond – easily one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend asking for him if you go to Blanco!

22/08/2025: Note: one star less for the ambiance only because it is on a narrow street with traffic passing by. But food and service are perfect. We will return.

24/08/2025: Never had a meal so bad, the raw fish was warm, the very sweet fish seemed sugary, the fish goulash was just potatoes with no fish, and the white wine was room temperature despite the 30 degrees Celsius outside. When we asked for some soaked wipes, they only brought us one for 12 people.

21/08/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant, and all the dishes were delicious. The fried caciocavallo cheese was truly delicious! We ate outside at tables overlooking the fairly quiet square. The service was quick and friendly. Recommended.

11/09/2025: The food was satisfying and served in generous portions. I found the drinks nicely warm. The Taianu pasta (pasta with what seems like a beef ragu) was very tasty, though a bit on the greasy side. The pork knuckle was well roasted and well seasoned.

22/07/2025: We just finished our vacation in this wonderful location, a paradise, where the people who run it are, to say the least, wonderful: Benedetto, MariaAntonietta, Mirco, Giulia, Nicola, and Antonella. Each with their own role and all up to the task. We miss them already, but we hope to return soon!!!!! Everything was top notch! Highly recommended!

21/07/2025: A favorite when we booked and a favorite ++ during our stay. At the top of a hill at the end of a path is a paradise in the middle of olive trees with a panorama of the sea and the hills. An authentic place with the covered terrace for the evening and breakfast, the Italian ceramic pots, the mix of new, wrought iron gate and stone on the facades. The spacious room for the family and a large balcony, private parking spaces. Every detail has been thought out with taste and a perfect finish. From our welcome until our departure everything was perfect, the restaurant is absolutely to be tasted. The owners as well as all the staff are exceptionally kind and caring. Special mention to Giulia, the favorite of the whole family. We will come back for sure. We leave with a heavy heart. Thank you for everything.

01/09/2025: A small, historic bakery known for the quality of its rustic products. The Bagheria white sfincione has few rivals in town. Just looking at it will whet your appetite, and once you've tasted it, you won't be able to stop. TIP FOR THE MANAGER: Install a small cold drinks dispenser. For me, it's a must-try 😋😋😋

08/08/2025: The most delightful experience in the world! It's a truly incredible bakery; you have to try it to believe it. The baker is incredibly talented, a young expert who turns out wonderful sfincioni, the works of art you see in the photos. If you want to experience sublime flavor, skip the trendy pizzerias and places; come here, a unique place, faithful to various traditions and generations. The bread is also delicious; everything is truly excellent. The sfincioni are baked freshly. I can't begin to describe how authentic and amazing they are; you really have to try them to understand. Only here, I recommend it!

19/07/2025: Locale pulito e dotato di impianto di condizionamento rinfrescante ma non invadente (cosa più che gradita col clima di Palermo in estate, non proprio tutti ce l’hanno) Piatti in ceramica tipici siciliani arredamento semplice ed elegante. Il cibo qua é ottimo ed i prezzi sono modici, se prendete la pasta attenzione sono 200 g di piatto! Ottima! Ma molto abbondante. Abbiamo preso 4 antipasti tutti da 10 e lode buonissimi. Caponata e parmigiana d’obbligo! Ma anche primo sale con acciughe e sarde a beccafico erano eseguiti a regola d’arte. I secondi: calamaro alla griglia senza infamia né lode, fritto misto buono. Il servizio, in particolare il ragazzo che ha servito noi é stata l’unica nota dolente, sembrava essere lì per caso girava per la sala con fare svogliato e non esaudiva nessuna delle richieste che gli abbiamo fatto, ne ci ha voluto prendere l’ordinazione ( ‘arriva la ragazza’ ma intanto non chiama nessuna ragazza e sono passati 20 minuti) ne ha notato che mancasse un coltello ne alla nostra richiesta ce lo porta. Abbiamo dovuto chiederlo 3 volte. A parte il servizio da migliorare rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, antipasti in media 5 euro e primi in media 8 euro per dei piatti della tradizione eseguiti molto bene. Da tornarci!

16/07/2025: 40’ di attesa e ci sta non avendo prenotato, ma quando si è liberato il tavolo per noi 4 (io, mia moglie e due ragazzi di 15 e 12 anni) la “signora” proprietaria ha deciso, tra lo stupore anche delle sue dipendenti, di assegnare il tavolo all’amica appena arrivata. A quel punto l’ho salutata, andando via, ma lei, probabilmente con la coda di paglia, ha continuato ad inveire dalla porta del suo locale, blaterando ad alta voce di vecchie prenotazioni, educazione e comportamenti scorretti, proprio lei, maestra di stile nel mangiare in faccia ai clienti che aspettano senza nemmeno rispondere al telefono. Classica sceneggiata palermitana, forse. Si mangerà anche bene (e lo abbiamo provato qualche anno fa), ma in quanto ad educazione ed accoglienza è da 0 punti. Meglio una delle seicento trattorie meno quotate, ma con personale gentile ed amichevole

27/07/2025: Siamo andati a prendere un gelato a Monreale, con noi due persone celiache, dopo avere girato tutti i bar in piazza ( una gelateria ci aveva proposto dei gelati non contaminati ma poi ci ha tagliato sopra una brioche!! Da galera!! ), ci siamo imbattuti in questa piccola gelateria, ci hanno confermato che avevano del gelato non contaminato nel congelatore ancora non esposto, l' addetto si è cambiato i guanti facendo attenzione a non contaminare il gelato e così siamo riusciti finalmente a prendere un gelato! Ma non è finita, con grande piacere di tutti abbiamo trovato i vari gusti di ottima qualità e gusto! Complimenti !

07/09/2025: A place with exquisite food and quality ingredients (even delicious pizzas with whole wheat dough). Very kind and young staff. The only flaw was the waiting time to order, so in my opinion you should get more staff to take orders. Other than that, everything is EXCELLENT
