For me, it remains one of the best restaurants in Palermo... the quality of the ingredients is excellent, cooked with respect for the various ingredients. They've also improved their reservation service... a benchmark for me 👍
The only flaw, in my opinion, is the outdoor seating area, which is the only place to sit. It needs improvement, especially given the high prices for each dish. The TNT tablecloth 😑, and the air conditioning/fan don't do much, of course.

Super fresh fish, abundant, cooked to enhance rather than hide, truly innovative pairings, a menu updated 40-50% every two weeks to match the catch. Fusion where those who dare are rewarded. €70 per person eating on the street with paper tablecloths, but still decent. Chardonnay and Etna Bianco are dull but chilled and drinkable, and it's only fair that they only have Sicilian wines. My new favorite restaurant. I had to look up the chefs online (Maria D'Asta and Tony Lo Monaco) because they are artists. I recognized them by chance during a break and had to stand up to shake their hands.

A nice, relaxing location, just steps from the Cala. The service is quick and friendly, the dishes are well-prepared, and the ingredients are excellent. Prices are above average, but it's honestly worth a visit. Perhaps the tables are too close together, but that's the only flaw I've found, as it bothers me when people are crowded around my table.

Amazing discovery!! A very intimate little place recommended by a friend. The fish is super fresh, I've never had such good tuna and such superb seafood pasta. The chef is very nice, as are the staff. Highly recommended!

I had a truly wonderful meal. The fish was incredibly fresh, the dishes were carefully prepared, and the flavors were reminiscent of the sea. A true experience. Everyone was very friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. I'll definitely be back!

Quality ingredients, fresh and tasty. The decor is very thoughtful and elegant.
They have a wide selection of wines (be sure to check, as sometimes ordering a bottle instead of a glass is cheaper).
We particularly appreciated the professional service and the friendliness of the Colombian waiter who served us.
