Very good food, and the menu offers a good mix of local products and a few innovative touches. Good off-menu options and a wide variety of fish and meat options. Excellent wine selection, including good wines by the glass. The atmosphere is pleasant for couples or groups of four, and the service is kind and friendly. As is often the case in Italy, a few things add to the already high price: filtered water is €4 a bottle, and the cover charge has now risen to €4 per person.

The dishes were fantastic; we ate everything well, but the bill seemed a bit high compared to other restaurants. The €50 first course of the day was a bit pricey, but the quality was undeniable. Highly recommended...

A high-end restaurant, a welcoming location, and a beautiful display of fine wines and champagnes. Refined yet very regional cuisine, using the freshest and finest ingredients. Locally caught fish, excellent shellfish and oyster platters, and both fish and meat first courses. My wife, who is celiac, was delighted with the many gluten-free options, and my daughter, who doesn't eat fish, was able to choose from a vast assortment of both meat and vegetarian dishes. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a quality gastronomic experience. The service is also excellent. The clientele is lovely, both locals and tourists. A place where you can feel at home and where we will return.

Very expensive and very slow. The food was good, but nothing exceptional compared to the average in Palermo. It took over 90 minutes to get the first course after the appetizer—absurd. Other tables arrived after us and were served 20 minutes early. We urged the staff several times since we were with children, but it was no use. In fact, they were rude.

Badalamenti in Mondello is a beautiful, charming restaurant with a very tasteful interior. You immediately feel that this is a real family business; it radiates warmth in every way.The staff is incredibly friendly. Something that really stood out to me was their wonderful attention to the children; they were truly well taken care of. Another huge plus for us was the man who speaks almost every language. This gives the place an international yet very personal touch.And then the food and drinks: we had a truly delicious meal. On the recommendation of the owner, we drank a top-quality Grillo wine; a perfect choice and the ideal match for the dishes. To top it all off, they also serve a delicious homemade limoncello.In short, we felt incredibly welcome and at home from the very first moment. For us, that is exactly what dining out is all about: being able to feel at home because of the warmth a place radiates, combined with fantastic food. It is a complete overall experience. We highly recommend Badalamenti and will absolutely return! Booking in advance is highly recommended for this little gem.

Dinner with the family, from the welcome to the service and finally the cuisine, everything was perfect. Elegant yet informal location, excellent selection of wines, very fresh fish, helpful and very kind staff. Not far from the hustle and bustle and tourist traps of the center of Mondello, this place is an oasis, a safe haven for gourmets. Highly recommended.
