If you don’t drink alcohol, your only options are: water, cola or tonic for cold drinks. Food is really good, just bread seemed quite old. Tables are very close to each other (it was noisy)

Firstly, Giuseppe & Luca were our hosts & server; they both were phenomenal, warm, welcoming, & knowledgeable of both food & beverages. It’s easy to see the passion and dedication of the staff compared to other restaurants in Palermo. Food was delicious & fresh. The Cacio e Pepe was the best I’ve ever had. Local mineral wines sourced from Mt Etna were wonderful. The olive oil was perfect, not viscous yet packed with flavor. Dessert was so fresh you could taste the fresh cacao and ingredients with every bite. Would highly recommend and come back. Lovely experience in a tucked away gem

They really went above and beyond as far as service is considered. They're food was delicious. The pork is possible the best I've eaten. I'm not the biggest fan of seafood but both dishes they recommended were amazing.

Food was really delicious, nicely presented and well timed. It would have been nice to have some vegetables with the main.
However, service was appallingly bad, not just us but other tables I could see around us.
The terrible service really took the shine off the meal. It’s not cheap with mains at mid €30 and appetizers at mid €20.
Waited 30 minutes to place order, no wine list, you only find out at the end how much the wine they recommend costs. Based on my experiences, compared to other Michelin restaurants, the wine is pricy.
Had to ask for bread despite waiter passing by several times looking at table. Dirty plates left on table for 20 minutes. Had to request bill twice. All a bit chaotic.

This place is incredible. From the minute we walked in, we immediately felt welcomed and the staff are all on another level. The three brothers who run the place are absolute gents. The food is also 10/10. Even the olive oil was insane. We ordered cacio pepe pasta with prawn and truffle and a lobster linguine which were both equally amazing. We shared a starter of infused arrancini with squid ink and topped with prawns...insanely good. This is a must visit while in Palermo. To make things even better, Luca, one of the owners dropped us back to our hotel after. Incredible service and food.
