26/07/2024: A place with a 70s charm with old photos of the various illustrious people who enjoyed the dishes made with the old recipes of the "doctor. Mr. Gaetano, heir and son of the family, in addition to the historical recipes of the house, tries his hand at the stove, creating gourmet dishes and current trends in Sicilian cuisine. Andrea entertains tourists from all over the world with his perfect English. Excellent, I recommend Linda Cottone

09/08/2024: We came here in August 2024, for a week straight, whilst on holiday. Large and spacious room inside, endless desserts and pieces (we would have had a portion of everything every day... 😋), and the cakes displayed in the fridge made you want to taste them all, they looked really good. Pistachio donuts, and truly special pistachio and chocolate croissants, and really nice and friendly staff. If you want to have a delicious breakfast on Isola delle Femmine, this is the right place!

28/08/2024: The drinks are unique and delicious, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is something else. Very dark, moody feel in a little nook off the Main Street. Red velvets and dark Wood and old plaster. You’d be amiss to not go for a drink.

16/08/2024: Apart from the fact that since I come to Torremezzo my day begins with breakfast in this bar, but this year with a pleasant surprise, I was able to taste the owner's cuisine, I tasted a delicious potato omelette, typical of Fiumefreddo, a cold pasta with pistachio pesto, an arancino. Everything excellent and of good quality. I think this is the beginning of a long story because I intend to taste the entire menu and repeat. I highly recommend

30/06/2024: Pranzo domenicale di famiglia per 5 persone. Ordiniamo 3 antipasti: 2 fritture miste e 1 insalata di mare, 3 primi e due bevande. Tra i 3 antipasti e i primi passano abbondantemente un'ora, con pochissimi tavoli. Richiamando i camerieri a stento chiedono scusa per i ritardi. Resoconto totale di tutto 180euro. Senza nemmeno farci uno sconto per lo scarso servizio. Cibo nella media da 6. Sono sicura che in un altro locale la stessa qualità di cibo l'avrei pagata meno. Un primo da 30 euro mi aspetto che ho un servizio eccellente. Per me sconsigliatissimo. Fatti la nomina e vai avanti. C'è sicuramente di meglio. Sorpattutto per il servizio

23/08/2024: Location molto bella, ideale anche per organizzare eventi del tipo compleanno, battesimo. Personale fantastico, qualificato, cordiale e super disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente perché la qualità dei prodotti è ottima , si mangia benissimo, dagli antipasti, primi e secondi ma soprattutto la pizza super , impasto buonissimo facile da digerire. Super contenta . 🥰

26/08/2024: The place is certainly well located... next to Palazzo Steri and in front of the centuries-old oak... but €60 for 2 starters, theirs (Quid and Mare Nostrum)... 2 draft beers, water, a sorbet and a panna cotta. All decent, right portions but exaggerated price especially for Palermo. Recommended for a romantic dinner given the location!!!

06/08/2024: Original flavors of our traditional cuisine, but the dishes are not burdened by too many ingredients. The starters, first and second courses with fish are excellent, and the desserts are good; The service at the tables was courteous and present, we felt welcome. The prices are a little higher than other similar places but the quality is superior. The environment is decorated in Mediterranean style. We will definitely be back.

22/08/2024: We had a bad time because when we asked for the bill and wanted to pay by card they told us that they only accepted cash. They don't warn you beforehand or say it anywhere.

22/08/2024: Tourist trap! The owner explained to us that there were only 3-4 dishes left on the entire menu, and that the lasagna (15 euros) was great. so we took 5 lasagnes and the meat cannelloni (18 euros). We paid 4 euros for a bottle of water, 2.5 euros for service. The portions didn't fill us up at all... The lasagna was no better than the ones at Lidl, only personal touch was some crumbled garlic croutons on top. Handmade receipt, obligation to pay in cash, so we had to withdraw money from the ATM.

05/08/2024: Despite the strong heat and confusion, the service was quite quick and helpful, even in recommending the type of dough for the pizza. We will definitely return.

23/08/2024: Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ,gelato eccellente il più buono che abbia mai mangiato lo consiglio vivamente non solo per la qualità dei prodotti ma anche per l'accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale. Proprietario persona ottima che fa tanto non solo per la sua attività per tutta la sua terra

04/08/2024: Una bellissima sorpresa nel lungo mare di Aspra! Gelato artigianale buonissimo e rispettando le ricette della tradizione del gelato il pistacchio che sa di pistacchio e i gusti alla frutta a base acqua leggeri e buonissimi! Davvero complimenti al proprietario e a tutto il suo staff super gentile
