I had the pleasure of dining at Trattoria Piccolo Napoli, and the experience was simply excellent in every way. The kitchen is the true heart of the restaurant. The chef demonstrates remarkable culinary skill, showcasing each ingredient with great balance and sensitivity. The dishes arrive with meticulous attention to detail, prepared with technique and passion: authentic flavors, perfectly cooked, and a presentation that respects tradition without sacrificing elegance. His experience and love for cooking are clearly evident, with recipes executed impeccably and with particular attention to the quality of the ingredients. Making the experience even more enjoyable is the dining room service, led by the restaurant manager, who is also the restaurant's owner and the chef's brother. He is extremely diligent, discreet, and professional, always present but never intrusive. His attention to the customer is evident in every gesture: from the care with which he accompanies guests throughout dinner to his willingness to recommend dishes and ensure every detail is perfect. The restaurant has a unique, family-friendly atmosphere, palpable from the moment you enter. This is a multi-generational place – you can see and feel that the recipes and cooking methods have been passed down from generation to generation. The flavors are authentic, refined, and full of tradition, like home cooking prepared with love. The service is friendly and natural, without artificiality. Definitely a place you want to return to.

Grazie a Anthony Bourdain, I’ve discovered the best restaurant in Palermo. If you do a little research, you will understand why is worth going to the real centro storico. Very grateful for the experience as a whole (history, service, food and happiness)

The pasta was delicious, perfectly al dente, just as real Italian pasta should be. The family is lovely and gave us exceptional service. A wonderful experience!
