Absolutely spectacular. The food was creative in all the right ways and the service was perfectly attentive but not overbearing. Pietro was fantastic! Just what we were looking for to try some regional specialties. Definitely recommend the tasting menu - seasonal and delicious. We thought the fish course was a tad overcooked but still delicious in its zebra preparation. Make sure to try the chef’s homemade limoncello with your dessert.

The risotto is highly recommended! However it is cooked.
Of course everything else is also very good. Friendly staff...and the sommelier very good and knowledgeable

Ottimo ristorante, buon servizio, la cosa che mi è più piaciuta è stato vedere che hanno anche un menù per vegani che ovviamente ho preso. Antipasto è primo molto buoni il secondo ben fatto ma per i miei gusti lo cambierei, lattuga lessa con gratinatura e riduzione di barbabietola . Ottimi anche i vini.

Siamo ritornati in questo ristorante dopo alcuni anni ritrovando le stesse sensazioni dell’ultima volta: tutto eccelle. Eccelle l’ambiente raffinato; eccelle il servizio, cortese ma non affettato; eccelle, soprattutto, il cibo. Sapori mai eccessivi, delicati caratterizzano le portate (primo, secondo e dessert). Ristorante certamente pronto per nuovi prestigiosi premi.

Primera experiencia en un restaurante de este nivel, hicimos cena eligiendo platos y fue genial. Aunque estuvimos casi tres horas, el tiempo se pasó volando yo tuvimos sensación de espera entre platos. El personal muy atento explicando los platos.

Nous n’avons pas rencontré le chef mais il semblerait qu’après quelques belles expériences en france et à paris il revient à PAlerme et vise une étoile . Très belle réalisation, seule critique reste autour du service trop long et maque de rythme mais en vacances ce n’est plus un gros problème. Clientèle locale et d’habitués :) bravo chef on espère vous voir une prochaine fois

Came here on the penultimate night if my honeymoon and had an absolutely delicious dinner - a sort of gazpacho soup with watermelon and the best cacio e pepe I’ve ever eaten.
Amuse bouches and post-dessert mojito jelly we’re also divine. Highly recommend!
