Important reality for users. Great reference for tasting food, desserts, drinks, coffee, etc.... The quality is high; the staff is attentive and respectful, as well as professional. Management is the real secret to success, in my opinion.

I've known this place for years and when I return to Palermo I always take the opportunity to eat a good pastry or an excellent profiteroles. I have had lunch several times and on each occasion, their undeniable value is reconfirmed: EXCELLENT FOOD!!! On the advice of the very kind waiter, I tried the bruschetta with sea urchins: amazing!!! In 2020 they prepared the catering for my son's communion, celebrated away due to COVID, 4 years later I found the same supreme quality, well done, keep going!!

Bar Olimpia l’ho sempre considerato soltanto una ottima pasticceria. Da un paio di anni effettivamente molti me ne parlavano anche come un posto dove mangiare bene ed effettivamente notavo che il locale era quasi sempre pieno qualunque giorno della settimana, per farla breve oggi decidiamo di andare a mangiare una pizza e non potendo fare tardi, optiamo per il Bar Olimpia che è vicino casa. Beh che dire ……. Stasera ho mangiato una delle pizze più buone in Assoluto. Il menù oltre alle classiche riporta anche molte varietà di pizza sfiziosissime ma oltre alla fragranza dell’impasto mi ha colpito il gusto e la qualità degli ingredienti. Abbiamo preso un antipasto di patatine fritte, 5 pizze una birra un’acqua naturale e una piccola frizzante, totale 68€, non allego lo scontrino perché non ho pagato io. Mi sento di consigliare a tutti questo locale per mangiare, veramente, un’ottima pizza ma, per come ne parlano e da quello che ho visto, è anche un ottimo ristorante. I already knew that the desserts at Bar Olimpia have been excellent for years, I already know that they are excellent in catering, but I pleasantly discovered that they also serve as an à la carte restaurant! All very good and superb! Owners always very friendly, clean and attentive to detail, an experience to be repeated to try the other dishes too!

By chance we stopped in for lunch, what can I say? We were enchanted, we haven't eaten a carbonara like this not even in Rome, wonderful. Compliments.

Excellent pastry shop and more... quite chaotic in managing shifts with a few more customers. Still recommended.
