The only downside was finding a bit of pistachio ice cream in mine, but luckily I'm not intolerant, but you have to be careful about these things.

The quality of the products is unquestionable, but unfortunately the overall experience leaves much to be desired. A greeting is the minimum standard of customer service, and from this standpoint alone, the welcome was not the best. But what bothered me most was the distrustful attitude at checkout: when I told them how much I had to pay (cakes plus two pieces of deli), they asked me to double-check the amount at the counter. This inevitably conveys a lack of trust in the customer. At this point, it would be more appropriate to ask the counter directly what the customer is paying, thus avoiding unpleasant situations. Furthermore, the receipts do not provide any details about the products purchased, making it impossible to understand how much each item is being paid. The prices are high, but there's little to say about that: the current situation has affected everyone, and in any case, the quality partly justifies the cost. A bad habit, however, remains: the receipt is withheld or even torn up upon collection. The receipt is, in effect, the customer's property and should not be withdrawn or destroyed. It's not the customer's responsibility to point out such a basic fact. Such behavior can also generate unpleasant doubts. That said, I was served quickly and courteously at the counter, which I appreciated.

A nice place, but I can only testify to the breakfast, so I'm not giving it five stars: excellent croissants, good coffee, and a good selection of deli items. The service is fast, so well done, great job! 👏🏼

A pleasant, spotlessly clean place, impeccable service, the kindness of the staff prevails, excellent food, and reasonable prices. My favorite, even though I don't live nearby, so I go there often. Try it and believe it...Top quality and prices. I recommend it to everyone!!
