26/09/2025: This place is absolutely amazing! They have the best prices for authentic Italian food, wine and pastries. I really love the homemade ravioli (you have to finish preparing it at home) and olives. Trinacria is definitely worth a visit if you have never been before.

I always order the "Sestriere" sandwich, and it's never disappointed: the quality has remained the same since the first time I tried it, always top-notch. The sandwiches are well-seasoned, rich but never heavy, and you can really taste the care they take in making them. A place that never fails, and has become a trusted source for me. Highly recommended!

15/10/2025: We were looking for an authentic pizzeria near our B&B in Palermo. And the excellent reviews don't lie. The owners are very hospitable and helpful. For example, I was having trouble choosing between two pizzas, and they immediately offered a 50/50 pizza at no extra charge. The price-quality ratio is excellent. Don't expect white tablecloths or any frills here. A plastic chair and a simple table, but a fantastic pizza. And that's what we came for. Highly recommended. The owners are highly recommended for their friendliness and excellent cooking.

29/10/2025: I tried this place with some friends right after visiting the observatory (which I recommend). The place is very nice, not too big. Very popular. We had an aperitif with two platters, and we were pleasantly surprised. The cocktails were very good and the platter was varied, with delicious dishes. From pasta to sandwiches to potatoes... We finished with desserts and coffee. The price was excellent; in fact, we would have expected more given the offer! The staff was friendly and smiling! What can I say, I recommend it! 😉🪐🔭🍹

07/12/2025: With Emilio and his staff, we celebrated two first birthdays, two baptisms, many holiday lunches and dinners, and pizza with friends. We had older people and children for lunch and dinner, so everything had to be perfect, well-kept, etc. They allowed us to bring our family entertainer with us for the children. In short, Emilio always treated us and advised us "like family." The staff was always impeccable, punctual, and top-notch. We always choose La Martorana because we know we can trust it—quality and everything.

15/11/2025: A place where everything is gluten-free: perfect for celiacs. Both the cannoli and the genovese (try both with ricotta) are out of this world. I could compare them to Totti's chip goal at San Siro. The sandwiches and arancini are also very good. Suitable for breakfast, afternoon snacks, lunch, and dinner. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Located at Via Roma 330, it's run with love and passion by a family who has created a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing yet special evening. When it comes to beers, Shelby never disappoints. My absolute favorite is the Apollo IPA. It's a beer like no other, with a full, well-balanced flavor, citrusy and slightly resinous notes. Every sip is a pleasure, and for IPA lovers, it's an experience not to be missed. Another aspect that makes this pub unique is the possibility of finding Guinness on tap, a true rarity in Palermo. There's nothing better than enjoying a perfectly poured pint in such a welcoming atmosphere. And speaking of hospitality, I can't help but mention Clara, who with her kindness and professionalism always manages to make everyone feel at home. It's truly rare to find such attentive and warm service. And then there's Oreo, the pub cat, a loving presence that makes the atmosphere even more special. It's impossible not to grow fond of him! In short, Shelby is much more than just a pub: it's a place where every detail is taken care of to offer an unforgettable experience, where the quality of the beers pairs perfectly with a welcome that makes you feel part of a big family. Returning yesterday, I was pleasantly surprised to find Brewdog Punk IPA on tap. This beer, a West Coast IPA, is an explosion of flavors thanks to its intense hops and rebellious malts. Furthermore, right across the street from the pub, the "Palazzo Liberty Unique Hotel" has just opened. This hotel offers a luxurious experience in an Art Nouveau building, with an elegant combination of modern furnishings and historic details. Its central location between the Teatro Massimo and the Teatro Politeama makes it ideal for both business and leisure stays.

09/11/2025: I've always had excellent experiences at Sikulo, both for lunch and dinner. The pizzas are excellent, and the prices are reasonable, reflecting the quality and character of the restaurant. RECOMMENDED.
