17/11/2025: We had a fabulous day touring and enjoying a cooking class in the comfort and gracious hospitality of Patricia’s beautiful home. It was the most delicious meal I had had in Italy to that point, as she sets a high standard to match👍🏼👍🏼 . I would highly recommend anyone take advantage of the opportunity to spend time with her and enjoy her culinary talents! 💕

31/05/2026: The quality of the cuisine is undoubtedly this restaurant's strong point: well-made pizza, quality ingredients, and carefully prepared dishes. Unfortunately, however, the overall experience was severely detracted from obvious organizational issues in the service management, which ultimately shifted the focus from the quality of the dishes to the operational difficulties of the restaurant. This wasn't a question of the courtesy or commitment of the staff, who were helpful, but rather of an organization that seemed inadequate to match the quality of the cuisine. Even the small discount offered at the end of the evening, likely intended as a gesture of consideration for the inconvenience caused, seemed rather symbolic compared to the poor service we encountered. I hope the restaurant can improve its service management, because with a cuisine of this caliber, it would have all the credentials to offer a truly excellent experience.

08/06/2026: If you're into speciality coffee, find some another spot. V60 took over 5 minutes to make from beginning to end of pour. This killed anything good that was in gesha I ordered.

12/03/2026: A pleasant discovery! We were celebrating a graduation. I contacted the owner, explaining that we weren't local and would have to arrange everything over the phone. He was extremely helpful and courteous. We agreed on the menu, and he designed the cake, which was delicious, as were the rest of the dishes. The service was impeccable and courteous. We felt truly pampered. Well done!

02/05/2026: Courtesy, kindness, and quality are the pride of this trattoria. We had everything from the appetizer of cured meats and cheeses with jam, to the first course (pastorella), to a grilled meat... Everything was truly excellent. It was a pleasure meeting you.

20/05/2026: The pizza is good, but typically "gourmet," like all the pizzerias in the city, where they serve pizzas with fancy-sounding ingredients mixed together more or less randomly, but at a price of tens of euros each. The atmosphere is comfortable, but not particularly noteworthy. The service is good, and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Average price: around €35 ​​for pizza, beer, and dessert.

02/06/2026: A very pleasant evening. Excellent service. Food worthy of a gourmet. The menu is short, but all delicious and traditional. High-quality and well-cooked. A special treat? The armchairs where you can relax after dinner and finish with a glass of good wine.

30/05/2026: Located in a quiet, breezy square near the Capo market, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was superb; we had the parmigiana, the bruschetta with burrata, lime, and bottarga, and to finish, the tonnarelli with zucchini and mint, which were out of this world. Plus, a Coke, a Prosecco, and two coffees, we paid €50. I absolutely recommend it; if you're in the area, it would be a shame not to come.

18/05/2026: Terrible evening ! we arrived for our meal at 7.30 and the starter was delicious but took some time to arrive. our main course was accidentally given to a different table and so my husband didn't get his until 9.40pm!!! i had long finished mine. My fish was NOT very nice but his food was good when he got it. The bill was wrongly calculated and we had to point this out- . The staff seemed too busy and stressed though our waitress was lovely. all in all very disappointing as who wants to basically eat alone or almost not at all! our hotel refommmeded this place so maybe they just had a bad night.

14/04/2026: Everything is delicious and fresh, prepared to order with authentic ingredients. A quiet, cool table to enjoy a plate of antipasti or a very tasty (cold) panini with a glass of wine. As an added bonus, smiles and service in French.

18/05/2026: Very friendly service and a stunning place to watch sunset. Great selection of wines. Our food was just okay for the price. Could have skipped the carpaccio di pesce bianco and the bruschetta con ricci. The tiramisu was spectacular though!!

07/05/2026: Wonderful experience at Canopia - Habitat Gastronomico! The food was creative, fresh, and beautifully presented, with high-quality ingredients and amazing flavors in every dish. The atmosphere is modern, elegant, and very welcoming. Service was excellent — attentive, professional, and friendly from start to finish. A perfect place for a special dinner or relaxing evening in Bagheria. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great gastronomy!
