A truly unforgettable evening. The food was absolutely top-notch, incredibly creative, and a visual highlight as well. A huge compliment goes to the sommelier: the wines were perfectly paired with each course, and you could really tell how much knowledge and passion he has. That's what made the evening so special for us. The service and ambiance were also excellent. Anyone looking for a truly great meal in Palermo should definitely go here.

A restaurant you absolutely must try.
We were informed that a new chef had taken over, with a menu offering several captivating and well-conceived dishes. The chef's tribute was gnocco fritto con lardo...but no, it wasn't cuttlefish, but the flavor was truly identical, brilliant! We chose the à la carte menu, and I won't dwell on the individual dishes: the photos speak for themselves. The pea ice cream was spectacular at the end, and finally, a dessert that wasn't sweet!
Instead, I'll describe the restaurant: elegant furnishings, interesting photographic artwork, and a top-notch hi-fi system that accompanied the entire evening, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere.
The service was impeccable, professional yet friendly, with genuine smiles and great customer service.
The homemade bread and breadsticks were delicious, with sublime Sicilian olive oil.
What more can I say? An experience you absolutely must try, not only for the high quality of the food, but also for an evening that's out of the ordinary.

An extraordinary dinner at Gagini with Tiziana Frankfurt's tasting menu: six courses, one revelation after another.
Well-balanced dishes with surprising pairings—the brilliant combination of harissa and pumpkin seeds and oil in the Cinisara carpaccio.
The Umbrina with beurre blanc sauce was simply divine, not to mention the pea ice cream with salty notes from the smoked herring roe.
Refined wines and a welcoming staff make the experience a true gastronomic journey. Highly recommended!

For a tasting menu proposal, politely suggested (or pushed) by the waitress, the chef's visit at the end of the meal is appreciated. In this case, almost obligatory, especially since there were only two tables. Anyway, we had a good time.

The nine-course tasting menu is perfectly coordinated. Each course is finely composed and precisely balanced in flavor – creative, modern cuisine at Michelin-star level.
The wine pairing is also impressive across the board. Each wine harmonizes perfectly with its respective dish, and the fact that only Sicilian wines are served lends the menu a special authenticity.
The service is exceptionally attentive, explaining each course and each wine with palpable passion. The ambiance is stylish, and the acoustics are pleasantly quiet – perfect for a wonderful conversation.
A visit is definitely worth it.
