26/12/2025: This place is one of the reasons we want to go back to Balestrate.. place is always buzzin with customers and still super clean, amazing team, heavenly coffee and the food..Its something different (all selection, whatever we tried, and we tried huge variety during our 2weeks there). We also bought birthday cake there and it was lovely and In really good price. Love it!

21/03/2026: I've been to this place 4-5 times. The place is very welcoming, the staff is polite and friendly. The food is the highlight: pizzas with a variety of flavors and high-quality ingredients. In my humble opinion, I recommend it to everyone. It's one of the top 5 places in Palermo for pizza (the top one for me).

Excellent gluten-free pastries!!!!
15/11/2025: A place where everything is gluten-free: perfect for celiacs.
Both the cannoli and the genovese (try both with ricotta) are out of this world.
I could compare them to Totti's chip goal at San Siro.
The sandwiches and arancini are also very good.
Suitable for breakfast, afternoon snacks, lunch, and dinner.
The staff is friendly and accommodating.
Highly recommended.

The owner is incredibly kind, as are the guys who work there, and the food is unsurpassed. And now that you've updated and changed the menu and dishes, you've outdone yourself.

14/03/2026: The center of the old town of Palermo, a must-see when visiting, the main treaty, so it's hard to miss
13/03/2026: The hotel itself is located in the center. Therefore, I do not advise you to go there by car - you will get tired. The center of Palermo, especially during peak hours, is something with something.. in places more complicated than Milan. (By the way, it is the TCL zone)
As for the hotel - a good location for walks, pleasant service at the reception. As for the restaurant-bar service, it is better not to go there, unless you want to spoil your mood.

13/02/2026: The only sandwich shop worth its salt. Quality, courtesy, and attention to detail. You'll want to come back and try the ever-changing sandwiches and unique combinations.
04/02/2026: We were a group of five, and the place was cozy and charming. Service was polite but slow, even though there were only three tables when we arrived. I had the "Nemo" sandwich, which was very good but not particularly large. The menu was varied and, most importantly, had a wide range of options for vegans, vegetarians, and celiacs.

09/12/2025: During our trip to Palermo, my boyfriend and I decided to celebrate our anniversary here, and we couldn't have made a better choice. I learned about the restaurant through the Michelin guide, and I must say it more than lived up to its star. I also had the pleasure and honor of chatting with the chef and the waiter who served us (who made our evening even more special). Hearing the passion in their words was truly moving.
The dishes were meticulously prepared and presented exceptionally. I hope to have the opportunity to return in the future. In the meantime, thank you for the evening.

08/03/2026: We vent , in 4 adult 2 children, as a family.
Children are wellcome. It's a small restaurant , with a lot of variety of 🍕 pizzas, others dishes as well. Atmosphere is same as you bring, actually better. So - if you are close - reserve a table- be in time- don't miss it..... 😉
