Looking for a real, authentic Sicilian restaurant? Homemade cuisine, just like at home. We received a very warm welcome and ate wonderfully. It's simple food, but made with love. It's a place with completely homemade food. They have three starters, three main courses, and a dessert. You choose one of each, plus a drink. It's 25 euros per person, and everything is delicious and very homemade. The ricotta cheese and the caponata are fantastic. Michele and Jolanda's service is unbeatable.

The two hosts barely speak any english, but they know just enough for you to understand them and have a good time. They are super friendly and give you appetizer, main dish, dessert and a drink, all for 25€. One of the best experiences in Palermo, can only recommend!

An authentic family-run café near Porta Nuova. The owners are very nice and pleasant. They try to help and explain everything, even though we don't understand Italian. The interior is simple, but has everything we need. The menu offers a combo set for €25, which includes a choice of antipasti and pasta, as well as cannoli and a drink. For such a set, the price is quite reasonable. Service is prompt, with detailed instructions on what to eat and how to eat each dish. All the dishes were delicious and filling. There aren't many seats, but the number of customers was also moderate, so we found a table right away. Cash only, so keep that in mind.

Michele and Jolanda are very friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious - good value with generous portions. We really enjoyed our lunch - and the location is very convenient for visiting the Palazzo Normanni and the Catacombe

A wonderful experience that will forever remain in our hearts! Michele and Jolanda are extraordinary people, incredibly kind, hospitable, and full of passion. It's a true family restaurant where they make everything themselves – and you can feel it in every bite! The menu was pure poetry. The price included fantastic cheeses and delicious, original cold appetizers, and for the main course – a stunning pasta with ragù. They also served a delicious wine, which perfectly complemented the whole experience. For dessert, we had cannoli made according to their own family recipe – heavenly! The owners stole our hearts even more when, quite unexpectedly, we were given a taste of their homemade limoncello and fantastic cheese with olive oil and olives. We felt cared for and welcomed, like we were with best friends. If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine made with love, you have to come here.
