12/06/2025: Tested on Milanese and mixed salad....very simple but! All genuine and excellent I must say, tender meat, breading not at all heavy and oil very good. Next time I'll try the pizza

08/06/2025: Had a lovely meal at this restaurant tonight. First the chiacchiere salumi e formaggi. Then the lasagna. The starter was so extensive and so much that I couldn't even finish the lasagna and only had part of it. The food was delicious, the house wine was also very good. The service was very friendly. In short, had a nice evening, delicious food and very large portions for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

25/05/2025: Definitely an excellent trattoria. We had lunch in 16 with an agreed menu at €40 per person. We had. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic aperitif based on prosecco. Mixed Piedmontese appetizers. Two first courses: rice with asparagus and meat agnolotti with sauce. A second course: cheese scallops with potatoes. Lemon sorbet between first and second courses. Strawberries with ice cream. Coffee and limoncello. Red wine, house white wine and water on request. Excellent quality food and service. A bit noisy environment. Parking not easy to find on site, but available for free near the restaurant.

26/08/2025: I deeply regret having to leave a negative review for a restaurant where I remembered an excellent New Year's Eve dinner. I didn't find the same quality as back then. The agnolotti were overcooked (perhaps precooked), the baked potatoes were boiled and blandly baked; the roast veal was not lean and very tough; the sauce was thickened with too much starch or flour. I would have given it a second chance, returning, if I hadn't found the service and welcome so lacking in courtesy. If it hadn't been for the young woman, who was very capable and kind, I would have gotten up earlier and left.

With you, it's not just a vacation, it's THE vacation!!! Your courtesy and attention to your guests is unparalleled. For countless years we have shared moments of celebration with them, important memories and dinners where we have always found quality, hospitality and authentic flavours. We have celebrated all the most significant events in our lives there, and for our wedding we could only rely on them for the catering. They were able to tell our story also through flavours, making our moment even more special. It is not just cooking, it is emotion. The dishes enchanted us and all the guests, who still compliment us today. It is rare to find so much care and passion in everything. But the wonderful thing is that it is not just about events: every evening, thanks to their gastronomy service, we can take home a little piece of their cuisine. Delicious, genuine ready-made dishes that smell of home and make you feel pampered even on a simple weekday evening. Those who are lucky enough to discover them once, never leave them again. Because here we eat with our hearts, and we always come back for love.

06/08/2025: Excellent quality food and fish. The service wasn't top-notch for the place, even though it was the first time I went. With colleagues, it was a completely different story. I chose a bottle of wine from the menu, but then they said it wasn't available. A little more attention to the tables would make it even more special, in my opinion. The tasting menu was truly superb. The raw fish was 5-star!

16/07/2025: The first time I tried this restaurant I was with my boyfriend, and I loved it so much that I wanted to return two weeks later with friends. The pasta with clams was really good, as were the desserts (the ricotta was exceptionally good). It's a shame about the oysters, which gave my friend and I food poisoning (we were the only ones who ate them). I hope the restaurant can pay a little more attention to the freshness of the seafood, because otherwise the experience was very positive.

20/08/2025: Top pizza! You must love Roman pizza (thin and crispy)! The dough is super digestible: I started eating pizza again after years of not eating it, so it's great for delicate intestines and slow, difficult digestion!

09/06/2025: I received a fantastic recommendation with tasting for local and high quality olive oil. The shop owner and the shop is very authentic and charming.

27/05/2025: We found “Evo di Eva” by chance while walking and we immediately understood that it was a small excellence! In addition to having eaten very well (including the best caprese of recent times with buffalo mozzarella from Cuneo), we discovered Eva, a truly kind and competent person. We will return and we have elected this small place as our favorite place.

08/08/2025: The best pizza we've ever eaten! 🍕🔥 We went to Liviu Sava's Pizza VIP in Ivrea and... what can I say? There aren't enough words to describe how good the pizza was. So good we devoured it without even thinking about taking a photo—and that says it all! Perfect dough, super-fresh ingredients, flavor combinations worthy of true connoisseurs. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. You can taste the passion and care behind every pizza that comes out of the oven. But it's not just the food: Liviu is a wonderful man, kind, welcoming, one of those who makes you feel at home from the first moment. The atmosphere is simple, authentic, and precisely for this reason, special. We'll definitely be back soon, because a pizza like this is unforgettable. 24/08/2025: If you want excellent pizza with top-quality ingredients, you have to go to Vecchio Piemonte. We're not local, but out of the area, and if we really want to satisfy our pizza cravings, we'll head here in the valley. Very friendly staff, fast service, and excellent quality, not just for the pizza, but also for the desserts and the à la carte menu. Highly recommended!
