05/04/2026: A very negative experience.
The music was excessively loud and uncontrollable throughout the meal. To avoid any problems and disturb anyone, I even confined myself to the bathroom area with my 5-month-old baby for much of the time.
At one point, I simply asked politely if it was possible to turn the volume down a bit. The DJ's response was arrogant and insulting: he told me that "people are supposed to have fun" and that I shouldn't bring my son there.
We're talking about a restaurant/pizzeria on Easter Sunday, not a nightclub: such a statement is simply unacceptable.
The manager intervened and asked to turn the music down, but after a few minutes, the volume was raised again, demonstrating a total disrespect for the customers and the instructions I had received.
Despite everything, I continued to stay in the bathroom area so as not to cause any problems, but in the end, I was forced to leave.
It's a shame, because the waiters were kind and professional, but that doesn't make up for such rude behavior.
It ruined my and my family's day.
I won't be returning and I don't recommend it.
30/03/2026: Let's start by saying there were two of us. We ate a plate of penne all'arrabbiata (decent), two roasts (cold), a salad (not fresh), and a portion of chips probably from the previous evening. That alone would be enough, but the worst happened when it came to the bill: while my mother was paying and I was in the bathroom, the owner took advantage of his seniority to charge us for two full business menus (€15 per person), ignoring the fact that one of us had only eaten a main course (I repeat: cold!). I won't add anything else, except a word of advice: stay away. Never again!

04/04/2026: He didn't ask if I wanted appetizers, served without bread, with the main course he didn't ask if I wanted a side dish, pasta was too al dente and with little sauce, slightly bland, he didn't ask if I wanted coffee. Congratulations!!!
03/04/2026: Stopped for dinner in the evening:
1 ultralight appetizer
1 sliced steak without side dish
1 water
1 glass
Total €36 for the "menu of the day" seems excessive. I'm still giving it 3 stars for the courtesy of the staff.

24/01/2026: Pizzeria Carosello in Candiolo.
I had a Carosello pizza, with good tomato sauce but the potatoes needed to be cooked longer, making it smaller than usual.
Overall, it was edible.
08/12/2025: I called to order pizzas, and they told me they'd be ready by 8:45 PM. My girlfriend did me the favor of being there at 8:45 PM to pick them up, but they still hadn't been rolled out. It's not the first time, and honestly, from now on, I've been labeling this place as unreliable.
Small consolation: the pizzas were at least edible.

03/06/2024: Locale pulito, non grande, con distanze conservate.
Menù fisso, che propone prevalentemente piatti della tradizione piemontese, buoni ed abbondanti.
Personale presente e coinvolgente, si ferma volentieri a fare 2 chiacchiere, attento comunque alle richieste.
Prezzo nella media, con menù completo di bevande, caffe e digestivo a 35 euro.
18/05/2024: Sono andata in occasione di una festa di laurea nella quale c’era un menù fisso sia normale che per vegeteriani. Inizia la cena e non arrivano piatti vegetariani, bensì solo affettati, che a detta degli altri erano molto buoni. Peccato che il personale non fosse altrettanto. Dopo che dico di essere vegeteriana mi ha preso in giro tutto il tempo, apostrofandomi « capretta » e « finta bionda » credendo di fare il simpatico. Mi sono sentita molto a disagio. Il cameriere ha creato un’atmosfera poco piacevole. Devo dire che i piatti tutto sommato erano anche buoni, ma avendo avuto una esperienza spiacevole, onestamente non ci tornerei più.
