15/04/2025: Nice place, small but with a nice room downstairs! Pizzas with a puffy crust topped with excellent ingredients!! Pizza of the day, my son, delicious! Young staff (it touched us). Fast and impeccable service

29/03/2025: I went to this pizzeria tonight with some friends, there were 7 of us. We were looking for a pizzeria near the center, but away from the chaos of Saturday evenings and we found this place. We had dinner in the basement, very calmly and without having to shout to have a chat, so the atmosphere was very pleasant. The pizza is Neapolitan-style, with a high edge, very good dough (I'll find out about digestibility tonight 🤭), various pizzas (I had a buffalo one, my friends had some more enjoyable pizzas) and everyone was very happy. My son had the meat, and my husband the platter, both served with focaccia. Desserts were all excellent (both the chocolate one with pistachio and the salted caramel cheesecake). Overall, a nice discovery. Well done!

08/04/2025: Discovered "by chance", it quickly ranks among the restaurants "to try and return to". Excellent service, present and courteous as in the best Piedmontese tradition. Menu not excessively broad, but with really interesting proposals, obviously mainly focused on truffles. The truffle tasting appetizer and the truffle tajarin were excellent. The dishes without truffles are also good: the veal with tuna sauce, the agnolotti with meat sauce and the braised meat. The wine list is good with many regional proposals (and it couldn't be otherwise). Great experience, we will definitely be back!

27/01/2025: Place found by chance, reading a faded billboard on the cycle path, booked to celebrate my daughter's upcoming birthday, what can I say... we entered a fairy tale. Very cold day, fireplace lit, which struggled to heat, but the beauty was the environment and the atmosphere out of time, out of chaos, out of this world... it felt like having lunch in one of the many rooms of the building in Stupinigi hunt!! Moving on to the food, simple, tasty and very balanced cuisine, the service what can I say.... Mrs. Lucia, that day 01/18/2025 opened "her house" just for us, we felt truly pampered.

11/03/2025: Very bad. Prosecco bulk wine gave me a headache the next day. In my opinion very low quality Prices of bulk wine are 7 euros for a quarter, 12 for a half litre. I would say somewhat disproportionate to the quality. Food: I didn't really like cold cuts from discount supermarkets. Tasteless vegetable flan and cheese on the cutting board was sipped and industrial. Place to forget

21/02/2025: The « Bar Trattoria La cooperative » is a small jewel of hospitality and authentic flavours. The two owners, with their overwhelming kindness, welcomed us like old friends, surprising us with a delicious bagna cauda, ​​expertly prepared according to the Piedmontese tradition. Followed by the maltagliati with a homemade ragù that seemed to have come straight from grandmother's recipe books: an explosion of genuine and comforting flavours. Each dish told a story of passion and love for home cooking. The family and warm atmosphere made the evening even more special. If you are looking for a place to feel at home and savor heart-warming dishes, this restaurant is a must!

Very friendly and helpful staff, ready to advise, even though it was late and there were only us, they weren't rude like in many places that kick you out!!!

07/04/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo per festeggiare il compleanno di una mia figlia. Eravamo in sei ed avevamo prenotato. Atmosfera tipicamente piemontese, ambiente rumoroso ed affollato (in questo contesto non è una critica) . Personale molto gentile e solerte con 4 vassoi di fritto salato e 2 di fritto dolce. Fritto molto completo e leggero anche se ovviamente si salta la cena. Prezzo adeguato. Da rifare almeno una volta all’anno.
